Complete ripoff. guy didnt do anything cuz he couldnt figure out what to do and charged me $125. Be smart and stay away from this company. You have been warned

Let me start by saying that I booked an appointment for them to come look at my front doors and my side door of my business over a month ago. I never saw nor heard from them so when I realized I was still waiting I called and spoke to the same lady and she tried to act like she didnt remember who I was. Then we set up another appointment which was over eight days ago when they came out and I called today to see if the bed was ready which Im sure it shouldve been ready since its eight days to put a bid together for two doors. Then I get on the phone with Crystal and she tells me the reason I dont have the bid is because theres 40,000 doors to choose from and she doesnt know which ones I want. This is after the conversation that her and I had last time that I was looking for a metal door with some kind of Texter or design on it something in that range and I asked her from the previous conversation that we had because it was going a little bit back-and-forth about what I want and I said give me your best two or three options that you think it will go from there. So basically what shes telling me is that every customer that ever called them has always known exactly what they want and told them what doors they want. I think its interesting that I have zero experience and putting doors up I have zero experience and really picking doors and Im asking them for their professional opinion and she just seems too busy to help me or Im the idiot that doesnt know what they want becaus everyone of her other customers always has. I also should remind you this is about a $5000 job apparently theyre doing so well they dont need any work. Sometimes I wonder how people are allowed to treat customers the way they do todays business but its not shocking because anybody can open one. Oh and by the way they want to charge you $125 to come out and give you an estimate now I see why!
