I love this company. I made three purchases, and each time the merchandise I ordered arrived quickly and in good condition. Divorce ruined my credit. If not for AddvantageUSA I would be unable to buy these items. I am getting my fresh start.

AddvantageUSA provides a great way to shop and improve your credit. If you messed up your credit you know that credit repair only does part of the job. You have to make new credit history. This store has easy qualifying and quick approval. You get products you want, and, if you pay on time, then you will see your credit get better and better. Theres not a lot more to say. Its a great program for people making a new start.

Los Angeles, CAI have been waiting over two months for my product and now they tell me they are doing any shipping and they do not know when I will receive my product. They offer me a refund. I dons think this is fair to the customer, to break an agreement or a promise. also you can not reach customer service over the phone. I am going to file with the Better Business Bureau. Not a good company at all.

Liars and thieves. Approve you for credit, than after you order pay, submit all your ID information for verification they take your approval away. They told me because I am a criminal, which I have NOT been convicted of the crime they say I did. It does happen that people are found innocent.They just want all your ID info to rob you. CEO yelled at me saying I can deny credit to anyone I want, ever. Never call this company again. Very unprofessional and just straight up liars.Also, they are still trying to make me pay for an order I never got. Scum they are.BEWARE OF THESE THIEFS.

I had never heard of these guys so i was a little nervious. But, wow, it turned out good. I got my pans and I am cooking every night. Its all good.

I cant say enough good things about these guys. I did the credit application, got approved, and received my product in 4 days. I even had a small hitch with my computer and their credit process. Call customer service, got some help, and bam! Its done. Good company

Id give them 2 stars but at this point they dont deserve it. II* had an amazing experience with them a year ago, but whoever is running this thing now is a liar...Last year I ordered a $300 kitchen item (overpriced, but I knew what the point was). Made payments on it slowly over 11 months (automatically out of my bank account) and my credit score jumped dramatically! OMG it was perfect right?!?!?!This year my GF was having trouble with her credit so I suggested the same to her. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE! She ordered a $500 TV and I ordered a few small items on my own account... We made the initial payment as agreed (just like when I did it last year...)... that was August 2015 STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. But I get the bills and the auto bank drafts from my account.I have talked with customer service 3 times since my order and its the same story...shipping has your details and it should be shipping soon. BS!!!! You just took my money.THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING AND SAD BECAUSE THEY USED TO BE AN AWESOME COMPANY! What the heck happened! Im canceling it today and I will NEVER use them again!!!

They send you email and you sign up and you pay down payment and they dont send you your order after 30 days I got a refund and about 5 gays I order again and I got a bill but no TV I have called them about 5 times and they lied to me saying they are shipping the TV two weeks later and no TV so I think this is a bad place

Do not believe anything this company tells you. It took me 2 months to receive my order. I have now been paying on items for 8 months and have yet to have them report my positive payment history to the credit bureaus. They are dishonest, over-charge, and do not honor their end of the agreement in any manner.

This is a bad company, I ordered three batteries that cost about $300.00 I made payment for about 8 months, I never received the batteries, I cant get them on the phone, the dont have and or reply to email, talking to them through the online chat is like talking to a wall, they told me they would email me but they never did. Dont buy anything from addvantageusa. I will also be filling a complaint with BBB.

Some one needs to contact me ASAP. This company charged my card and never sent the items. Then they sent me a bill. I will be filling a complaint against them.
