On 9/4/21 Hyundai service department took good care of my vehicle and me as well. I was greeted by Service Consultant Stephen Lake he was a pleasant and kind as soon as I arrived. They have a very comfortable nice and clean waiting area while you wait for your vehicle to be service. They have water, coffee, snacks and restroom for their customer. I give this location a thumb up and 5 stars. I will tell others about your great service. Thank you
This is the best places to get your Mazda worked on! From the moment I walked in, I was given the red carpet treatment. I was there for 6 hours while they worked on our car. The technician was very thorough. They explained everything in detail to me & my partner. They gave me a loaner car so I could go eat lunch. After lunch I got served GOOD COFFEE! I was comfortable all day. For the amount of work they did on our car, the price was right, especially after the military discount was applied! The car was so nice and clean when I got in it to drive home. Ive already scheduled to take our other car in to have it serviced for next time. Im a happy 😊 customer!

I bought a car. Worked with a guy all week over the phone and he didnt make it to work when I went in to purchase. Another guy helped, did fine but a little aggressive. Its been a few weeks and no follow up call. Still, I bought a new ride and I hope they are good to work with throughout the next few years.
Ask for Michael Ray, he is the one who took care of me. He was genuine and honest about what was going on with the cars. I can say for sure that this is a good dealer to go to because they actually care about their own reputation which is good. I dropped my car off at Freeman on 4/14 for HAIL DAMAGE and as of today 5/24, my vehicle is still not ready and I have to keep calling for an update. Insurance only pays 30 days of rental which has run out. Freeman did give me a loaner which was not clean and full of animal hair. I have been a Licensed Auto Claims Adjuster for over 9 years and I have NEVER seen a body shop take over 41 days to repair hail damage even with delays.UPDATE: After 46 days, I received my car back and my car looked very good! My only issues are that my seat, steering wheel and mirror settings were all changed and my dashcam was damaged.

They were not the first dealership I went to, they were just the first to do what they said they would.
Even after taking an appointment for test drive, they make you wait for an infinite period of time. They have very limited number of sales people. They keep giving the gift card offers to lure customers into walking into their store but unfortunately it looks like they are not interested to entertain them. In future I hope the staff is willing to help the customers.
We took my wifes Mazda to fix a minor accident and the fix was so good that you couldnt notice that there were parts replaced. The paint and the gaps between the replaced parts and the rest of the car were a perfect match.
These guys are the best at what they do! From Terry in the service department to Stephanie in the sales department they go above and beyond. I was truly impressed with the level of service I received from both of them.
Its more like a group of cars not an Auto group where you walk in and automatically your part of the group. You got to buy a car first to be part of the group. Its pretty cool because where else can you belong to a group and get a car out of it.

Worst service in both Freeman Hyundai and Mazda, in mazda the manager asked us to leave just because we found a better deal at someother Mazda dealer, remember Mazda you need the sell the car to us than forcing us to buy your car, you need to win customers by outstanding service and experience, the customers are always going to go for the lower prices on new car and we are free to choose any Mazda dealership .

Angela in the service department is increadible. I showed up without an appointment, in the middle of the day, when they were busy. My check-engine light had come on. The worst ever they are evil dont let you know about anything they lie to you they totalled my truck when it didnt need to be that way. The supplement they gave was ridicules 15,000.00 they just gave that settlement so they can take my truck the truck had some of the bed damaged only.do not let them work on your auto do not recommend at all ever. Another thing my truck was there for only 19 days guess what I found out that they charged a 13,000.00 storage fee but they could not fix it for 15,000 crazy ridicules for those who did this evil at Freeman collision service carma is going to remind you about how many people youve hurt.....

Salespeople were nice and I was about to get a chevy volt, even though it wouldve been difficult to make the payments, because it was such a good deal. I ended up leaving without the car because the lady doing the finance was sooo rude to me.

This time they took 5 hrs and 05 mins to put rear break pads and oil change and flush new braking fluid. They came up with whopping 600 dollars for a and after I asked they discounted a 10 percent on it to 540 dollars. They confuse you by showing parts price at first and add their total labor at the end so you cannot deny it at first . Final checking of the car missing check engine light. I had to come back for that. At first they said they will change everything and now I still see my old discs with scars with them and they total price is for only brake pads. May be that’s it is. . After having new brakes also I feel like it is old brakes action wise . May be this is all me but am sharing my experience . I still got good impression on their quality with my first visit but this visit is sketchy from start and I feel I got ripped off royally. So they lost 2 stars . But I still would go to them for major service if needed but not for smaller ones from now .
