I just bought my first treadmill from Discount Online Fitness. It is used but runs and looks like new! John helped me out throughout the whole process and made me feel extremely comfortable with my purchase. They delivered it into my garage at my home and it fits perfectly in the room. So happy!

I was super impressed with the quality of the used and refurbished equipment they had in stock. I was able to try out a few treadmills before I found the one that I liked. I also liked the fact that they have a team in house that does all the repairs, so they have complete control over the quality of work done on each piece of equipment.

Was looking for a reliable treadmill for my mother-in-law and David helped me out. He did not try to upsell me anything extra and showed me used treadmills they had in stock. I tried a few out and finally found one that my mother-in-law could easily use without complications. 10/10 definitely recommend their services.

I had bought an elliptical from Discount Online Fitness several years ago and have used it steadily since. Today I went in looking to add a treadmill to my home gym and they had plenty of used ones in stock. David walked me through the HUGEwarehouse, and I set my eyes on the exact treadmill I wanted.They cleaned it up for me and made it run like new. I chose to have them install it. Now I never have to go to a gym again!

Quick service, came in to purchase some weights and a half rack. I was unsure if I’d be able to take it home the same day but since they had what I needed in stock, I didn’t have to wait on anything.

Purchase of used commercial grade was 5****** I searched online first and the cost to order the same or similar elliptical used/refurbished delivered and set up at my house was running well over $1k more with a 3 week lead time. I saw Discount Fitness on Facebook marketplace and messaged about this Precor and went to their warehouse the next day. In the back they showed me their storage area as well as the area where they disassemble, inspect, clean and repair equipment before it is delivered. It was around 2k delivered and assembled for me and they thew in a rubber mat. As seen in photos, the machine is nearly flawless and could best be described appearing like it was a new elliptical at your local gym after a couple weeks of use. There were a couple minor scratches you would notice only if you walked around and eyeballed it and again the condition is without a doubt better than I had hoped for. After owning a “commercial quality” elliptical 10 years ago purchased new from a local competitor, IMO this used gym quality precor is 100x better than the equipment I had before and paid almost 2x as much for. If you are shopping for an elliptical this is the best place to get one at in the DFW at these prices.

Im been in the fitness training industry now for 26-years. In all that time Ive dealt with many a fitness equipment retailers. Some good and some very bad.My first experience with Discount Online Fitness was about 2-years ago and it couldnt have been better! It was quite a large piece of equipment so I was worried about the shipping, but it was delivered via 18-wheeler and was in perfect condition. Driver was very helpful as well.My recent experience was about 6-weeks ago for a stationary bike for my wife to use for rehab of a bi lateral leg injury. John Mathias was my salesman and was excellent in finding what I needed, in my price range and all the communication needed for the entire experience. Basically from my first call to after delivery to confirm my satisfaction.I will in the future look to and refer friends to Discount Online Fitness for all my professional & personal equipment needs.Thanks John!!!

Had an amazing experience, there is a huge variety of used gym equipment, every kind of machine with selectorizers and everything. If you want dumbbells you will have to order bcause they are usually sold out. All the equipment gets properly refurbished before it ships. The equipment is perfect for home gym, or for a small private gym.I am new to the business, but Kyle was really helpful and gave me a good deal. I will definitely visit again, whenever I need stuff for my gym.

Hands down the best in the business! Have done many deals with these guys and they have always come through. If they dont have it in stock (by some miracle because the warehouse in amazing!) then theyll find it for you!

We ordered equipment, waited 3 months and the DAY delivery was planned they called to say one of the key pieces of equipment as not the one ordered (Octane X). Delivery scheduled to 1pm and now here it is 4:30 and they called saying still an hour away. Poor customer service and poor scheduling.

I would leave one star if I could. Bought my equipment from them 5 years ago and bought 2 more rounds after that. Paid them $1000 to fix my stair mill and it was never fixed. Asked them when they were coming back out. They said whenever and it would be another $150 service fee. I wasn’t happy but said ok. And asked for 4 weeks when they were coming. They still haven’t responded and it’s been 3 months
