Its funny how they sell products and when it comes to customer service all they care about is money, Audison knows and messed up on there firmware update for Audison BIT ONE and they wont honer there problem all they say is your product is out of warranty we can charge to fix our own mistake!!!!!! very disappointed wont spend a penny on this brand anymore and will make sure to tell everyone i know about car audio about my experience!!!!!!!
