I used Service King to repair my vehicle when I had a small accident this summer. They were polite, courteous, and very professional in all of my interactions with them. They kept me up to date with daily progress reports by text messages on the progress. They dealt with the insurance company directly and notified me of the interaction. They were able to complete the repair a day earlier than anticipated and I was able to pick it up on that day. I highly recommend Service King if you should need to use their services.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! Customer service is TERRIBLE the man I spoke to was rude! They send text updates on your vehicle that also links to a link that shows your estimate date your vehicle will be ready for pick up and how much is being spent on labor, parts etc. but apparently it’s VERY inaccurate!! AND THEY DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE YOU HAVE TO CALL REPEATEDLY, LEAVING A VOICEMAIL IS USELESS. I LEFT A VOICEMAIL EARLY THIS MORNING, I THEN CALLED A FEW TIMES AGAIN AROUND 5 AND FINALLY WAS ABLE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE BUT LIKE I SAID HE WAS RUDE AND HAD A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE! I was following up through the text (apparently they are supposed to be calling you to give you updates on your vehicle but I have received 0 phone calls the entire time they have had my vehicle and anytime I’ve called they do not answer) but I called the day before I THOUGHT my vehicle was going to be ready because the text updates and the website stated that my car would be ready for pickup November 5th I call today November 4th to be told it’s not going to be ready until the 15th. They’ve had my car for 3 WEEKS, it wasn’t a huge repair I didn’t even think it would take 3 weeks but I was like okay whatever but now I have found out it will be in their hands for another week and a half!! I can’t imagine how my car will end up, if their service is this terrible there’s no telling how their work will be. If I could give 0 stars I would!! AVOID THIS SERVICE KING AT ALL COST!!!!! I’m not the one to even give reviews but they suck
I forgot to set an appointment myself oops but thankfully my insurance had already sent all the Info so they took me in as a walk in while they were busy thank goodness!! On top of that they fixed my car 3 days faster than the estimated day so nothing but great service!
Wasnt happy with the approach of the person that greeted me at the shop. I feethat he should have explained things/procedures as to how to go about with making an appointment without an attitude. May be hes getting burned-out with his job and dealing with customers . . . God bless him to say the least.

Never bothered to call and tell me that my vehicle has been rejected. Saying they never got my information when I went there ahead of time.
I scheduled an appt for an estimate here and when i arrived the front desk receptionist, a thicker sized female with awful lashes, was on her phone, she was rude and not willing to help at all. She had a sorry not sorry attitude and as a customer who is trying to get her car repaired because of a negligent driver, that receotionist made the process more frustrating and she is there to help customers. I wouldnt recommend this place.
I had paintless dent repair done. Service King completed the work earlier than scheduled and the car looks great! They worked with my insurance so I didn’t have to spend a bunch of time on the phone either. Thanks to Jorge for making sure my car looked brand new again!
This location almost had a lawsuit against them for basically not doing their jobs right the 1st time. My car was fine with the dent in it, at least it didnt risk my life like they did me. Then the excuses they had were dumb, but they fixed their mistake and gave me a rental car so thats why its a 2.
The incompetency of the employees at this business continues to shock me at every step of my horrible experience with this location. I am too upset to write a detailed review, so stay tuned! Ill be back to edit this and explain EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED SO OTHER PEOPLE DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!
This place is the worst ever do not take a Mercedes Benz to get fix horrible service there very rude and think that know about those cars I had to reach to my insurance manger to get them to take my car to Mercedes dealership to see why it’s shaking the manger Brian is cocky and thinks he know everything when he don’t fix on cars I will be glad when this is over with it’s been 3weeks its alot
Went yesterday because I’m not getting no response over the phone on scheduling an appt for an estimate so I drove to them and let me say the front desk worker is no help and rude I will never do business here!
The communication was excellent, the car was delivered on time and it looked terrific
I do not recommend this place to anyone who like their car. The repair look like they were rushed or done by someone just starting up. They did at least take the car back when i returned and complained about the job done, plus they also paid for my rent a car. But from the looks of it they really didnt do much of what I ask and complained about. They only seemed to removed some of the excessive orange peel but didnt line up the bumper properly or try to match the paint at all. I am very upset with my experience here and will never do business with this brand again.
Outstanding experience!Dropped my truck off for some paint and bumper replacement. Told it would be about a week to tear down, get parts and complete the task.On the morning of the 7th day (including the weekend) I received a call that it was ready.I arrived and looked it over and it looked as good as the day I drove it home from the dealership.The paint was flawless and the new parts fit perfectly. Not only that, I could tell a fresh wash and wipe down of the entire interior had been done. The tires were even shiny.I cant rave enough about my experience with this location.
I had some work done with service king sometimes back and i noticed some issues with the finish. (Wheels ) Stopped at this location to see if they can do something about it since its LIFE TIME WARRANTY.I explained it all and no questions asked they immediately took my car and promised to fix it all. Since its a warranty claim i had to speak to the manager . Brian( the manager ) Very professional, very friendly and overall best customer experience. Staffs are friendly as well. Super happy with the service so. I am sure they will do good job .Update - 8.13.2020.It was a warranty claim but i asked them to do one more wheel since i had some curb crash and i agreed to pay for that.Picked up the car today. Manager was like you don’t have to pay anything its all taken care.One of the best service i have received .Thank you @service king and thank you Brian(manager) you guys are awesome . They did a great job btw.

John is the manager I had the pleasure of working with when I came in after a fender bender that caused damage on my front end and somehow triggered other signaling issues on my dashboard. Not only did John make sure the damage from the collision was handled extensively (since there was other damage caused prior to this that he also fixed), but he made sure to get the technical issue fixed on my dashboard as well. He was expedient, and exhibited the kindest customer service I’ve ever had in dealing with a vehicle. We had awesome and professional conversation. He also made arrangements to ensure that my transportation was handled as he extended service beyond what I had expected. I’ll always recommend John and this location for the kind of excellent customer service that you just don’t get everywhere. Most thanks goes out to John for everything, I’ll never forget, and if I ever need any more work done in the future, this is where I’ll go!

Quality of repairs are not professional. Had clear runs on door edges. Repairs pointed out were never touched. Body work inside door panel looked bad and painted over. Workers didn’t look professional and looked like they came off the street. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
Mr. John the manager was very friendly and professional. There were some minor holes after the paint job and he assured me that they will fix the issue when I make an appointment and take my car back. Highly recommend this place
Took my truck for body repair and they did a outstanding job on it they even found that my fluid reserver was damage and they were able to fix it. I got updates and photos of the repairs. Customers service was great was in and out quick they took care of everything else as far as taking photos and sending it to the insurance.
I went for Hail damages first time, the mechanic Lucio came out. He pretty much ran me through what needed to be done. Very professional and timely. Hes very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Very happy to work with Lucio..
Avoid this location! Took a truck in there to get the bumper and fog light replaced, when I picked up the truck the A/C wasnt working. Took it back and they gave me a hard time about it but did something to make it work temporarily. It worked intermittently until I got tired of it and took it back, they pulled the record and said they never serviced the A/C. The headlight that they had to remove to install the bumper also mysteriously fills up with water when it rains now but guess what, they have no record of servicing or repairing the headlight either so Im just out of luck. Well I am the fleet manager for a company with over 50 vehicles right down the street, they will never see another one of our vehicles.
This place lives up to the name! My girlfriend and i had panel pop off our car while driving down the interstate and these guys had us in and out in 20 minutes. I didn’t catch the name of the manager but he was awesome! This was on 11-27 1:50 in the afternoon. Highly recommended this place!

I was there for some hail damage repair.Austin Mears took care of my car and he was great.The process was painless, they were very courteous and everything was explained to me well.The co-ordination with my insurance company was brilliant and the fact that they have an Enterprise booth on site definitely helps.I was given an estimated completion time of 7 days but I was back in my car within 72 hours. They promised good service and they delivered.A lot of shops will lure you by promising that you wont have to pay a deductible, well, Im not sure how they do that or how good their service is. Service King is popular for a reason, and they wont disappoint you.
Being involved in an accident is difficult but I have to tell you the whole process helped ease the situation. No problems from the Geico claim to the rental to the repairs of my car. First it was very convenient that my insurnace company, the rental car company, and the repair shop are all right there together. Also Austin was my service representative not one time did he make me feel as if I was bothering him and was very fast with answers to my questions- even if he had to ask someone. I would definitely recommend this place for any collision repairs!!
Worst service I have ever experienced. After waiting 3 months to get my truck back it looked like it was slapped together in a couple days. When I get it back the passenger door has a leak and lets water in! The AC doesnt work and the horn doesnt work after air bag deployed. They finally take it back, fix the ac and supposedly the leak. The horn they ordered the parts and were to contact us when they arrived, which they never did. No horn is illegal as well as dangerous however they had no problem releasing the car back to me. Come to find out the truck is STILL letting water in on the passenger side. Building up in the door channel where there is electrical wiring. Called multiple times but the Manager Donnie is clearly avoiding, no response. While I do understand that your vehicle will never quite be the same after a wreck, I think we can all agree that a leak that was fixed twice and is still leaking, is completely unsatisfactory. Poor work and poor customer service. Steer clear of this location if you can avoid it as I will be steering clear of the franchise as a whole and recommending the same.
They went above and beyond - David really made my day. He noticed I had a headlamp out so he purchased and put in a headlight bulb for me for no cost. Not only that but my car was cleaner than when I left it there - like detailed clean! They also buffed out some paint on the bumper from a separate incident and I didnt ask them too. Definitely left there a happy camper.
To get estimate here you have to make a appt for next week, went to maco, they did estimate immediately.

The write up process shouldnt take 35 minutes to get my vehicle information and get paperwork together for me to sign. Having to sit in my car and wait for someone to come out to my car that never did. I had to walk into the store to get help. Then talk about everything then my service writer walks out to my car to get information. Didnt come back in but 15 minutes later. Here I am still sitting waiting for paperwork to fill out. Get it together guys! When people have an appointment and let you know they have elsewhere to be do the job right and fast! I shouldnt have to wait this long to get my car intake. FIND A BETTER PROCESS. I will not bring my car back to this location.
I didnt care for this particular location. They kept my vehicle several days outside of the date they advised my vehicle would be ready. Though the staff was nice, they need to find better places to purchase parts from . They had several excuses as to why my vehicle wasnt ready on time and could not give very good explanations as to why. However, aside from that my vehicle was in good condition. Just took over 2 weeks, i wont use them again.
7/7/17 - Stay away from this location!! Not worth the agony. I should have known when I was dropping off my car and seeing another customer explainingthe paperwork was done incorrectly. I am supposed to pick up my vehicle. So I call them, THEY did not call me, to tell me my vehicle is not ready.Brian’s customer service is lacking. I’m paying UBER for rides and they have not empathy toward their customers’ needs.7/8/17 - so DONNIE called today @ 10am. stated that they are sorry. My vehicle is in Paint. My response: My car has been in paint since last Thursday....Still waiting on this call back I keep hearing about.
I stopped by for a quote to fix damage some damage to my car and the lady at the front desk had very bad customer service. She refused because of my insurance carrier after I was told by corporate that it was accepted. I will never go back to this establishment. I can only emagine how they treat the customers that are required to go to them. Good luck!!

This place is terrible. Do not take your vehicle here. Its been 7 weeks since I dropped off my vehicle and I still dont have it back.This place is really sketchy. If you take your vehicle here, inspected every piece that they work on. They will paint over parts instead of replacing them with the new parts. I also asked for the invoices of all the parts that they said they ordered for my vehicle and I have not received any. They will give excuse after excuse as to why something has not been done or why it was done incorrectly. I dont normally give feedback, but I do not want someone else to go through the same experience and frustration that I have gone through with this Service King.They were supposed to be done in 3 weeks; however, after 3 weeks passed they did not bother to call me to tell me that they were still working on my vehicle. They told me it would be done by week 4. I went on week 4 to pick up my vehicle and there were scratches all over the vehicle, parts that were replaced and new still had damage from the accident. My spare and tools were not in the trunk of my vehicle.I gave them the opportunity to keep my vehicle an extra weekend to finish work. They finally called me on week 6 to pick up my vehicle. I left my vehicle running for 5 minutes in their lot while I inspected my vehicle. The check engine light turned on within those 5 minutes. They also forced a random lug nut onto my vehicle, so this messed up the thread and I was unable to screw on the wheel lock. There are chips on the paint of my vehicle and the hood does not sit correctly. The air duct was missing and instead of putting on a new one, they wanted to throw one on from another vehicle.I gave them 3 opportunities to fix their mistakes and they did a pathetic job of correcting themselves. They said they would fill up my tank and have my vehicle professionally detailed; however, those were just empty words.If this is the quality of Service King, I will not take my vehicle to any Service King and I will tell everyone to avoid Service King. Whats the point of having a warranty on service, if the service is terrible?Update: Service King took my car to the dealer; however, they had cleared the check engine light without telling me nor telling the dealer. So it turned back on at the dealer. Turns out a pump had to be replaced and the fuse box had been replaced with an incorrect one. Thats extremely unprofessional and potentially dangerous. Im really disappointed with Donnie and Danny at Service King especially since they seemed like good, honest people. Hopefully, I can correct the situation and get my vehicle back to the correct condition.This place needs to be scrutinized and thoroughly inspected, so that this degree of unprofessionalism doesnt happen to other customers.
They did a horrible job on my truck. Left pit holes in the bonding material so it was noticeable after it was painted. Then they did something to the cab of our truck and tried to cover it up with touch up paint and made a horrible mess of it. I will never let them touch a vehicle of ours again. The location on airport freeway in Irving is where we went. They denied doing that damaged spot they tried to cover up so never again. They marked a couple of little dings we already had on a piece of paper but that was not on there because there was nothing there before they did whatever it is they did to it. Cant trust people who deny their mistakes.

Horrible workmanship. I was without my car for 5 weeks and had to take it back several times for a flooded trunk. My Costco Kleenex pack was ruined. $25 dollars in the trash in soggy Kleenexs. The date promised was a week off... Asked for a rent car if it was going to be longer...Brian said, He would get me one.... Lies! Very unprofessional.Left my car muddy inside. Awful service but the beg for 10 stars even before you hand them the keys. Never use Service King...EVER!

Im a nuts and bolts kind of guy. I want to get in, get the work done, and get out as quickly and easily as possible. I dont need hand holding. I dont need frills or flavored coffees.These guys deliver my kind of service in spades. I dropped off my car for some fender bender repairs. They told me how much and when it would be ready. They gave me a rental that cost less than my insurance coverage. They finished on time and at the quoted cost.Bottom line? They did what they said they would do. I dont require anything further. Still worried? Ask for Tony. He was my guy, and I have no complaints.

We have had two vehicles fixed here over the last seven years. Both times it took approximately 12 weeks to get our vehicle back. Return phone calls are non existent unless you call multiple times in one day. If you have a choice then DO NOT USE SERVICE KING. We thought we didnt have a choice because of our insurance. Now we know different. The people are courteous enough, but the job does not get done in a timely manner and it is done wrong. My husband has broke down two times in less than a week because of their error. Putting wrong fluid in break lines and using after market parts on a brand new 2018 vehicle, which null and voids any warranty with the manufacturer. We still dont have our vehicle back after our 3rd trip.

UPDATE-After having to take my car backTo service king for finishing repairs things are looking as it should but with few let downs.For some reason Service king is against putting OEM parts back on. (Original manufacture parts).In other words they will put after market body parts on your vehicle just to save money. That’s the one thing I did not I understand. If my vehicle had original manufacture parts on before why should I have to settle for after market parts after the repair? I was hit from behind and now I no choice to live with this after market trash in my car which I’m still paying off!Ridiculous,Kodi, Kody the supervisor I believe looked at my vehicle and I asked him if there is any way they can just put manufacture bumper on because there was a gap between quarter panel and bumper (size of door gap)Instead he takes it to the teach for them to adjust it barley which hardly made a difference.My trunk lid is still buckled from the accident and they say it’s not enough damage to touch the truck lid?What kinda reasoning is this, I swear I took my car here because of reviews and rewards won at this service king.Yet I’m not satisfied.Corporate please reach out to meoriginal post -Extremely disappointed with my experience with service king. I feel that the repair was done incorrectly and quality checks for the repair were not done prior to me picking up my vehicle.

Got a text saying car was finished 48 hours after dropping off. Thinking it was a freak technical error, I decided to walk behind the fence to make sure car was really done before turning in rental. Car come back in better condition than before. Hats off to Service King and Geico for prompt attention to this minor accident.

I got in and was out the same day with a rental. But ultimately I think it depends on the insurance carrier you have to get a certain treatment. Luckily, for me I was hit by sumone that had AAA and this is a preferred store with AAA. The guy who serviced my car was more so of oh AAA is great we love them, but if you have an insurance company no one really heard of, those guys gives us problems on parts. So my best advice is if you have good insurance company you will get good services if you dont you may not have such a pleasant experience. Thats just an opinion based off my conversation with the guy. I never experienced that and hope I want. Just an FYI

Ive been here twice afterbeing rear ended and had excellent service both times. Staff is very prompt and attentive and made the repair process as painless and smooth as possible.
Collision repair was fast and reliable
Had to take my car in 3 times to get the front bumper painted. Paint kept peeling. The manager told me on my 3rd trip that the peeling paint was my fault. Im not kidding. I ended up taking the car to a different auto body repair shop and a year later the paint job still looks great. Dont waste your time with Service King in Irving.

Service King is fantastic, very fast. Austin Mears is kind and makes sure you feel comfortable.Enterprise on the other hand, not so much. I waited over an hour in their office for a car. They didnt have any cars ready to go which seems an extremely silly workflow. I hope it was a one-off, and that someone was missing that day, but it made everything very frustraing.
Last year August I took my RAV 4 2018 after someone hit me. These people fixed it and gave a long list of 30 days 60 days and 90 days do not DOs after the work was done( which sounded weird cos a car should be washed and all) I come up to Massachusetts couple of weeks ago and the spot they fixed cracked! Like it tore open. I’m thinking why would metal crack? Long story short, another authorized GEICO shop fixed it and showed me pieces of plastic(like a cast) that service king put over my panel instead of doing the right thing, they did a short cut patch up work.Make people trust you guys, stop scamming and doing cheap work when you are gonna get paid full price. This is just unheard of and evil. Stay away if you can, else be watchful and careful of these scum bags!!

Obviously the people writing good reviews for this place must work there. I had an appointment for 4 PM today, I arrived at 405 PM 5 minutes late. Waited for 15 minutes before I inquired about the wait. The receptionist said he was getting the paper work together to do my estimate. When I asked her if he knew I was coming, she said yes but I was 10 minutes late and then just got up and walked away. So I told her Im not dealing with a company that makes me wait and has a rude receptionist and I left. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE!!! PLEASE. This is only the second review Ive ever wrote, but I didnt have a choicevthis time, I dont want others to go through what I had to.
Car crash in laundromat September 3 2017
I took my car there 3 years ago, the Geico reps were excellent. I chose them again thinking I would get the same service with a different carrier, I was sadly mistaken. Our Service Advisor said he would call or text updates, didnt happen. We had to call with sometimes long hold times. The receptionist is truly that, she doesnt assist with anything else. They have had our car for over a month now & now says there are 2 cars ahead of us in the paint process. Considering we told them we didnt have a rental, they still are not trying to expedite anything possible. The ONLY reason they get 2 stars is because of the service I received before but considering this time around and the numerous competition out there, we are NOT going back to Service King.
The job was overall great and thats all i expected, there is alot of cars that come and go so the amount of time it takes varys.
These losers are the worse!! Bryan specially, if their customers service is this bad I wonder how their repairs are. I was late to my appointment for 8 minutes due to traffic and rain I tried to explain that to Bryan but he said I needed to reschedule for the 4th time because he didn’t have time to look at my paperwork. He then went back on his Facebook account using his work computer as I could see. There should be a negative one start on reviews. That’s probably why he can’t do any better than scratching and repainting old cars. Keep feeling your important Bryant. Lol
They were quick and courteous. Unfortunately, the insurance company declared my car a total loss, so no comments as to repair quality.
Bryan at service King did a AWESOME job handling the repairs. Timely updates and overall GREAT service.
Plenty of parking and Customer seating. They do great work and get vehicles out quick.

I later realized I should have taken my vehicle to the dealer to be repaired due to the fact it was fairly new, but I was not familiar with the process and read good things about Service King. This is my story-involved in rear collision, some scratches on bumber, but when THEY saw it there were dents, the insurance wanted to replace it with an after market part, after telling Service King i should take it to the dealer, they said they could use OEM part with the same price. Got my vehicle back and they used the defective part, there was a noticeable burn hole on the plastic bumber and because it was the end of the month I was told to bring it back in 5 days for them to look at it. At my first visit when waiting, one of the service consultants was told that someone from the insurance was on the phone and without him asking who it was he just said hey (name). I later learned that this was the same insurance person handling my claim.
This Service King kept my car for over a month in a half and the guy who started the work didnt communicate very well with them so now i owe them out of pocket cost.Wow! good job ass holes! i will make sure everyone know you are RIPOFF
Just had the rudest person ever! Some female wouldnt even let me get a car estimate, because it meant her getting out her seat and grabbing somebody who knows how to do their job! Im going somewhere else until they hire people who actually car about doing their job instead of turning people away.

I was blown away by my experience at Service King! I got rearended 12/23 and the entire ordeal has been a pain in my ass. First business was closed for back to back holidays. I had work/life to attend to, etc. I finally found a moment to call and make my appointment to take my car in to get fixed. Joe was super nice and answered all 100 of my questions. He followed up when he said he would and kept me in the loop about when I should expect to get my precious back. I got the voicemail as I left work yesterday at 5:37p ... I thought I CAN MAKE IT BY 6PM!!!. Something strange was going on with the IVR when I tried to connect to someone at the location. I pulled in at 5:59p and jumped out to explain I was there to turn it my side piece and pick up my baby. Eunice was patient and understanding and listened to my whole story and started gathering up my paperwork while I dashed next door to tell Enterprise I was there to turn in my rental. Jeff was working and agreed to let us finish up the process before leaving for the night. I felt really bad about making them stay late just so I could get my car back but I was happy that they were so understanding and easy going. They did not make me feel bad or anything. I was absolutely blown away by Service King and Enterprise! This so far has been the best part of the entire crappy experience. Thank you all for everything!! You are doing a great job :) Im sure you all dont hear that enough!

I came here to get my car repaired after i was backed into. They let me know there was a service light on the dash only ford could take off. Didnt think anything of it. Just took my car into ford for a manufacturers issue (9 MONTHS LATER) and i told them about the light and asked if they could takr it off while i was there. They let me know it was actually my airbag light... they just called me back. Not only did service king forget to plug my aitbag sensors back in and tell me the light wasnt a big deal but the technician at ford said he was looking at the worst job he had ever seen from a service king. They have gotten a new general manager since they fixed my car so hopefully they have gotten it together.Side note: when i called them the first time after going to ford, the receptionist said let me transfer you to the manager in the most sarcastic tone possible then hung up.
