We were referred to Belt Line Auto by a friend about 2 years ago. Ever since, we have been here about 6 times for different reasons. We bring all our cars here. We work with Mike (or sometimes James). Their service is absolutely phenomenal. Very lovely people, extremely helpful, and very good at their jobs. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I want to invite you guys who read this review for thinking of visit.I’d heard that my 2yr old bmw with less than 8000 miles needs to rotate the tires from the dealer shop when i visited them for changing the engines oil. The dealer shop charges me about $150 for rotations of tires. My friend recommended to visit the ‘Beltline Auto Body & Repair’.When I contacted to the shop owner, he kindly asked me to come to his shop for free service.It was like a surprise gift from unknown friend.The owner told me that my car doesn’t need to rotate the tires yet, but he welcomes my visit if i feel uncomfortable with words from the dealer shop.I visited the shop next day. The staffs heard about me already, and started to rotate my tires right away with no waiting. They’re very friendly and kind also to all customers while waiting for my car done at their office.The staff explained about my car condition and made me being at ease. They’re the best👍👍👍

While heading to Houston for a virtual craft fair to sell my wreaths. A siding flew off my car...I originally took my car to another body shop on Beltline before I got on Beltline Auto Body and Repair and they waved me away saying we dont fix Fords and walk away as a Mercedes was pulling up...so I Google this shop....they were friendly, got right on the job in tracking the part. Told me how much the part was and labor....done. Then I told him about another problem I had with my other truck...the young man gave me his cell phone and told me to send him a picture and he would see what he could do ....now thats service

This place is a little far from my house, but its worth to visit!

They are willing to make sure youre satisfied with their work and wont quit until they get your approval. If youre looking for an auto repair shop, dont hesitate to make sure you stop by. Wife took the car to see how much it would cost to fix the front end of our 2014 Altima. Was quoted a price cheaper than 2 other places and everything that needed to be done was completely explained to her. And that it would take 3 to 5 days. Everything was exactly as quoted and car looks amazing. Highly recommend this place for great work and customer service. Have some other things I will be having taken care of soon. Got car repaired for hail damage. Front bumper started chipping off showing white all over and was not put back correctly. Receipt says 2 year warranty covers WHOLE car. owner stated warranty doesnt cover bumper. blamed deal on previous employee due to not wanting to fix issue. fyi I never needed my bumper painted in the first place, but to not fix what you messed up is poor customer service regardless of who is at fault. Dont do it.The reply to your response. Yes, there is. My problem with this is, no where on paper does it say it does not cover the bumper. My receipt says whole car. Also, this repair was for hail damage paid by insurance. the bumper was sanded n re-painted as courtesy but wasnt needed. the car had original paint and in the 4 years I owned it, yes, natural things have happened, but my bumper has never chipped showing white. This is a black car. there was not enough coats of paint and there is space between my headlights so it was not put back on correctly and/or rushed. I came in asked you to re-do it and you refused and blamed it on an employee you fired. Ive brought my car here several times in the past for different things. this is the first time I had a bad experience. I simply just want it fixed correctly as I previously asked because that is the right thing to do.

Honest workers! My car (2005 Ford Explorer) was overheating, so I took it to Beltline Auto Body and they told me what the issue was within the first hour i brought it there. They gave me a very reasonable price and fixed my car really quickly! Very kind and helpful staff. I will recommend this shop to all my friends and family who need work done to their cars. Plus I got a great estimate for a new bumper. Will definitely be back soon and for all my car needs!

I went to this shop after I got into a wreck not too long ago and I was not disappointed with the service they provided. They definitely have the customers best in mind when performing all work recently dropped off some welding work to be done based on my specs. Took my car here after someone hit the side of my car, and the reviews were amazing. My car looks great you can’t even tell my car was even hit. Prices were way cheaper here than other shops were quoting me. They even fixed some paint that was chipping on my trunk without me even asking for it, that was super nice of them. Definitely would recommend them. Staff is also very helpful and friendly.

Before that Car Dealer threatened me saying that splash shield and core support need to be replaced which costs around 2k including labour charges. I have been to many body shops including Service King over the last 2 decades for repairs, ranging from fender benders to wrecked cars. By far, Beltline Auto Body & Repair is the best. A few years ago, I had several dents on my BMW 5 series car and it was a lease. Prior to the lease renewal, I took it to BMW Arlington and they devalued my car by 6k. I got it repaired for less than 1k at Beltline without going through insurance and returned the same car at BMW Dallas with a 3k surplus to add to my new lease. It was as good as new.Once again, 2 weeks ago I gave my Infiniti to Beltline and James was able to get it repaired within 2 weeks. He also handled the insurance inspection with All State. There was a wait of at least 3 weeks at Service King. Im so glad I didnt have to go there and burn up my car rental.I strongly recommend going to Beltline and checking them out. They will not disappoint you. You would be surprised that several dealerships send their cars to beltline for repairing the dents and repainting!

Will definitely come back.**Pros -- Fair pricing (not overly priced at all, neither it is significantly underpriced compromising quality)- My interaction with the Manager Josua. Right from when I walked in, I was treated with respect, given appropriate attention, he was true to his promises (Never over committed).- Got a drop to my work when I needed it.**Cons -- I should have been a little careful with my question on timing of procurement of parts. This is a smaller repair shop (unlike the dealerships), hence sometimes part delivery could be delayed. Mine was delayed. But in hind sight, I was not very discreet with my question on schedule.

The thing I really liked about beltline is they actually listened to my concerns. They took care of my car within my budget. I am really happy with the job done and will recommend them for any auto repairs. They are always available on phone, they kept me updated through out the process on the timelines and progress.

The owner James has been very honest in doing body shop business for 30 years, I have sent my diff cars and also friends cars there for several body paint project, the quote has always much cheaper than the big bodyshop store and the dealers, yet the paint they use is very high quality. Yes they dont have fancy shop refurbishment, but it seems like they save all the unnecessary overhead cost and give the value back to their customer. Highly recommended
