I bought multiple security lamps from this company. The equipment did not work (they tried it in the store and confirmed that it was not working). Even after that, they were unwilling to give me a refund for the faulty product. Bottom line is...the Light Bulb Depot has a poor return policy. I should have gone to Home Depot to start off with, as I found what I needed there and they have a great return policy!

I went into Light Bulb Depot the other day with my daughter. She was looking for some hard to find lights for the local theater. We had been everywhere and had no luck finding the lights she needed until we came across this place. They not only had what she was looking for they were knowledgeable enough to offer her several other better options than she had originally planned.After a few days we came back a second a time for me. I needed exterior flood lights that last more than two weeks, which is what I usually get when I buy from Home Depot or Lowes. The guys at the front counter assure me these new bulbs will outlast what I have been using.Everyone one was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing lights- Outstanding customer service!

Fantastic place! I was able to get a great deal on some led lighting for my house. The guys at the counter were friendly and informative. Also, my wifes company needed some lights for her office and warehouse and found out they provide free delivery in Dallas and Fort Worth. What a deal. I definitely will be going back.

Ive been in lighting and design for more than a decade, and recently moved to the DFW area. I was looking for some hard to find bulbs, and an electrician friend recommended Light Bulb Depot. I called and was really impressed by the knowledgeable and friendly salesman I spoke with. He not only helped me find what I was looking for but told me that he could have my order delivered for FREE to my business! So convenient!!! I will definitely be calling them again the next time I need light bulbs or lighting supplies.

They were very helpful to me and vary prompt at helping find what I needed.
