Kaitlin is the worst person at this location. I will never shop here again and will encourage everyone I know to avoid this place.

What a great place! I needed to buy a safe and was recommended here. The one I wanted was not on the shelf, but Daniel the Store Mgr came out to see what I needed and went to the back and found me the one I wanted. Friendly help and really appreciate Daniel for helping me get it out to my car! I will be going back for any future needs as they have so much stuff. Definitely recommend this place!

I went in the store to buy a canopy that had a certain percentage off. When i was checking out I ask the young lady to tell me the pricing, which she did (120$). I told her it was priced at 95$ on the website. I showed her the website on my phone and she proceeded to look for the coupon chart. By now the line had about 2 customers waiting. Young lady was being passive aggressive telling me that she couldnt give me the deal on the website cause she couldnt find the coupon. She could of call upper management and sorted things out. But no! She was more concerned about getting the line moving and checking out the other customers. ( I saw her looking at them). Wont be going their anymore, i felt unwelcome. Saturday 6/19 9:30am

WENT THEIR ON 06/16/2021 TO EXCHANGE AN AUTO JACK THAT I BOUGHT FROM HARBOR FREIGHT, I THOUGHT IT WAS A COUPLE MONTHS AGO. IT TURNS OUT IT WAS ABOUT 5 MONTHS AGO, SORRY FOR THE HASSLE, I OPENED THE BOX FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE I PURCHASED IT, IT WAS MISSING THE HANDLES FOR THE JACK, I WANTED TO JUST GET THE HANDLE, BUT THEY DID THE EXCHANGE FOR A NEW BOX, WE GOT ALITTLE EDGY WITH EACH OTHER, SORRY FOR THAT, I APPRECIATE YOU HELPING ME, I AM VERY SORRY FOR MY ATTITUDE, AND THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME WITH THE EXCHANGE, I REALLY APPRECIATE IT. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR HELP AND PROFESSIONALISM. DIDNT GET THE GUYS NAME, BUT HE WAS A SPANISH GUY? YOU ARE A GOOD GUY AND SHOULD BE A STORE MANAGER. IF YOUR NOT ONE YET.RINALDO.

Went in to just buy a auto battery cleaner. Left. With a flashlight and batteries and screwdriver set as well. If it hadnt been for chatting with sales personal I never would have known that my other needs could be met. One stop shopping.

Terrible customer service. Called the store and asked if they had a part. They said they did. I then drove 1 hour to buy the part. When I got there, they said they did not have the part.The manager did nothing for me after I explained that I drove an hour and will have to drive another to get home.Note to management: If you cause a customer to waste two hours of their day because of an error on your part, offer them something to show you care. “Sorry” is not good enough. I mean, if she would have given me a $20 store credit or something I probably would have been cool, but she really just didn’t care.Because of this I will be shopping at Northern Tool from now on. No more harbor freight for me.

Great tools at good prices, very good specials and discounts. But customer service here is poor at best. I normally go to the one in North Richland Hills to be treated like a customer and not a disturbance.

As always, this store is great. Staff is courteous and make themselves available to assist you. The location is a little difficult to get to and from just because it is in a busy retail strip but it is worth it. Smaller than most other locations but they certainly dont let it affect the overall volume and selection. Certainly my go to whenever I have a choice. Also, they have come a long way in terms of quality in the last few years and now carry brands that easily rival so called high end brands.

There is a very nice variety of inexpensive tools here for homeowners and hobbyists. Good bargains can be found. Most prices are well below the big box stores. Some of the power tools, welders, generators and replacement blades have gotten better. There is also a good variety of latex/leather gloves and safety glasses.

Always a great experience. Theyre always so helpful. Kezz even helped me with my purchase to the car. Thank you! Definitely my favorite place to shop at and the prices are great.

Purchase a unit from from them there is a little problem with the AC to deal with fix the AC will buy it and see whats fixed it was very nice and we purchased the unit were happy with the unit today

Harbor Freight gets a lot of negativity because of the lower quality items they carry. For the price and warranty they offer, it is absolutely worth it. Especially if you need a specialty tool you won’t use often. If you need a higher quality product, look into their “Icon” line. They are comparable to higher end brands like Snap-on!

This is where my husband gets all his tools. So far we have no issues with this place you can find anything you want here for a good price and good quality. Also when you lose pieces of tools you bought in a pack they will replace it for you or if the tool or piece is damaged it will be replaced you cannot go wrong with that.

I love Harbor Freight!!! This location didnt have a helpful staff. I walked that place a long time looking until I saw this lady. She pointed what I wanted, but really helpful. Ine guy was busy, busy trying to help everyone. Finally, I got his attention and he helped (forgot his name).The store in West Monroe, LA was off the chain in helping with your needs.I hot the job done so thanks to the guy who took the time to LISTEN and help me.

Good prices. BUT Do not think you are getting top of the line tools. Good place for little project stuff. Not for heavy pro use. They are the Dollar store equivalent of tool and whatnot stores.

This place is great for cheap tools that arent cheap. It is especially great if you need a tool you might only use 1 or 2 times. I have bought wrenches, screwdrivers, gloves, bags, saws, bits, measures, cutters, tape, tie downs, jumpers, and more. No of which have crapped out on me and i have been coming for years. The coupons are great too!

Love this place, more than just tools.

This is one of my favorite stores! Searched for a product, had it at Duncanville store yesterday, did not check, and headed there. Product not there. Called ahead to Irving store, got 3 in stock, i was there in 25 minutes. Only one in stock? Working in retail myself, i physically verify the item is there, before telling the customer. Just a common sense idea. Wasted an additional hour, and 40 miles round trip.

Josh is very helpful and knowledge. Aside from the line. Customer service is awesome here.

Harbor Freight is always a great visit! The Manager went put of his way to check in back for an item that wasnt on the shelf. They were so busy helping customers they didnt have a chance to restock the much desired router yet. But the second I inquired about the item, the Manager took over and I had the router I was looking for in my hands within just a minute or 2. I always check Harbor Freight 1st when making an equipment decision. Cliff Siler

I only mark this retailer as a 4 star because of the lack of supporting materials. I was looking for a hand sander and the sandpaper that is intended to be used for that specific sander. The one on display that I wanted was not available for purchase. In fact, many of variety of sanders were not on the shelf. Likewise, there was no corresponding sandpaper. I had to pick a different sander, but no sandpaper to go with it. This was true for many items on (or not on) the floor. Aside from this, there was plenty of personnel on the floor, all friendly and willing to help. The isles were clear for walking, the shelves were neat and well laid out. I would go back, but they need to get merchandise on the shelves.

Love going to harbor freight. Inexpensive tools, and they almost always have what Im looking for.

I purchased the icon tool box set from here, my sales person name was daniel, he was pretty helpful, answered all of my questions and concerns, transaction went smoothly, and he made sure i left the store satisfied

Found everything I went in there for, the only problem I had was an advertised price for something said that if you join what I assumed was it some sort of loyalty or rewards program but when I attempted to join it at the counter I was told that it would cost me $30 so thats my only complaint every other rewards program I have joined in any other business was free.

Ran up to the store because I recieved an email add stating 60% off as is items. There is no such thing, only an open box area of about 10 items and even those arent 60% off the regular price. Bait and switch advertising. Ive bought a lot of poor quality tools from them over the years and I seem to have better luck with amazon.think I will save the gas anytime from now forward.

My brother-in-law introduced me to Harbor Freight Tools. What a wonderful store! I find all kinds of things that I didnt even know existed. The manager at this store is particularly helpful. They have great prices and great coupons.

Overall a good experience. Needed help with casting some parts i needed. Three associates and i brainstormed and came up with an idea. Cant hurry home fast enough to try it.

Great staff; very helpful. They dont just tell you were to find things but they help you figure out what you need to buy in order to accomplish a particular task. I love the honesty of Harbor Freight and how they post all of the product reviews, good and bad. The staff is equally honest in suggesting which items are better than others. Returns are more of a hassle than in the past. I guess the people abusing the stores easy return policies ruined it for the rest of us.

This is a great place for some cheap ways to fix up anything! They have a great selection of tools, and other household things at great prices!

Just visited the new location that used to be further east in Irving. Store is nice and organized. Quality is decent and very affordable. Best prices around. They have great deals and the coupons get you freebies on every visit. Friendly cashier. While you wont find everything like Home Depot or Lowes, its smaller and cozier.

Never honor the 25% discount or say its for a certain Item. Or it depends on who checks you out.

This place has some great stuff!! I wouldnt speak to the quality of the product, but they are certainly inexpensive. Great quick place to grab a needed tool when you dont want to fight the crowds at the big box stores.
