Would give NO STARS, but I have to leave at least 1. Went in on the morning of 11/4/2021. I ordered a dozen of mixed donuts (16.95 on the menu) and got 1 small bottle of NesQuick Chocolate Milk (3.50 on the menu). Wondering why my card was charged for $29.56. The lady behind the register told me this was correct. NO WAY unless they charge 50% tax! So very disappointed. Will NEVER visit this place again. THIEF

First, I would like to mention that the customer service was not great. They weren’t very friendly but I wasn’t overly concerned since it was going to be a quick encounter.We ordered a variety of donuts, kolaches and 2 Minute Maid orange juices. I took a sip of the orange juice after we left the store and it tasted weirdly fermented/old. Upon further inspection it has a dark orange hue. At the bottom of the bottle, there were white debris gathering, similar to what you would see in kombucha. I’m 100% it was not pulp. The bottle expired 08/2021. I’m disappointed that this store doesn’t pay closer attention to the freshness of food and beverages they’re selling. I won’t be returning.

These donuts are delicious! The pictures are all they have.... Its not a big store. But the donuts were all soft and yummy! The filled ones had a good amount of filling, the cake donuts were perfect, the old fashioned were so soft they almost crumbled, so they melted in the mouth. Even great the next day. Highly happy!

I forgot to take photos, but order dozen kocheles, and dozen glaze donuts(hot) I must say, its so hard to find a shop that serves hot donuts. I called, the lady says come now, we do the donuts now hoped in my truck, got a dozen glaze for the coworkers, they absolutely loved them, and so did I. Plus she threw in donuts holes complementary, which I may add were absolutely delicious! Highly recommended!

I went here for the first time on Fathers day to find a specific kind of donut for my dad. It was my 4th stop, because the other donut shops didnt have this specific donut. The customer service was outstanding. Its very out of the way for me, but its very worth the travel.

Sausage kolache was a hot dog wrapped in sweet dough and the blueberry donut was greasy and tasted like it was made in a deep fryer that the oils never been changed in

Great donuts! Very fresh with that sticky/crisp outside and airy soft inside! The glaze is sweet and delicious with a variety of colors, flavors and sprinkles. Will definitely have to try a kolache next time 🤤🍩❤️

I once went there and there’re no donuts left and is very disappointed. But tried my luck next time a little early as they close their place by noon. Donuts are so fluffy and tasted amazing. Went there twice and never felt bad again.

I absolutely love this place. Family owned business. Their kolaches are better than Kolache Factory hands down. The glazed donut holes are AMAZING. So pillowy soft and reminds me of a play on a beignet. And don’t get me started on their spinach pastries... I could eat 10 of those. Please go here and support a local business.

If you are not open business early, you shouldn’t be turning your open for business sign on. Also, you can be little nice to your customers, just like you we are all hard working people..

I liked it. I had the cinnamon rolls, spicy kolaches, and chocolate glaze. All seem fresh and delicious. My daughter didnt care for the glaze donuts (shes kinda picky, though). Ill be back.

I was in town for work and looking for breakfast. Great breakfast sandwich. I assume they make their own croissants. The lady working threw in a a few doughnut holes. Not only was it a nice gesture the doughnuts were amazing. There is no reason to go to some chain store if this place is in your area.

Good donuts very bad customer service. I ordered a dozen donuts. They charged me for all the donuts separately even though the menu said 12 odd dollars for a dozen. When I walked out saw the receipt I came back in and I told them about the problem. The manager goes we dont have to mention prices on the board and that he can do whatever he wants. Even though I just came back within a couple minutes they told me that you came back after 30 minutes. Extremely dishonest, rude and non courteous people. If you decide to go you probably will have good food but a very bad experience over all. Im never going back again.

Awesome donuts, top quality! Very friendly staff who takes a lot of pride in their craft. I think they might charge a tad more than other places but everything here is delicious. Huge jalapeño kolache is the way to go!

Good donuts made with vegetable shortening. They can even fill the donuts with different creams upon request. Not very expensive. Give it a try you wont regret it.

Recently moved to the area. I went to try this place out, and they got my order wrong first time. The kolaches and chocolate eclairs taste good when fresh. They seem to always give you donut-holes with your purchase. I tried a week later to go at noon, since their hours are to 12:30, but they were closed early; they need to update their hours if theyre going to close early, it says 12:30 on the door as well.

Our favorite place on Sunday morning. Good donuts and breakfast burritos. Staff is very polite. Agree with others that coffee is generic. Also, they dont keep up very well with keeping the coffee full. Twice I ordered and paid for coffee only to find the self serve pot empty. No big deal, just an unnecessary wait...

I found their donuts very bland and basic. Not very friendly or welcoming staff. They didn’t have any of the fanciful variety displayed in the pics. Mostly glazed donuts, chocolate and caramel options. Idk, maybe it’s because it was Saturday and they were closing in an hour but still...pails in comparison to Krispy Kreme. Not impressed. I’m from New Orleans and was looking for a place comparable to the famous “District Donuts”. This wasn’t it. My search continues....

Theres a big difference between fresh donuts and Dunkin donuts. I dont know how I can go back to Dunkin donuts after this. You can taste the freshness and the softness with donuts that are made in house. Would give this place 5 stars if their coffee wasnt generic.

We love Donut House! It is my favorite place in Las Colinas for donuts. Its so nice that they have a small seating area inside too because most of the other donut shops around our house dont. The owners are super nice & theres a great selection of colorful and sprinkle donuts that my kids love. A+++++

ScoreCard: AHello, I like this donut shop because it is family owned. Standing at the front register, I can see an elder gentleman in the back making fresh donuts, and a woman was kind to take my order. The display is under the counter with two columns of selection. One thing I noticed if you like something that is not available on display, ask. Personally, I prefer this store over Dunkin Donuts because donuts here are made fresh daily and not like Dunkin where its delivered frozen to its stores. Definitely worth the try.

This place is the best for kolaches that I have found north of downtown. The staff is kind and the nice lady running the shop always knows my order when I approach the front.

It was alright. Same as any other regular asian fried donut. There are sooo many generic donut places. I just want donut that is different and creative. This place does not give that.

After searching around for a reputable place in that area, I came across Donut House. I could not have been more pleased with their service and more importantly how delicious their doughnuts were. This is BY FAR my favorite doughnut shop.

The worst customer service ever! I tried placing a large order of 25 dozen 3 days in advance and they acted like it was the biggest inconvenience ever. Every obstacle to make my order more difficult, they did. Next time I will take my $200 elsewhere! Never getting a penny from me again!!!
