I contacted Culligan about getting a water system in my home. My contact Stephen Miller came by and gave me all the information I needed, and he recommended the perfect system for my needs. I was then put in contact with Chad (sorry didnt get last name) to go over the system and get it installed. After only 2 days Chad was able to come in and explain everything I had questions about. The customer service was wonderful, and the Culligan employees were really helpful! Not to mention the water tastes great!!! Would definitely recommend.

Today Jerry Gaston came to check the equipment we installed two weeks ago. Everything works very good so far. It’s convenient and safe for our family. We love the product.

Signed up with Ready Refresh 2 months ago and its been a nightmare trying to get them to deliver within 1-2 weeks of their agreed date, couldnt even pick up their equipment when asked in a timely manner. Chad was the exact opposite of this, 48 hours from the time I requested info to the time he was at my door with service(and half that was due to my schedule). Very great-full for the customer focused support and communication which was very refreshing and how it should be.

Chad is our favorite water guy!! We didnt get to see him for a few weeks as our veterinary clinic worked out some accounting errors, but we were so happy to see him again! I reached out to Stephen Miller about a water system and getting something for my future home that I am in the works of buying. Stephen took the time not only to education me about water in the area but also everything that Culligan has to offer and how I can have better water. Stephen is polite, knowledgable and very informative. I am very excited for my water system in my future home, until then he has given me contact to have good water until that move date. This brings me to Chad. Chad contacted me quickly and was able to get me set up with a water cooler and 3- 5 gallon jugs within a couple of days from our first contact. Chad arrived was very polite and knowledgable. He set up my cooler in my apartment gave me the full run own on how everything works. I have enjoyed drinking my water and am already added and extra jug to my next delivery.

Chad came to delivery my water for the first time, he also set up the cooler for us and showed me how to hook everything up. He is very customer-oriented, you can text or call him anytime you want. He takes pride of the work he does!So far I am very satisfied with the service.

I already wrote a one star review for the customer service I received. I later received a call from Culligan which was much more satisfactory. My concerns were addressed politely and in a caring and straightforward manner. It seems as though not all customer service representatives have been with the company long enough to have gleaned the experience required in the trying times nor have they been versed in solutions to unique problems. However, the company followed up and earned my respect and continued patronage.

We had Stephan come this afternoon and explain us the whole RO drinking system. He was very knowledgeable and gave us exactly what we wanted. We got RO system with the tank. Hopefully the installation is also a smooth process.

Just had our system installed this morning, the installation was for an outdoor solution so they had to dig to find my water line. The guys who came out (Brandon and colleague) were very efficient and helpful, they left everything exactly as they found it and I am very pleased. Looking forward to having some better quality water!

Jerry Gaston did a great job of servicing our system. He gave us some helpful tips as well. He called in advance as we requested, which was very important, and he even rescheduled for later this afternoon, as I was tied up this morning when he called and I couldnt make the appointment. The service here is ridiculously unreliable. They charge me every month, but actually show up every 2 or 3 months. They dont seem to understand that theyve made a financial agreement and they have a responsibility to uphold it on their end. You can bet that if I didnt uphold my end and decided not to pay them for a month they would find that unacceptable. But they skip months of deliveries and I guess think thats OK. So over half the time Im literally paying them for doing absolutely nothing except charging my credit card.Edit: Tracey, I see your response. Its easy. Either whoever is responsible for scheduling deliveries is not scheduling them, or whoever is responsible for making deliveries is not making them. If you dont have a way to audit those parts of your business, then something is wrong. Every time I call to try and get a missed delivery fixed, the person on the phone attempts to call the delivery person and, every time, tells me they left a message. And the missed delivery never comes.

Horrendous experience on day of installation of a whole house water softening system. Without prior notification, I was asked to pay for the installation of the entire system up front with the installer citing a new policy. The sales person and the scheduling office did not notify me of this and the contract paperwork does not state payment is required prior to installation. I dont understand how this can be the way business is getting done. Im not sure whats going on here, and absolutely no one from Culligan Dallas is available to discuss this with me. The installer then told me that his manager asked him to leave and drove off. This has been an incredibly unprofessional experience and I feel scammed to say the least. This review should be zero stars.

Recently purchased a whole house water conditioning system that does a fantastic job of cleaning the water. Im now having the second problem with the unit and am again told there is no technical support available locally and they will put me on the service list. As last time that appointment is set for nearly two weeks in the future. Not a good way to have satisfied customers (or not) spread the word about a good product. More like having frustrated customers spreading word about the terrible after-sales service.

Stephen did an excellent job explaining and demonstrating the different RO units. Phil provided an awesome install. This is hands down the best RO unit and tasting water on the market!

Had a reverse osmosis and carbon filtration system installed at our place. Its an amazing difference. Our sales tech, Stephen, and our install tech Joey both did an outstanding job. Awful, useless customer service, unreliable equipment that needs regular visits from technicians to keep it working and zero flexibility when it comes tothe contract. You’ll pay whether your equipment works or not. Total garbage, I recommend you steer well clear.

Great system for the whole house. Our water tastes great, no more chlorine smell, no more dry water marks around sinks, and our skin feels softer. The system was installed outdoors however the installers had to dig in our flower bed and damaged our landscape light as it no longer works, scratched our landscape stone, and a few of our flowers and plants were damaged. The installer that came in the house to us tall the system under the sink put on booties but I noticed that he wore them going in and out the house. So it dirtied the floor. They also tracked mud all over the driveway and sidewalk but they power washed it out. They will be paying for the damage.

I work for Central American Trade in Carrollton. We have used Culligan for over 5 years. Mitch is our water delivery guy. Mitch is amazing! He always has a smile on his face and is always so cheerful and happy! He goes over and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Seeing him for sure brightens your day with his amazing cheerful and positive attitude. If for any reason we run out of water before its our time for delivery Mitch will make sure to deliver us water the fastest he can. We love our Culligan RO system and Culligan of Dallas has been servicing our system for 10+ years. We have called them 3x over 3 months for replacement cotton tabs (part of the warning system if theres a water leak under the sink/RO system). They are literally just cotton and the size of a nickel. Weve requested 2 tabs 3 times in the last few months. They say theyre going to mail them and then we never receive any. Today we called again. They are now telling us that the TWO cotton tabs are going to cost us FORTY dollars because weve requested again. This is how they treat loyal customers? I can assure them were not lying about cotton discs to hoard them. Horrible customer care.*Update: CS called after this review went up and FedEx-ed us the cotton tabs. Nice to see they course corrected.

Weve lived in our house for over five years with water quality that was not desirable. The calcium level was extremely high which made the water very hard. The water was hard on our skin (left it dry) and I noticed deposits on all of our appliances. I called Culligan of Dallas to see if they could help.
