The work included educating me so that I can use a beautiful and sophisticated home entertainment center and not worry about what buttons to push. Very helpful and very polite. Every time I have updated my equipment or needed a problem resolved over the years, Launch Systems has had the expertise to do it. Im sure there are other technical companies out there, but what makes Launch unique is the long term employees, from office to technical service/installation personnel. It gives me peace of mind that I dont have strangers in my house. Also, I have the same contact for billing, scheduling, etc. And, to top it off, they stand behind all their work!!

The whole experience was fantastic. Great communication. They came out and looked at our house then gave advice and options. Our house is not a huge property, and I was interested in keeping the budget in bounds. Michael was very understanding and helped us cut costs where we were willing to make trade-offs, and also showed where we wanted to splurge a bit for the best quality and experience. Installation was a good experience and the whole crew was top-notch. Definitely not a few guys picked up for the day to get the job done cheaply. The team at Launch Systems rewired our entire house with an enterprise grade, wired and wireless network for ultimate connectivity for all our networked devices. We hired Launch (Michael Kravets) to help put together a home automation system for custom home we were building. Michael helped greatly during the design / construction phase to explain system features and recommend features to make our living experience that much better. The end result was fantastic and we could have not done this without him! We now have a user-friendly, fully automated home automation system which controls every key aspect of the home at our fingertips! (Lighting, Alarm, Cameras, HVAC, Window Shades, A/V, etc.) Controls cannot be any easier, may that be via Control4 touch screens throughout the home or using our mobile devices besides multitude of programmed features the team had put in per our request that runs daily. Through various installations all the way from framing to build completion we had the opportunity to meet most of the Launch staff members.
