Decent selection of shoes for all. There is also an a assortment of other related items. This is a very new business after some time being out of the Irving market.

Bought light-up sneakers for my toddler. One of the sneakers did not work. I returned the item only to have to pay more, since they removed the coupon on their faulty sneaker. It should not be my fault that they have faulty sneakers.

The store was great and I did find what I was looking for but the prices seemed a bit high.

The most unprofessional employees i ever seen in my life, myself and my family were shopping, one of the employees was keep coming and looking weirdly to my 3 years old who chose a shoes and had it with him which we were buying, apparently she did want to work and did not like him playing with the box and shows and she was worried that she might need to organized it again, i told her do not worry i am buying that but the store manager who i was expecting to apologize and correct the behavior, she started bullying and did not care about a customer who is here to shop. I had to leave before completing my shopping.

Associate denied to give me the box that came with the shoes because of inventory issues. Wouldn’t give me a gift receipt because I didn’t sign up for their program which is pretty dumb. Never ordering shoes online from this company is their associate are not going to be helpful. Not satisfied at all.

This location has a great selection for kids shoes, along with great deals. I was suprised to see it was very organized and clean, the other Carnival locations we have visited have been messy. When we entered we were greeted promptly. During our stay we were asked if we needed help several times, which was great. Our cashier was also great, he made sure we got the best deals and checked all our pair of shoes were correct.

If it’s not in the store do not order online worst costumer service in the store and over the phone . I asked for a size the lady said it’s no longer in stock not even giving me a chance to ask any other questions. So I left and since they have a sale going on I ordered online. I even paid 2day shipping and got it 8 days later. This store and the customer service line is literally giving me the run around and making things completely complicated. I give it 0 stars I’m only writing this review because I’m saving people time before they get screwed $59 or more dollars!!

Really good deals but you have to catch them.

Honestly youre not really getting a good deal unless you buy more than one pair of shoes. They do have some decent shoes, however the not generally as stylish as the ones in the major shoe stores. The shoes the do have cost just $10-20 cheaper than shoes you would find at major stores but only when you purchase 2 or more. For example when I went, the store had a sale of 20% off when you buy 2 pairs of shoes. They shoes I did have interest in ranged from $75-110.

Went to Dallas Tx, for a family trip and decided to buy at this store, we bought around seven pair of shoes, and when we got back home I discovered that one of the pairs was not mate size and not even left and right shoe, they gave me two left shoes and different sizes, obviously they dont check that the pairs are mates when they charge you.
