We had a great experience working with Chase! We got new flooring throughout our whole house. His crew did an amazing job! They arrived on time every day and completed the job quickly. Chase was always available to talk to us and keep us updated on the work that was to be done each day. We also had drywall, electrical, and painting done and those crews were great as well. We will use Buildpro again in the future!

The Build Pro team was incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond by leveling the floors anew and installing the most beautiful hardwood and tile. Their installers did high quality work, and the entire team was extremely professional. Everything on their end was done on schedule and with client satisfaction in mind. Chase and his team were fantastic to work with! A flood damaged my custom wood floors and with Chases crew, the new ones look even better than the original. Matt even did a stair edging to actually bend the wood in a curve. And, Chase was exceptional as a project manager - always available and prompt with his replies. Nathan Paz has been absolutely wonderful, he has been there each step of the way, always showed up when he said he would out at our home. He worked with the insurance company. We appreciate all his help and guidance through this major renovation due to a plumbing nightmare. He has been so helpful and accommodating, during this very stressful, difficult time for our family. The crew that has removed our old tile and replaced it with the new have all worked hard and done a beautiful job, they were all respectful and pleasant the many times I would drop in to see the progress.

I don’t post reviews very much, but this time, I thought it was necessary because Chase Davis is phenomenal. I would recommend him to anyone. He is very communicative and did his job so well. Every single time I had an issue, problem or question, I sent it to him and he responded immediately. If there was any kind of issue, he would call me and we would talk about it. Everything came out so beautifully and he is probably the best person in the business!

I was referred to West Coast Carpet by Farmers Insurance after my house flooded. I worked with Chase Davis and he was great! He visited my home and had a great eye for pointing me toward flooring that would compliment my existing counters and cabinets. I had never had to pick out flooring and he made a daunting process very easy. They moved so fast to obtain the flooring materials and line up installers. I was amazed! I cant rave enough about this company! After our home flooded while away on vacation, Chase and his crew came in and saved the day. The prep and clean up was done efficiently and professionally, which was much appreciated. Chase did a superb job finding our flooring to match the existing wood floor than had NOT been damaged. BONUS!! When it was time for the installation the CDS crew was on time and had the installation done in 2 days. We loved their professionalism, being on time and clean up!!! My parents house in Diamond Bar was flood and we were referred to BuildPro Carpet One by Farmers Insurance. Chase came to evaluate the wood floor and baseboard damages. He worked with us in choosing new wood floors from start to finish. In addition, they sanded and re-finished flooring in other area of the house to ensure the color matches all throughout the house. He made the daunting process very easy every step of the way. His installers, Matt, Mike and Sean was also very friendly and showed up on time everyday to finish the job in a timely matter.
