Incredible service - I called after 7 p.m. frantically trying to order flowers for a funeral to be delivered before noon the next day. Ms Nguyen said no problem, we can do it. We did the transaction by text, super easy. The arrangement was beautiful, and my family raved about how lovely they were. Totally reasonable price for what we got. Thank you, Ms Nguyen!

I picked up an arrangement for my girlfriends birthday. Asked for certain colors and Irving Flowers was able to make it the same day and schedule a decent time for pickup. They also gave me a free birthday card! I saw some negative reviews, but think people are too critical. This is a good local business with great arrangements ✨🙌💐✨

Horrible customer service. She was screaming at us to hurry up and pick our flowers as soon as we got in. The flowers look like they are going to die in a day when you see them close up, she refused to give us the price beforehand, she kept taking off her face mask, overall horrible experience. Flowers from Kroger look more alive and are better priced than here.

Worst place..please do not EVER COME HERE! This place does not deserve any clientele!! My husband ordered me a bouquet for our anniversary and when I received it, it was nothing like it was supposed to be. The amount he probably paid for is NOT WORTH the money at all! He regrets not staying there and watching them do it. He’s paid less at sams club and their arrangements are 100% and 100xs better than what I have received!! Really upset about this arrangement. Please beware people I am not kidding, you will be really disappointed and unsatisfied for your order!!

Flowers arrived.Language/culture barrier.I understand owner was under a lot of stress on Valentines Day, but try to understand when your customer is concerned about his gf not receiving flowers as promised.

Attempted to place an order on their website, when I received the email confirmation there was incorrect info. Tried calling the store to correct it. Was told by someone that they are closed today on vacation and then she hung up. Would not use them if I were you

Ordered flowers for a sick colleague. I placed the order at 8am. Received a confirmation email. At 3:30pm checked the status and it said the order was cancelled. No one called to notify me. I called to ask why and they said they did not have azelas. I asked if i could substitute something else and they said they were busy.The person who answered the phone was rude and could barely speak or understand English. I placed my order with another company.Do not use this company - they dont care and have horrible customer service.

Ordered som flowers for a friend because she watched my dog while I was away due to a death in my family. The order was cancelled. No calls. Just an e-mail. Crappy communication. I will NEVER order flowers here again.

Place an order for friday today is tuesday spoke to the sales person clearly ask for my card to be swipe up on friday because my wife would find out she aways checking bank statements, sales lady understood said she will write a note for card to be swipe up on friday i wanted to suprise my wife by sending her flowers to her new job since sunday is her birthday for some reason we always get low on money close to her birthday but this month i been working really hard putting 60 to 70 hours at week of work hours i can afford the best priceless flowers for herWell they swipe the freaking card came home not to a kiss and a hug but to scenerio that many man go through i had to tell her other than that she would probably start looking at me weirdThis people have ruin pretty much the feeling of why we send flowers to someone special Please do not let them take that away from you...oh and thats not all am calling kind of late trying to find out about my refund and they telling me .Well let see if we can refund your money Bullshit excuse my french just call in the morning when staff is there....no no no no..

I received flowers from someone who ordered them from out of town and I was very disappointed ...when they arrived they were a mess...the filler leaves were dirty, and there were empty stems mixed in with no leaves on them ..I had to wash, re cut the flowers and rearrange them to make them look good ...however the flowers were of pretty good quality ...but I was not pleased

Ordered a dozen red roses to be delivered at a certain time, never got there on time. The place to be delivered is right down the road from from them. Horrible service for a flower shop. DO NOT USE!
