Location was clean and well stocked. Worker was very nice when we asked for sample cups.Got a Hazelnut and White Chocolate Milkshake Swirl, with a bit of Cookies and Cream to the side. And topped it off with 2-3 pieces of every kind of chocolate topping available. Absolutely AMAZING!

Orange sorbet tasted bland. Watermelon sorbet was more flavorful, but nothing special. White chocolate yogurt was also just ok. They have a lot of toppings and those tasted good. Friendly service.

They give you a punch card for a “free yogurt” after 9 times of paying $10 a yogurt, the 10th one isn’t “free” it’s $8 instead of $10.

I came with my family to Yogurt Zone on Macarthur Blvd at 9:00PM.5 minutes after we paid for our yogurt and sat down. An employee asked us to leave so they could close. We were all confused because we come here frequently and on the sign and google it says that closing time is 10pm. So it was pretty rude that while we were sitting eating our yogurt we were told to get up and leave because they want to close early. There was no sign saying that they changed their closing time so we were all supposed to just take this young guys word for it and leave. He did not even bother to tell us that they were supposed to close at 9 while we were getting our yogurt and it was already after 9. I don’t understand how they were supposed to close at 9 but it was after 9 when we paid for our yogurt and he could have told us at the door that we are about to close. To me it just seems like a couple of young guys decided to stop taking customers and escort remaining customer early so they could clean and be ready to clock out and leave right at 10pm instead of doing their job right and serving until 10pm. I saw at least 5 customers turn around and walk away in disappointment as we finished our yogurt outside.

In town working and came across this place and now weve came at least twice a week now.. only problem is cheesecake yogurt is out often. Its clean, friendly staff. Weve never walked in and the toppings have been mixed up with others and ALWAYS filled to top. Your staff right on top of it.

I frequently visit YogurtZone, probably go at least 2-3 times a month. But my experience on Friday night makes me not want to go back. First, and most importantly, the yogurt was very icy and not creamy. I like this place because normally it’s creamy. It doesn’t taste as good when it’s icy. And for how much it costs, you want it to taste good.Secondly, they still REQUIRE masks. The CDC says fully vaccinated people DO NOT need to wear masks. So, me and my boyfriend walk in maskless, like I’ve done at every other business I’ve gone to since the mask mandate was lifted, and we are promptly told to put our masks on. Ok fine whatever, I can follow the rules. So we put them on. But then I look in the line and there’s a man standing getting his toppings WITHOUT a mask on!! If you’re going to enforce the rules, how about you enforce them for everyone and not just certain people?Lastly, there were 2 young men employees working. The one who told us to put our masks on stood behind the counter and did absolutely nothing the whole time we were there. He was just leaning against the counter making conversation with the other guy who was actually trying to ring people up. There was no hello when we walked in, have a good night, thanks for coming, or pleasantry of ANY kind. Just rudeness and complete oblivion to the customers.

Delicious frozen yogurts. They have limited options but are enough to satisfy the craving. They have wide variety of toppings. Extremely friendly staff and clean facility. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS YOGURT PLACE!!!

Good place for deserts.About 10 different type of flavors yogert.You can pick the flavors and topping and portions.I pick verify flavors such as strawberry, blueberry, dark chocolate, California plant..etc full fill of 2 small bowls and almond, peanut and sparkle topping.. etc and paid $12.Shared with my husband and 3 kids. Enough portions and good taste.We enjoy this place every Sunday after church.Fully recommended.

A great place for a nice cool treat on a hot summer day here in Texas. Reasonably priced for Frozen Yogurt compared to other places Ive been but keep in mind that Frozen Yogurt in general is NOT cheap. So if this is your first time be prepared. When I go the total for two people is on average anywhere from $25 to $30.Your yogurt is weighed before you pay so take it easy on those toppings if your trying to keep from killing your wallet.

Best froyo place near me by a landslide. Its so easy to customize your yogurt and it tastes better than ice cream. It is healthier too. The environment of the place just makes me feel happier😄

Good yogurt. Clean & I appreciate them stopping people and children from using g their hands to get toppings or playing in them. Wished they had more flavors or white chocolate mousse.

The employees were very pleasant and helpful. They had many flavors to choose from and even more topping options. Next time we are in the area we will visiting again.

The male employee was very rude we walked in everything was fine we all served ourselves watermelon yogurt and we didnt see anything wrong with the machine we paid for our yogurts and sat outside with our family until the male employee yelled at us saying that we left the machine running and there was a pile of yogurt on the trey we would never do anything like that and if we saw the machine keep pouring yogurt we would’ve obviously stopped it but the way he spoke to us was very rude and disrespectful we were answering calmly and he demanded an answer

Got there at 10:48 seen a group of teenagers sitting down with some teenager employees cleaning up. The boy proceed to point at the closing sign and say the store was closed then when i pointed out that it didn’t close until 11 the boy started laughing tall African American kid and then another employee let us in did not buy anything as the situation was unprofessional and one that i was very uncomfortable in.

I dont like low and non-fat, but others I was with enjoyed it and it wasnt too expensive.

I like the yogurt and toppings, but please management and employees stop straightening the spoons in front of the customers. Its very uncomfortable it make me feel you are rushing us to get out of the way. I personally feel weird about it. We the customers cant leave the spoons back the exact way there were before. 😒😒 I was there recently with my 2 kids and the owner was watching us if we were going to spill or drop something my son grabbed some cherries and out of the blue the owner removed the tweezers and replaced them. That was absolutely rude . He lost my business that day.

The variety is amazing! I truly love coming here.. but I always have to ask now before we start serving if they are accepting cards.. we had one experience where we served our food and we got to check out and had no cash to pay and they had to dispose the yogurt. I felt terrible about it but it wasnt their fault the server was down. Otherwise, they are a fun place for anyone to go, have fun & enjoy!

Great yogurt! Some froyo shops have soupy type yogurt and this certainly isnt one of them. Texture is just right!Ive lived in Las Colinas for 10 yrs and while the quality is great their prices have gone up. The rewards program used to be buy 9 cups get the 10th free but now its by 10oz per cup (which is a $5 yogurt mind you). So spend in excess of $50 and you can get something free. We have a couple kids so used to be a nice perk to reward them after school but I cant afford it any longer. Too expensive.Great yogurt, just cheaper options around for ice cream, even Blizzards are cheaper.

The only terrible thing about this place is the guy who owns or manage the place. He is obsessive watching and cleaning right behind the customers and even scold the customers if any piece of a topping or yogurt is spilled. I encourage visitors to look at that. I was a frequent visitor but they lost my business. This man got on me a month ago for spilling a little bit of cheese cake bites and he made my son cry after scolding him for spilling some sprinkles. I left the yogurts on the counter and walked away. He must read this review. He knows exactly who I am. I also invite readers of reviews to see older comments about this guy, very similar to mine. You would expect him to listen and learn.

Came here with my sister and it wasnt the absolute best. I feel like the employees could have at least welcomed us into the store. Also thought it was strange that one of the guys working there was in sweats and a sweatshirt with his hood over his head.

Yogurt doesnt taste like yogurt; rather it taste like Icecream. Depending on their mood, cashiers will greet you. If you add anything else like fruit to your bowl, it becomes expensive since you are charged on the basis of the weight of your bowl of yogurt.

KEEP AWAY from this place if you want to have a pleasant yogurt experience !Worst service. 5 of us went to get yoghurt and a Middle Aged person, denied us the tasting cups. I tried to explain him that it is 5 of us so I might need more than 1 tasting cup which he unwillingly gave. He couldn’t even communicate in English properly, and started to murmur something inaudibly. Never ever going back to this place.

Best Nutella ice cream ever and love the blueberry velvet cake. Also the macaroon ice creams sandwiches are amazing. Salted caramel and coconut are my favorite ones. They also have this coconut, ooey gooey ice cream sundae that is a a must.
