I needed some batteries for emergency lighting, after 2 transactions $457.00 latter I needed 6 more batteries, they said they would make them but it would be 2 weeks, i said no problem. 2 weeks latter I went to get the batteries they said they needed one more day. So I came back and they had them. The guy that was helping me said I didnt pay for 2 of the othe batteries he gave me 2 weeks ago, and insisted I pay for them now. I explained to him that he was mistaken that there was 2 transactions and that I did pay for them, And told me I would have to show him a receipt or pay now. I needed the batteries so I did as he wanted. After a 55 minute round trip to the company I work for I return back to the store. The employee told me he would have to get the receipt approved by his manger before he could give any refund, for their over charge. After a few minutes he came back and told me to insert my card and the refund would go back to the card, and he walk away. No apologies no sorry for your inconvenience, just walked away. Dont think Ill ever go there again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Scheduled an appointment in the evening for the next day 9am, specifying the phone model. When I arrived, they did not have the battery in stock, and I didnt get a notification.... Probably more of an app issue. But you should call ahead and verify availability yourself.Very helpful finding the battery at another store, though.

One of the key reasons I chose your company was you offered curbside pick up. I ordered online, selected a nearby location and selected Curbside Pickup. Your email confirmed the order and the delivery selection. But that is apparently a fallacy and is up to each of your franchises, and the one I selected does not have that service. When I reached out to your customer service team, they confirmed that no where do you state that. Normally this is an inconvenience but in a pandemic, this is completely unacceptable. Not only will I never use your company again, I will be quite vocal to my friends and family about your deceit.

They offer full on phone and tablet repair but couldn’t replace the battery in my particular key fob.Bought a soldering iron (which I was trying to avoid) and did it myself. Disappointing that a biz that specializes in BATTERIES couldn’t provide that very service.

Went here to look for battery for my MP3 Player based on recommendations from Best Buy. The battery they had did not fit. Didnt seems too interested in helping me to find realistic solutions. Went to Interstate Battery in Euless who was able to get me what I need. A lot more enthusiastic too! I gave Batteries Plus Bulbs 3 stars because of the fantastic assortment of battery they carry. If the guy were more helpful, would had given them 5 stars. Interstate Battery in Euless got 5 stars. Go there instead!

Went in to get a watch battery replaced. As soon as the guy saw it he said “ I can’t replace batteries on that” then I showed him the watch and said “ it’s just a normal bulova.” Then he replied “ oh, we don’t fix bulovas. “ it’s a typical battery and typical opening. I bought the right tool and battery off of Amazon and did it myself. $12 bucks total and I’ll be changing my own watch batteries from now on.

It took a couple of days but the service was very efficient.

Went to get a pair of key fob batteries. They took the key fobs and put the batteries in and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

I dropped my iPhone and thought that I had shattered the corner of the screen. I took my phone to Batteries+ in Irving for screen repair and was told it was only the screen protecting film that was broken. Not the screen itself. Instead of charging me $100 for a screen replacement I only spent $30 for just new film. Thank you for honestly telling me what my problem was and fixing it appropriately!

I needed watch batteries but what I didnt know was that they are also certifird device repair technicians for iPhones & Samsung phones, and their wide variety of batteries for almost anything on this planet that needs a battery was impressive. I was helped today by Miguel Yan who was incredibly sweet, patient and helpful! He was very careful with my watches and I appreciated that! I will ABSOLUTELY make this my go to place for batteries in the future!

I liked the convenience of the stores because motorcycle batteries are hard to find locally. At least for my bike. So I ordered one online, to pick up in the store. Fine to that point. Asked the lady at the counter to do a load test on the old battery because I knew it would test fine but did not crank the bike very well. She proceeded to hook up a standard voltage tester and, of course, said the battery was fine. I said No, it will test fine using that tester. I am talking using a load test machine. and pointed to the very machine she should be using. Oh I have never tested a battery using that machine. Really??, I said. You are a battery store and apparently deal in a lot of vehicle batteries! I wonder how many people replaced their alternator because this store thought there is only one way to test a car or motorcycle battery??

Went in with my truck battery to get tested and possibly put on their charger if it passed. Before he even checked it, he said it’d be $10 to charge up the battery. I was ready to purchase a replacement battery if mine failed the test, but I said no thanks and left. Good luck.

I went here to fix my screen and it was worth it. The employees were kind and professional. They didn’t waste anytime to fix it and they were very punctual. When they gave me a time, they were ready at that time.

I was surprised by the techs proficiency!! After telling the tech what I needed (to program a new remote for my automobile), he sprung into action!! With his PPE already on, in about 5 minutes, the tech was done!!

I had been told in the past that Verizon Wireless they could not replace battery for my Samsung S7 cell phone, I would have to replace the phone. This is a well kept secret not many people know about. They have a battery or bulb for virtually anything and are able to install it in most cases. They can repair your cell phone, tablet, computer and most electrical devices.

My phone works looks and feels so much better. Much better than having glass fallout by the home button onto your face. Would definitely recommend this place.

Asked for an estimate on screen repair and I got a range of $79 to $150. Even though I gave exact ipad model it should have been more accurate. Replaced my fob battery in 5 min. Not very friendly or personable at this location. Thank you and hello go along way.

Came in to get the batteries in two of my key fobs replaced, a staff member got it done in 10 minutes for $22. Not bad considering I didnt want to even attempt it myself. All in all a positive experience.

I actually went online yesterday and purchased 6 8volt golf cart batteries because of the extra 10% off for buying online and choosing in store pickup. What a deal. The 8v golf cart batteries were a great deal here, compared to around 200 at the golf cart store, around 130 before The discount. Will continue to shop here in the future. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

I’m not too sure how the other part of the shop works but the phone repair section is the WORST. I came to get my phone fixed but instead of fixing it they made it worst. I was nice enough to give them another shot so they can fix my phone camera but they said they didn’t have it in stock and had to order it. So, I understood that, but when I checked back in a week later, they didn’t even order the camera part. I feel like an complete idiot wasting time & money there.

Looking at the rewiews this guys dont have an idea about phone repair, I bought a battery that I couldnt use I brought it back for return, the woman inspected the battery making sure everything was in good condition to tell me that just manager return money (manager available in the morning). I returned another day to find out that over 20 dollar they dont return money in store, so you have to wait for a mailed check. The woman could let me know since the beginning.

I set an appointment on Wednesday to have them replace the battery in my s7. They called less than an hour before my appointment to tell me that their tech wasnt in, and rescheduled me for Friday. I was already upset, Friday was my birthday, and I had other plans, rather than waiting on them to fix my phone.The staff are alright, but are super slow. They finally took my phone, and said it would be 45 minutes.I come back an hour later, and the front desk associate says its gonna be 15 minutes, cause the adhesive has to set again. Hes almost done.I wait, get a watch battery replaced, which they discounted me for for waiting but still, I waited for my phone.A half hour later, mind you now, almost 2 hours since I dropped it off, and both front end associates mumbled something needing to go to the back, their tech comes back and says we couldnt fix your phone. The adhesive is too strong.So what was the other guy talking about, setting the adhesive, if you couldnt get it loose?Two hours of my birthday wasted, and I still have a screwy battery.

Just an awful location. Management seems to have a difficult time with the English language and will make little to no effort to understand what it is you wish to accomplish. The assistant manager, Efren Cuenca, was seen pricing items higher than the displayed price. He offered one customer a senior discount, but did not extend this to other seniors that he assisted (yes, I had to wait long enough to notice a trend). And the prices marked are ridiculous compared to online prices. If you find what you need here, just look up the same item on Amazon, or find another retailer; you are guaranteed to find a better price at one of the two alternatives.

You might think stores like this are a dying breed just like RadioShack but these stores are fantastic for finding batteries and bulbs of all kinds. Knowledgeable staff too!

My experience was awful. I ordered a better for my X5 online, found out after I ordered that it would not be available when promised. I had to physically go to the store for them to refund the transaction to my card. No offer to expedite or locate battery at another store, I will do business elsewhere.

Battery Plus stocks most rechargeable batteries. If you need a battery but cant wait for delivery this is the place to shop; however, be prepared to spend 25% to 35% more than online suppliers.

OMG! This store was a life saver today! The batteries on our electric wheelchair died, and we needed to replace them on the spot! I called this store with 10mins until closing,and they were so kind to wait for us even though we would get there 5mins after closing time! This is 1,000% awesome customer service! *Go elsewhere * Horrendous installation charge for even simple installations, and employees dont inform customer they are charging for installation.. They used to not charge for installation ; first Batteries plus Bulbs (or predecessor Batteries Plus) that has ever charged me for installation. Wont shop any Batteries Plus Bulbs again.

Brought a battery a while back n got it replaced without any problems but the guy was a bit unprofessional.

Made an online order. Very next day got an email saying order ready for pickup. But, the order was not ready. Store couldnt understand that I was telling them I got an email saying it was ready for pick up. All they could say was that they accepted the order but that it wasnt ready for pickup. They told me they would call when the item was ready I called BPB customer service and was told that the store chose the wrong email when they accepted the order and thats why I got wrong email. After 2 weeks passed and I never heard again from the store I just cancelled the order. They have some issues with their processes and customer service.

Walked in a 3pm to get a battery put in my phone the guy told me they can’t do it. It take 45 mins to put it in and they closed at 4pm. They should close at 3

I went here to get my phone fixed littke did I know they would fix it but only with some compromises. The price was outrageous and it took them two weeks. Now the glass on the back is cracked in two places. WOULD NOT COME HERE FOR A SAMSUNG SCREEN REPAIR.

Not much to say about the place, they definitely sell batteries and bulbs, although the last time I went here to get a random battery charger the owner seemed pretty pessimistic about his chances of staying open. But on the plus side, they seem to have chargers and batteries for just about everything. Not too sure about their bulbs though.
