I am a licensed real estate broker but also renovate homes, and have been working with John for over 15 years. Many times the seals on double pane windows crack over time, causing them to become cloudy, or collect condensation between the panes. John has repaired this type of issue more times than I could possibly keep track of. The results are always a clear, clean window, at prices WAY lower than it would cost to replace the whole window. He has also done over a dozen glass shower surrounds. These older houses either have gold trim around the edge of the glass, or the glass itself cant be cleaned well enough to get clear. John has installed frameless doors that have a modern, sleek look, or just replace the older ones to match the other plumbing fixtures to refresh an aging bathroom. Two years after these guys installed my frameless shower doors, they started slipping and banging into each other. They wanted $139 to fix their shoddy installation. Very bad customer service.
