Everyone is so friendly, yet very professional and attentive. They kept me updated every step of the way and was very honest. I especially like that they offer rides for those that may not have backup transportation. One of their vehicles is actually what caught my attention and I made a mental note to contact them if I were to ever experience any unforeseen issues with my car. Had an excellent experience with the repair of my oil separator valve in my Porsche. No issues so far post repair. The only problem was they did not have a T-extension that was required to re-install my valve cover and had to keep it an extra day which I was not pleased about. Otherwise, would use them again.

I recently bought a 1987 Ford Bronco. It’s an old truck and I was aware that repairs were needed. I took it to Christian Brothers. They gave me a thorough and detailed report of recommended repairs. They attached pictures and videos. With my truck being older, some parts were difficult to find. They persisted and found an aftermarket part that was no longer being made by Ford. They were in constant communication and super friendly. I will go back for the the rest of the repairs when I am able to get them completed. Thank you Christian Brothers!

Bought a new truck recently and took it in to make sure there werent any underlying issues that I missed. The Valley Ranch team inspected the vehicle in under an hour, gave me a detailed list of things to fix, and even replaced my blinker light for free. Been going to this shop for a few years now and theyre always great.

I had visited three other places and was told that it would take at least 2 hours or more for a state inspection. I came across this location and called to see how long the wait would be. The gentleman that answered said it would be about 30 min. Once I arrived everyone was professional and friendly. They were able to get me in for a state inspection and it took less than 20min. Very impressed with the cleanliness of this establishment as well. If I have any service needs in the future I will definitely come here 😁.

Went in for state inspection, everyone was super friendly. They had a few people in front of me but they quickly worked with everyone and were friendly and upfront with the wait time. I was planning a trip so I took my Tundra in for an oil change since I was coming up on the recommended date. I am rarely driving my truck and didn’t pay attention to the mileage. They looked at the condition of my oil and recommended that I wait until I was closer to the mileage. This is twice now that I have gone to them for service I was told or thought I needed based on dealer recommendations and they have told me I was good. I will continue going to Christian Brothers for all my maintenance and repairs.

My 2016 Prius battery just randomly went out. Was able to get it in early afternoon and the next morning it was ready. Very communicative and helpful!

They are no better than Firestone. They will find all kinds of things wrong which is not what I brought my car in for. They also did work I did not authorize. They also have 200% mark up on parts. After the repairs were completed, now I have a small almost imperceptible wabble in the front and it has a slight pull to the left. The car has developed a sqeak.

It feels like a family at this shop. They are caring and friendly and try very hard to save you money and help you make the right decision for you. I heard one of their employees spend 20 minutes trying to talk a customer out of an expensive repair when there was a better option. They worked quickly and told me what was going on very clearly. Definitely coming back for all of my diagnostics and repairs

Very professional and speedy service. A lot of the other shops I called kept telling me to fix my brakes it was going to be more than 1200 dollars and they took care of my brakes, brake hose, spark plugs, flushed out the bad brake fluid, did a fuel induction service, fixed my wipers, all for less than 800 dollars. I am delighted to have found Christian Brothers Automotive! I have an older model Volvo, which I dearly love. They didn’t make fun of my old car and seemed to understand the need to feel safe in a car regardless of age. These people were not only pleasant to deal with, highly professional, and very accommodating, but have reasonable rates, as well.

It was a great experience. The diagnosis was done very quickly and were discussed with me. The repairs were done earlier than expected and the customer service was fabulous right from the time I dropped my vehicle till I picked it up including the shuttle service. I will definitely recommend Christian Brothers to my friends.

They were extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the car. I had gone in last week and they thought there was a sensor issue but my car wasn’t malfunctioning frequent enough for them to pick it up in their testS. They advised me to bring it in the next time it does that. They didn’t charge me for a diagnostic test at all! That’s extremely rare for an auto shop to do that! I took the car back in when my car acted up again. They were able to find the issue and fix it for me at a reasonable price with great service! Thank you so much!

I’ve been using Christian Brothers in Valley Ranch for years and they have always been honest, very fair, extremely professional and reliable. I trust them 100% with my 17 year old car. They truly go above and beyond in every way possible. They even provide detailed reports that include pictures of the repairs that are needed so you can actually see what is broken, leaking or wrong with your vehicle. I went to another car repair shop to get my brake pads replaced and they did a horrible job! My brakes are squeaking like crazy now. So, I went back to them to fix it and it’s still squeaking. I finally decided to go to Christian Auto Brothers and they explained exactly what was wrong. And they even typed up an explanation to take to the other repair shop! I wish I would have just went to Christian Auto first then I wouldn’t be in the mess with the other place. But I’m grateful that Christian Auto was willing to assist me with another auto repair shop’s work free of charge! I will definitely be returning for all my car maintenance needs!

I went to Christian Brothers Automotive because I know it’s a trusted chain. You pay a premium for it, but in my mind the peace of mind is worth it. I got a heater core replaced and it was on the higher end of costs IMO, but the communication was easy and they texted about other things they found that needed work. I could easily approve or decline the additional work from my phone. Employees are professional and responsive. Would take my vehicle here for work in the future!

This place has very good customer service, I called to set appointment for oil change even though they were really busy but they fit me in and were able to get it done in time for me to pick it up during my lunch break. They seem to do quality work and environment is very clean and professional. They dont seem like scammers and they dont have bad customer service like most shops in dfw area so I felt comfortable leaving my Corvette with my belongings inside of the vehicle.

I went for my Vehicle Inspection required for license plate registration which was mandatory in Texas. I visited Christian Brothers at Valley Ranch early on Friday morning for my state inspection. This was my very first visit and they made me feel very welcomed. The atmosphere is very warm and positive. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The facility was very clean and the waiting area is comfortable. While I didnt use this service, I liked that they offer a shuttle service. The service department at my dealership has disappointed me lately. I will likely begin bringing my car to Christian Brothers going forward. Thank you Christian Brothers at Valley Ranch for reminding me that excellent customer service is still alive and kicking!

***Update. 2nd review. Had another issue...turned out to be a pretty major repair. Once again, these guys were great. Excellent communication even when there were delays that were completely outside of their control. Fantastic experience all around.Had an issue with my truck diagnosed somewhere else but they were kinda wishy washy about it so I decided to get a 2nd opinion. Brought it here and they nailed it. not only did they diagnose it correctly but they repaired it and gave me a firm time when they would be done. Fair price, great work, and very professional and friendly.They communicated clearly throughout the process and I was never left questioning anything. Highly recommend this place for anything you need.

These guys are stand up guys who stand behind their work. I am reluctant when it comes to trusting anyone with working on my vehicle. However, these guys are trustworthy and know what they’re doing. Ryan was my engineer and he did a great job. The customer service is great here as well. Johnson was exceptional, he constantly updated me on my vehicle and was kind throughout. I will be back should I need anything else done on my car.

These guys were amazing! I was having some weird noises coming from my engine compartment and obviously immediately freaked out. We called AAA for a tow and asked to be towed to a different shop. AAA let us know that Christian Brothers was a AAA discount location and asked if we wanted to go there instead. I was a little hesitant since the other shop had a low cost diagnostic fee, called up Christian Bros and luckily they were in the same general price range for the diagnostic. We got there, spoke with Reagan and let him know what was going on. My car is still under warranty for a few things and he was more than happy to let me know the process they have to go through to work with my warranty company. They ran the diagnostic and called up my warranty company and got the parts and work approved. Reagan was on top of it with communicating what was going on (basically waiting on the warranty co to get back to them) and I never felt left in the dark. While the alternator was getting sorted, they also advised my A/C wasn’t quite cooking like it should. I had noticed it but didn’t say anything since I didn’t assume that would be covered under warranty. They called the warranty company back up and it was covered! After all was said and done my car is driving better now than it has in months! I will definitely refer people to this location and I’ll continue to bring my car in for routine maintenance or anything else that may come along.All the people we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Reagan, he was always upbeat and kept me updated throughout the whole process.

I have a nissan sentra car and used to service in the nissan service center. This time we tried to go with a different automotive service shop. I find this car repair shop in google search and i find best reviews for this auto shop. this is in valley ranch near by India Bazzar. I went for a oil change and to check my car condition. They verified the entire car and reported there is no action needs to be taken for this time and recommend me to replace engine air filter and cabinet air filter next time. But in nissan service center they recommended me to replace so many things, I informed them that i will replace in next service. Christian brothers service timing is too good and very professional.I am going to continue my future service with the Christian Brothers automotive. I would recommend this service shop. This is my number one place for getting my car worked on. I love my Challenger SRT and wouldnt trust it to anyone but the best. Christian Brothers Automotive always takes the best care of my baby.Not only is the quality of their work top-notch they are incredibly forthcoming and honest . On numerous occasions Christian Bros. have refused to charge me for services requested but did not need.They could have easily charged me for the service and I wouldnt have known any different. I wouldnt expect that same kind of treatment at any other mechanic.

I’m new to the Dallas area and after reading all the good reviews about Christian Bros. Automotive I decided to take my car there for a muffler problem. They diagnosed the problem (hole in muffler) and said they weren’t able to repair it without replacing the whole muffler which would be very expensive, so instead they referred me to a muffler place who fixed it very cheaply. Later on when I got home, I noticed a metal piece was missing from my car door handle so I called CB to find out if they had the missing piece. Brandon said he would check and get back to me. Two days later, he called and said they had ordered the missing piece and would replace it for free! I was blown away by their great customer service....they have a customer for life now.
