If I could give zero stars I would. I live in an apartment complexe that has hired this company to run and operate our laundry room. Why,? I am still not sure as they are terrible. They have had machines out of order for almost a year and the water heart went out OVER a year ago and it still has not been replaced! The office just keeps saying I have to take it up with them but they have their phone system designed that you never speak with a human. It all has to go through the internet. I cant believe some one would put their company name on the machines they provide and could care less to fix. Of 8 washer and 8 dryers only 4 dyers work (occasionally) and 6 washer works (occasionally)and its not just a one off thing, they have been broken and REMAIN broken for almost a year!! Im sorry but the whole we are waiting on parts line can only go so far.These people should be embarrassed

This company is absolutely AWEFUL! I have never had such terrible customer service experience and I love leaving good reviews. Honestly, these machines over at Acacia Apartments have been down for months! Every time I call them or put in a service request, it always shows that the machines have been serviced, but theyre still having the same problems as before. When I call, they dont let you speak to a manager to complain about the level of service and they dont reimburse you your money when the machine takes it! This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life!!! I am certainly reporting them to the BBB!

Terrible customer service from the managers themselves, unresponsive, work orders are always delayed and late. We’ve been asking CSC to pick up their machines in our laundries from March and still nothing…I get a google review response but not from the sales manager that’s supposed to be resolving my request/issue.

CSC ServiceWorks is the most unprofessional company. I would highly advise using any other option for your business. We signed a contract with them in April and 8 months later theyve not followed through with the product delivery. Their sales reps dont answer calls, return voicemails and have only responded sparingly over email with vague response and never ending promises of deadlines that are constantly pushed back. Specifically Ericka Anderson, Inside Sales Manager, should not be employed with any company due to her lack of professionalism.

Rented a washer and dryer from appliance warehouse in Oklahoma City and their customer support is horrible. Waited 2 hours to get help. Needed appliances replaced and I get a message stating my pickup date change to 3 weeks in the future. Never got a call if this was okay. Washer left small holes in clothes when washing and most of time it took three cycles to drain. Never going to rent from this company again.

Terrible. You cannot get hold of a human unless you have exactly what the prompt requests. I wrote them and returned 3 cards for refund, 3 months later and I have not received a response.They contacted me with an email Address that I can continue to pursue this. Today they said they will get back to me so it looks promising. I will keep you posted.

One of their drivers changed lanes on 121 N on 10/9 ~ 10:45. Fortunately I didnt flip my car when I had to take the shoulder with rumble strips. I was very lucky. Tried to call the company but got put in the recorded message loop.

Terrible experience with this group. They were easy to setup and get installed but they are like a leech when you want to leave and their pickup process is incredibly difficult. They dont allow you to schedule a pickup online but rather wait on the phone for a long time to speak to someone to schedule a pickup. I had to wait for an hour (not exaggerating) on the phone to get to talk to someone. Twice I have had drivers leave after 5 minutes of waiting at the apartment complex while the complex looks to provide a key, all the while continuing to be charged for services I am no longer want or use.

They just seem really lethargic in providing service to the community. They outsource their calls, so that tells you right there that they dont want to hear from you. My experience is that someone usually responds quickly to my request for service, but that it often takes a long time for the repairs to get completed. They will usually pass the buck and say it is a property issue, or waiting on a part. The worst is when the network goes down and then you cant dry your clothes. They should use the proper equipment to ensure that doesnt happen. They will most definitely say that is a property issue with the phone line, but then the landlord doesnt know what youre talking about? Just a bunch of finger pointing and not wanting to take responsibility to address the needs of the community.

Especially since I could not be there due to work. At the end of my work day you all placed a happy smile on my face when I saw my brand new W/D with a Tide sample packet. Heavily unsatisfactory service. For the past year, 3 of our 4 washing machines have been broken. The final washer has problems, but is usable. Of our 4 dryers, 1 has refused to accept money for the past year. The equipment is visibly antiquated and reaching the coin slot is awkward. I have reported these issues many times, but the service provider is clearly content using our complex as a storage facility for broken equipment. Hire a different service.

Where do I start, my initial delivery was scheduled and the sales person stated, on the day of delivery the driver will notify you 1 hour before they arrive, and you will be receiving new appliances because we have some available in our warehouse only for the day of my delivery to get emailed that it had been rescheduled. No problem I understand things can change at times but the reason it had been rescheduled was due to there being no appliance available! So I ask myself why on earth would they guarantee it if it was not, but alright whatever we rescheduled for the next available day, 4 days later the morning off to my surprise it gets rescheduled again for the same reason!! I failed to mention you have to call and wait for customer service to tell you why, because the email that notifies you that fails to provide that information. Thankfully the guy that answered this time was much more understanding than the lady who helped me the first time I got rescheduled and offered to lower my 2nd month payment, due to such an inconvenience. Thanks, but heres the kicker, we rescheduled for the following Monday, and this time they did show up, but THE DRIVER DID NOT CALL ME AT ALL TO NOTIFY ME THAT HE WOULD BE ARRIVING!! I had to get a call from one of there local offices to notify me that he was already at my home!! I had to rush home from work to wait for the driver to make another delivery which was fine at least I was getting my appliances after more than 2 weeks of delay! Right? Wrong... and this could be chalked up to “user error” by that I mean the outlet in my laundry area was for a cooking range, not a washer/dryer. So the delivery man/installer told me due to policy he wouldn’t be able to even leave the appliances at my house, which part of me understood, but the other part was frustrated. Nevertheless I offered to quickly change out the outlet, I’ve done these kind of thing before so it was a quick fix. The driver completely blew me off and just hopped into his truck and drove off with out a word being said to me. So I call customer service once more to see if they could possibly have him come back before today was over, Margery was the lady name, she had been updated on why the driver on why he didnt deliver. I told her if there was anyway to get hom to return, that I had changed the outlet, and TEASINGLY she responds “oh you did that quick, but not quick enough Imm afraid he’ll have to come back 2 DAYS LATER... after the number of inconveniences they’ve caused me they couldn’t, or maybe DID NOT want to do ANYTHING at all to try and help me out. If by a glimmer of chance I truly am able to get my equipment this Friday, it would have take them 3 WEEKS since my originally scheduled delivery date to have them delivered and installed. Sadly I can’t affors to buy any, and I can’t find any other company like this thats SLIGHTLY CREDIBLE so I’m going to bite the bullet on this one... I however do not recommend anyone to use them, besides the male that helped me everyone else in the office has terrible service skills.

Thank you so much for providing me with amazing appliances! The driver / delivery guy / installer was amazingly friendly, he called minutes before showing up to make sure I was going to be available. Once here he was super friendly very accommodating even tested my appliances before he left. Knowing that I wont have to go out and do my laundry, and having the flexibility and the comfort to be able to do it at home, makes it so much easier. Again thank you so much for the amazing appliances,.. I am in 💘!

I suspect that most of the good reviews of this dumpster fire were all done by employees. I worked there for about 7 weeks, which was a horrific experience. I know for a fact that one of the five star reviews is from an employee because I remember their distinctively unique last name. CSC ServiceWorks then replied like he’s a real customer who had a good experience, as if that were common. If you see a five star review, and the reviewer is in the DFW area, assume that the comments and rating are BS shill composed by one of their flunkies.

This is my 2nd time around to have rental appliances from Appliance Warehouse. Great, friendly customer service every interaction. Have had no issues with the appliances in the past. So far so good on the new appliances that we just received. I like this place because it helps people like me who dont want to buy a washer and dryer set yet. The price is great as well. Easy fast setup and delivery with just as easy fast pickup at the end of my term. Friendly service and the machines work great. I did not have any issues washing/drying my clothes/linens/dog bed/etc. If I need a washer/dryer again for another apartment, Im calling these guys first.

The dryers at Hubbards Ridge in Garland did not dry the Damp clothes that I brought to dry. The equipment appears to be older and maybe out of date. I used 4 dryers at a cost of $1.50 each just to get back the same DAMP clothes. Money wasted...Frustration level-----Moderate----. In the future, if I see a laundry with CSC washers and dryers I will gladly travel out of my way to go somewhere else.

I would give zero stars if possible. The complex I live in is for elderly and disabled. The machines are coin operated. There are two washers and two dryers on each floor. Sounds convenient, but it’s difficult to find a washer and dryer on each floor that works. Rates have been raised, but the equipment and services have not improved. The machines here at Linwood Square have been here for over twelve (12) years and should be REPLACED. It is impossible for me to understand why CSC ServiceWorks is so callous in regards to the elderly and disabled. Try getting on a public bus with two loads of laundry. Now try doing that every week.We don’t know what to do or where to go for help. Linwood Management has been no help in solving the problem. If anyone has helpful suggestions please let us know.After reading other people’s comments, I think CSC ServiceWorks is just a company with no desire for good customer relations or satisfaction. What I don’t understand is how they make money.

Washer straight up flooded my laundry room and it was the 2nd washer I had them bring out. I called to complain and see if I could get a brand new one and they said all they had was like new. So I immediately canceled the account and having to come get both appliances out of my apartment.

I have nothing but horrible service with this company. I put in $2.00 into 4 machines and upon making a phone call was told I would be receiving a refund. 4 months, 5 emails, and another phone call later I still have not received my refund. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau next week. If you get jipped dont waste your time contacting them. They only provide empty promises.

Delivery was just on time and appliances were brand new. Installer did it all in 15 mins. We are happily using the dryer and washer at home now, its a hassle free way to get your laundry done whenever you need.

I NEVER write a review but I am so angry at this point that I hope I get a response with a review. I have been trying to order new laundry cards for the past two months to no avail. First they tell me they cannot program the cards that I sent but at a second look, they can. Then I asked to order some new cards and they say we have an open invoice with them. When I ask to be transferred to accounts receivable, no answer and no return call.I have had nothing but bad luck with these laundry card companies. Its all a crock.

Zero, zero, zero, and another zero. This company deserves a big fat F. This company is horrible. They were supposed to pick up my washer and dryer but the driver came by my apartment without calling. When I called customer service they implied that it was my fault because I was supposed to request a phone call. I then reached out to the company via Facebook and was told again its my fault because I was supposed to ask for a phone call, that I needed to go onto the website and find some form under their fact section to allow them to enter in case I was gone, and Im supposed to check the drivers ETA. None of that is listed on the form on their website in which you can request service. They take no responsibility and blame everything on the customer. I am now in jeopardy of being charged by my apartment complex if the washer is not moved out. CSC works tells me I have to wait an additional 9 days for another appointment. This is the worst service I have ever had. I had been a customer for over 4 years and this is the treatment that I get. I will tell everyone I can about this horrible experience. If I could give negative stars I would.

Horrible experiences with their washers and dryers! After reading reviews I see im not the only one. Everything from card readers not working properly, washers not washing properly, and dryers not drying properly. Customer Service has always been nice when I call to report the non-working machines, but clearly they are unable to do anything but dispatch a technician in a few days which does nothing when youre stuck with 4 washers full of wet clothes and the dryers arent working...or loaded up the washers with clothes and soap only to find that they wont read your card or the machine reads out of order 5 minutes into the wash cycle! Oh and refunds are issued in the form of a paper check mailed out about 2 weeks after request for refund is submitted online. Time to leave these machines alone for good because its not worth the hassle or inconvenience.

Similar issues as previous reviews. When I called the service request number the woman quoted 3 business days as a time frame for fixing the machines. If property owners and managers care to read the reviews, this business probably would not exist. 3 days is inconvenient considering soap and clothing are already sitting in the machine.

On October 25/26, I scheduled a MOVE. On November 6, the delivery guys failed to pick up the appliance even though, the rental office had a key release form. Then once I rescheduled for another MOVE pick up for the Nov 13. There was only a pickup, the rep never scheduled a MOVE even though it was requested. On Nov 21. I had a delivery scheduled, only for it to go to the wrong address! I had updated my address the initial phone call in October. Then today on November 28, there was a delivery scheduled only for the delivery person to never knock on my door. He went straight to the leasing office. I called you guys once again to find out where my delivery is only to be told, I must wait another week for a December 4th delivery. Im not waiting another week and I am not paying for a service you did not provide. I need my service provided no later than Friday!

The app is useless and the service is borderline fraud. Their machines are in my apartment complex. At least 1 machine is broken almost every time I use them. Over the last 2 years, Ive lost at least 26 hrs and over $60 on washers that didnt work, dryers that only blow cold air on the hottest setting, paying a second time because the first machine didnt work, wasting laundry detergent in washing machines that wouldnt read my card, etc. CSC has never offered to reimburse me despite using this app to report numerous issues. They have also reported issues as fixed, then I go to use the machine again and find out its still broken and steals my money. Incompetence can only go so far before it becomes fraud.

Highly unethical company. Ive been battling with them for months to get machines removed from the building I purchased and they will not even come pick up their machines. The tenants in the building have had multiple issues with the quality of the machines as well as the service of CSC before I purchased the building, so I paid to break the lease with them, and now I cant even get someone from CSC to get their machines out of my building. The sales and customer service people Ive dealt with have been either unresponsive, unwilling to help, or both. I would avoid this company at all costs!!

I had a machine broken for over a month and no one would come service it. I cancelled my contract and still have the machine.No matter how many times I call I get no where. Not satisfied at all. Phone rep stated that I or someone over the 18 needed to be home for delivery . Whoever delivered called and texted early the morning of delivery asking if I would be home or I gave my complex permission. I called but no answer and VM was full. I texted with no response. I did this throughout the day with no answer or response. I ended up having to leave by 3pm and finally giving my complex permission. I checked back in with my complex the next day if they ever showed and they didnt show until that day. No excuses or apologies for not showing. This is extremely poor business practice to not communicate with customers considering they are having to schedule their days around these events. I will not be using this service again.

A technician came out to my apartment complex The Fields of Valley Ranch and he was trying to remove a washer which hes not allowed to do without supervision from our maintenance team. He decided it was okay and busted the pipe causing my upstairs neighbor and my apartment to flood. My furniture is ruined and there will probably be mold in the walls because the water was rushing into my apartment. Intelligence goes along way stop employing people that act nonchalant when there is an emergency causing damage to peoples things. Do NOT rent from this company.

Called to place a request service and collection for 7 of our 8 wading machines and 4 of our 8 dryers at The Raleigh Apartments. They stated they received some request last week but should be able to, get someone out here in the next week or so. For $3 a load, I would expect a little better response time and customer services. If I were looking to contract out services, I would not ever consider this company in a heartbeat.

We own a residential rental building and leased 1 Maytag washing machine and 1 Maytag dryer for 5 years. CSC Service Works acquired the service company we had originally signed up with. Ever since we have been pulling our hair out every time we issued a service request.- very unreliable and slow response to service requests.- their operations and communications set up to engage with customers once a service request has been placed is simply embarrassing and is not up to 21st century norms.We are now glad to part ways with CSC ServiceWorks (even cancelling our account is painful...please mail us a certified letter)

I called the customer service number on back of card. The lady on the phone was short and rude. I simply wanted to add money to my card and she said no and hung up. I do not advise anyone joining this company. Terrible service! I never write reviews but this company I will never go back to! Better spend your money on own washer and dryer than to be treated like you are a problem to call and reload your card and to be hung up on.

We have 2 washers and 2 dryers in our apartment complex. Usually only 1 of each is working and when I put in service requests, it takes weeks. The dryers never completely dry any load, even a small one. And I have lost way too much money to the machines. This company has shoddy products and poor customer service. Our laundry card machine stopped working last week. The apartment complex management called and put in a service request, as did I (as a customer) over the weekend. After being told it would take 1-3 buisiness days for a technician to arrive it has now been 5 buisiness days. I have called customer service three times now & they cannot give me a clear answer as to when the technician will arrive. I was basically told, “I can’t tell you when the technician will come out to fix it, all I can tell you is that it should be ‘soon’.”My laundry has been sitting in the laundromat for 7 days now. As a person who works over 40 hours a week I have very limited time to do my laundry. I would not recommend using this company to anyone. As the only thing wrong with our laundry room is the card machine. It would take 10-15 minutes for a technician to come out & remove the money from the machine to fix the problem in its entirety. Yet it’s been almost a full week (in buisiness days) & not only has a Technician not arrived, but the company can’t tell me when one will.I would give them zero stars if I could.

Jason, working today Saturday 7/1/17, was absolutely awful. First, he kept telling me that my card number was not pulling up, which I knew was an error on his part because I have used this card for months and had just had another employee pull it right up just before I spoke to Jason (that call was unfortunately disconnected). When I explained that him not being able to find my card was a mistake, he replied as though there was nothing he could nor WOULD do.Since someone else had JUST pulled up my card, I asked him to let me speak to another employee. He did not, so he tried again and, WOW! He pulled it up. I let him know the code on the machine that I use to load money on my card, knowing that this was the issue (because I have been through this before!). He questioned me about. I told him that I was standing right in front of the machine. He still questioned me about it. How many ways can a person say, I AM STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE MACHINE AND LOOKING AT THE NUMBER. YES I AM SURE!?I then asked him why I have to keep going through this, he told me that the code was wrong when I added money. I told him I understand that, but I was told that it had been changed. He replied that it cant be changed. Fine, okay... It cant be changed. Am I going to have to call EVERY TIME I need to add money to my card? Yes, he said. Then why was I told that the code had been changed and I wouldnt have to...At this point, Jason interrupted me and had a very rude, disrespectful tone. I stopped him immediately and explained that I understand that the code cannot be changed, thats fine. My issue is that I was told it could be, which was apparently not true? I dont know. I dont really trust Jason.He then had me repeat my card number at least FOUR MORE TIMES. When he FINALLY gave me my code, he mumbled the numbers, which I feel was intentional.Horrible employee. Horrible customer service. If he ever answers again, I am going to immediately ask for another employee. Absolutely ridiculous!

CSC doesnt ever communicate back with me and takes over 3 months to get anything fixed. If we werent tied into such a long contract with them I would be requesting out of it immediately.

Bought a card ($5) from one of their machines to do laundry at a campground. Was then unable to add funds to the card, repeatedly got error messages even had staff at the campground attempt to trouble shoot for me. Ended up going to a local coin laundromat after staff said I would have to contact the vendor CSC. When I called they where unable to refund my credit card unless I paid postage to mail the card to their card services office. Then they would process my refund request....

I wish I could give less than one star.Machines vandalized.7 calls to company every tenant got a different story.Last one was guy couldnt access building or laundryroom...it is in a small parking lot and unlocked clearly marked.Just come remove your equipment so the owners can replace them with a qualified companu.

A complete rip-off company.The machines at my apartment complex have been out of order for three years. I called twice and was told they would be repaired within two days. That was 3 weeks ago. They have done nothing.

Avoid using Coin Mach for laundry needs in your apartment building. We have been waiting since February 2nd for service on machines HVC-967 in Santa Monica, CA. 90402 for service. The laundry machines are constantly breaking with no service from Coin Mach. Owner.
