They shouldn’t even have a number, I’ve called several times and they haven’t picked up once. Later after calling for a second time, they tried to FaceTime me which is really sketchy. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Their service is great and response time is excellent. with 30 computers on site they take care of everything for us & always have kept us secure. The pricing is more than fair. I dropped my WD Passport and lost all my personal and work files. Freaking out, a family member recommended I go to Runnerboys. They were so understanding of my situation and took the time to educate me on what was wrong with my drive. In less than a week, they were able to work their magic and restore all my files. Jose and Alex are excellent technicians at Runnerboys. The owner Eldad is very brilliant and knows his business very well. Hes help me on numerous occasions to straighten out my computers at home and at the office. Runnerboys did amazing job with my Macbook Pro. The replacement of the retina display took them almost few hours. The technicians were incredible and kind too, explained everything to me in details. I left the place totally satisfied.

I was in Irvine on a business trip. My laptop didnt boot after passing security at the airport and seemed like I lost my hard drive. Googled computer repair near by on my phone and found Runnerboys. I had them fix my laptop, all it took these guys was few hours to turn my laptop around. Two thumbs up Runnerboys

Expert advice, fast turnaround very friendly and I felt trustworthy. Only problem wrong directions if you use Google maps to locate the place.

They essentially scammed me for me $70. There was nothing wrong with my computer, and they definitely knew that, and they told me that they were going to apply something to it before returning it to me. They didnt change anything, and they still charged me $70 just to clean it out with an air duster. I STRONGLY recommend going to another store for professional help before consulting these lackeys.

Great customer service. I had a problem with my macbook pro not turning on at all, it took them less than couple of hours to call me back and it was FIXED, amazing!. I was told by the applestore that my mainboard is fried

After shopping around to repair my Macbook, I found the Ruunerboys to have the best price/ customer service.They are located pretty close to my work, and it took them 3 days to get the part needed and fixed it at the same day.The owner provided me another place to repair my phone as well.Will recommend them and will come back again for sure (hoping I dont need to) :-)

Eldad is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. The screen on my laptop was cracked internally and he offered multiple solutions to repair it. First, he tried to separate the screen which would save me a lot of money. However, after it was un-successful, since the screen was glued by manufacture, he suggested two options for replacement. He is very honest and even offered me a loaner for the time I was waiting for new screen to arrive. I am very satisfied with his work and like his friendly attitude.

Today my computer died! I called the RunnerBoys, and they helped me over the phone. It may seem like nothing to most but for me was the best way to end the year!
