If I would have found less than a star I would have rated it, one of the worst places I’ve been for a delivery. Got here at 12:45 was told on my confirmation that I had a 3 pm appointment, you get to the security and they tell you your appointment its for 2 hours later. To go out and wait on the street with signs pf no parking every 50 foot. When your appointment time comes you go back but they are not ready for you yet sign in leave your phone and go back to park on the street. Also don’t ask for restrooms because there’s none, you are not supposed to ask for that because the guy gets really mad

In and out, under an hour. Pretty smooth, all things considered.Docking can be weird, pager system from way back. People were friendly and professional. Nothing to note for newbies other than the docks might be very challenging if the yard dogs have trailers dropped in places theyre not supposed to be in. Seemed to be a good place to load or unload Happy to do business with them again.

Early appointment helped get a dock quick but it fills up nowhere to park, watch out for other trucks fast pace area,check in get dock get loaded,loader seals trailer, drive up to guard canopy verify info,good to go

Arrived on time. Checked in. Shipping was behind. Joined the 8-10 trucks ahead of me on the street to wait a call. Once called it took 30 min to get into the dock while waiting for them to release the truck in my dock. 30 min load time. Loaded correctly for weight. 4.5 hrs total. Nice staff just crowded which tends to make it slow for the volume they are trying to push.

4 stars because it took a while to get into the door and then get loaded. Otherwise, the facility is pretty straightforward. 🙂

Loaded quickly. Friendly atmosphere. Shipping on top of their game. Twenty minutes. Tight backing, so be on your a game. They are very busy. Make sure you bring something to eat, because it could be longer than 20 minutes

Guy on dock yelling all because I wasn’t line up right so I had to stop and get out of my truck to ask what he was saying and like I said was telling me how to drive, you would think as much money Dr Pepper makes they could re paint the lines on the dock area so you could see smh!! This place is constantly like this!!

It was good. Getting in is a little time consuming and the lot is pretty tight if there are almost of trucks when your driving to get to the dock but there is good room to park even if you are a beginner. It was a fast unload. Excellent people.

They get you in and out fast. Just the dock area of backing is not that its tight. Its that it is alot of traffic that be going on thats the only issue. So while you trying to back. There be a line of other trucks and yard dogs trying to get by.

It was fine for loading,, some waited a while for unloads, no bathroom cheap soda at guard shack. Kinda tight backing docks

The ladies working in the booth in the entrance gate very rude no customer service skills then when you get a live load they tell you to turn around & wait rudely I will never bring pick a load are loaded trailer here again management need to know how they talk to drivers period

Check in was fairly painless and they got me on a door pretty quick. Loading took a bit but it wasnt too bad. Drawback is that theres a lot of stuff moving around in the yard so you have to be careful.

First time here, was 2 hours early for live load. Security and loading dock folks treated me well and got me out just fine.

I was there for 10 hrs trying to get unloaded, I was there so late security had to come back and let me out the gate...

5:30 am appointment checked in at 5:15 am unloaded and rolling at 7:05am. Not to bad. Check in gate lady was nice. Office guy not a positive person but hey it was early in the morning.

I was in an out in 30 minutes. Those dudes were on a roll.

They do not have a restroom on site been here now for about 6 hours they know Im here still not unloading yet

Grounds were well kept, Gate Security Officer attentive, and HR Rep(female Afro-American) very Nice!

Appt time was 8am been here since 730am and it’s 1030am. Was told by them it was going to be another hour before they get to me. It’s been over an hour and still nothing. They do not have good communication skills. If they weren’t going to unload at 8am then they need to learn to reschedule to the afternoon when they actually unload the tanks. They need to learn communication skills and if they book the time for 8am then they need to unload at 8am common sense goes along ways and yes I also informed there corporate office as well. Pathetic

Its a crowded place for truck drivers to dock for loading. They can improve the facility with more space. To top it off the people in the front gate are rude.

Very good place to deliver, strictly by appointment! There is parking out side but signs say no parking, stayed outside for the night and wasnt bothered

I hate that I even have to put a star to submit this review. These are the most slowest people in the state of Texas. Ive literally wait 5 hrs to get unloaded. They want you there on time, but youll be there for hours.

😡 The women at the truck check in is rude she brings her home problems to work she talks so low you can’t hear her then you ask her what she said she screams at you she don’t deserve having a job where she’s giving customer service. 😡she needs therapy in her life. She is African American and skinny women. Never coming pick up a load here again.😡I only 5 star it for everyone to see. She don’t deserves not even one star!!!!.....

Very fast place

I hate coming here with a passion. The amount of trucks they have coming in is insane compared to how small their yard is. Forget trying to drop a trailer, there isnt even anywhere to drop it because the yard is filled with their own company trailers! The lot is just too small to accommodate too many trucks at once. Its better to get live loaded. I was in and out of the dock in about 45 mins. Someone comes out and brings you your paperwork when your done. The docks look tight but it actually pretty decent to get in when you come the right way.

We had a delivery here. The guys at the dock were in no hurry. If you have a delivery here I advise you to be very nice to the people that unload you. If you give them any kind of attitude you will be there for hours. Just suck it up and get some sleep. You cant make them move any faster but you can sure make them work slower.

Extremely poor maintenance on their equipment. I wont be drinking any of their products anytime soon because of it.

Quick to load once on dock, if there’s allot of trucks you might be ask to turn around and park in the street and call you when ready

Truckers respect to you guys unloading time was around 2 hours for me but very strict APPOINTMENT TIME so be aware, there is parking on street even though there is signs (NO PARKING TRUCKERS PARKED THERE)I will post street pictures so you can decide. Big lane,but moving fast

Every single time I am dispatched to this location on a Sunday, I am told there will be definitely someone here to get my load. There is never anyone here to get me my load.Their Google maps say that they are 24hrs. My dispatch computer says 24hrs. It is absolutely not 24hrs.

Check in wasnt bad for pickup. Pretty standard. Plenty of room to back into the docks, though maybe today was my lucky day. Free bottled water for the drivers (DejaBlue). I didnt ask about facilities. Pretty quick load time. Just waiting on bills now. Not the best, but far from the worst.

Picking up and delivering here is a nightmare. Rarely, does anyone pick up the phone, return messages, or work cooperatively with you in terms of appointments. Service is not unlike at a Greyhound bus station; most employees are completely indifferent to care or satisfaction.

I got loaded here and dont even ask me for loadslock or secure bands for secure the products in the trailers. Bad experience

A tiny crazy place!!

Cluster getting in. Yard dogs speed through. Took 2 hours to get loaded.

I work here and i honestly like it alot in comparison to coke, or pepsi or any other truck diving job ive had in the past.Insurance is day one. Boss and supervisor is cool. HR honeslty Im a little on the fence about but well see.

It is kind of hard 2 move around in the yard.

Friendly people in the check in office. Arrived an hour ahead and loaded and leaving by my appt time. Street parking but very few places. Can be a cluster bomb on some days.

I deliver here often and everyone is nice. My only complaint is theres no bathroom. You better go before you get here! ☹️

Many times here... loading or unloading around two hours...no bad... only appointment no overnight...No stars for this hole and Gina Martin and your people for bad spirit. In the beginning I am felling angry about my request...(unloading pallets before my appt time to attend on time to my kid graduation) but after all I concluded... Reputation this is how you play if you mess up your status will change be with her. So a witch who is bored might do ANYTHING.

Stopped at the gate, did paperwork. Went clear to the back corner docks 42-45. The folks there treated me good, but just remember, the only restroom is at the outbound gate.

Good people but backing into the holes on the sides with concrete I front of the building was a bear.

This place is a disaster, no restrooms for driver, except at gate entry, no vending machines, long wait, dont be 5 mins late or you have to reschedule.

No good to have appt. appt. at 8 am still sitting on street at 10 am with no end in site. Clock running and hoping will have enough time to leave. Showed up at seven am. Evidently they have no regard at cares for the drivers. Hope this is only time delivering here, if ever get delivered!!!!!!!!!

I picked up a load here the employees were great but it is to packed in there. The yard is for 48 ft. trailers.
