The Taiwanese shaved ice with boba is very good.The red bean milk shake is another one of my favorites. I highly recommend

Champion was good at the time when boba wasnt all spread like today. They were one of the first places you can get a good quality boba drinks. I honestly havent visited this place for quite some time. They also specialized in homemade dumplings.

This store has been here at least as long as Taiko next door. Ive gone to Taiko since I was a kid, and I remember Champion, so these 2 seem to be side-by-side forever partners!Theres really only 1 thing I get from Champion and its the traditional shaved ice.This is the CLASSIC Taiwanese shaved ice and they offer it at $5.50 flat.Here are the options:- Lychee- Rice Balls- Barley- Grass Jelly- Almond Jelly- Pudding- Red Bean- Pineapple- Mung BeanAnd then you can top it with the classic condensed milk or other flavors.I LOVE the pink and white rice balls. They tend to sell out of them if you go at night so go in the daytime! Or better yet, call ahead if you love rice balls as much as I do.Out of all the servers, I like the mom server the best. I like her style of putting ice in the container, and then putting condensed milk BEFORE the toppings. Thats very important!! Otherwise, the dad server tends to douse the toppings with condensed milk and it gets overly sweet and you lose the taste of individual toppings.Cant go wrong with the rice balls, lychee, grass jelly and barley!Ive also had their regular boba milk tea here too and it has a nice strong taste. They even have other taiwanese snacks (like tea eggs, jerky, dumplings etc) and a large menu of drinks.Give this mom & pop place some love!
