Was in search of a good salad and google never disappoints as this was a suggestion. I took a look at a few reviews and looked at a few pictures and was SOLD! Im not going to say there isnt better out there, BUT I am going to say if you want to taste FRESH QUALITY fruits/vegetables and trying to give your body healthy ingredients then this place is a must try. So glad I did and will certainly be back. I had the Temptation smoothie and the Vitality wrap, mmmmm

Found multiple hair follicles in my Vitality Bowl.. even had to pull a few out of my mouth. Customer service doesn’t like people either. Don’t recommend.

Had a veggie sandwich with no mozzarella which was good. Had avocado toast, was not the best, was just okay. I don’t know why they add oil to eat☹️, doesn’t help it at all. On the other hand The smoothies where actually pretty good.

Im baffled that the ratings are not higher! This is the place you go to when you want healthy food thats truly healthy and nutritious. The smoothies are 1 size 20 oz, but they are packed with a nutrition and quality ingredients. I got the matcha smoothie, and it didnt last 10 minutes.It really shows you that food thats good for you can taste good as well.

First time going, place is clean. Ordered the Warrior Bowl, not bad at all but its a bit pricey. Came out to $16 with two bottles of water. Kind of reminds me of Jamba Juice almost. Its really not that healthy either if you ask me. It has a lot of sugars packed in it. Would like to see something a little more fresh, less fruit and more vegetables, maybe they have it but I didnt see it, but otherwise not a bad place to go instead of McDonalds.

Extremely disappointed in the service and the juice I received. I asked for a cold orange juice so that I could drink it now and I received a hot bottle, not sure if it was even fresh. They didn’t have ice for me to enjoy my juice right away. When I told them about it the girls looked at eachother and didn’t offer any solutions they basically just stood there very unprofessional. I spent $30 on 4 items, never again. Jamba Juice has never disappointed. Save your money go somewhere else.

The ingredients of the bowls and sandwiches I’ve ordered are absolutely top quality and fresh. I highly recommend trying around, my favorites are the Tropical Bowl and the Dragon Bowl.I ordered last week a new bowl I had not tried, the Graviola Bowl, it had a light pink base and was really good. I ordered it by phone for my Monday breakfast to pick up, it was made timely as always, but when I got to work I saw that the base was a different color than I had before and the veggie panini I also ordered was made incorrectly. As a returning customer, I can’t leave anything than a 5 star review, but I have to say I am really disappointed with this order since it is made wrong and wasn’t what I was expecting. I called again and spoke to the same person letting them know. She corrected the concern and provided a solution. I’m grateful for their customer service. Thank you.

Me and my boyfriend are from Maryland, where we have nothing like Vitality Bowl. The employees were attentive and even helped us understand what we were ordering, haha! They also gave us plenty of recommendations. The fruit bowls are awesome and next time we make it to Texas we will be stopping by again!

Stopped here for a quick smoothie. Came in behind 2 other customers. They stood waiting for close to 5 minutes before sitting down at a table. I proceeded to walk up to the window and wave to get the employees attention. She finally came out and said nothing and just looked at me. I pointed to the other customers and said “they were here first” she proceeded to just stare at me. Not one word said so I ordered a smoothie and she walked to the back. Came out 3 minutes later and handed me a smoothie that wasn’t even blended and walked away. Pure powder in the bottom of the drink. This place needs major changes before I return.

Terrible choice for lunch. I should have realized - the place was empty. I ordered kale salad. As you can see its just a big bowl of kale and may contain 1% of chicken I asked for at extra cost. Everything else was a fruit based salad.

Exceptionally tasty breakfast or lunch choice in the area. I personally had a healthy shake with the right amount of Macros I needed for my day. While the price came in around $7.50; it was well worth it knowing this was a healthy choice that was conveniently located near an outdoor shopping center to walk around. Friendly staff and great customer service. Would recommend and hope to return to another location.

Ill be honest right up front and say that I havent had any food from Vitality Bowls.I ordered online two weeks ago, they were out of some stuff but it was noted on the menu. I ordered four kale salads, and a chia pudding. I live 20 minutes away, and scheduled it to be ready in thirty minutes so Id get there in plenty of time. Right at the 30 minute mark (when my order should have already been completed) I get a call from a man explaining that my chia pudding is ready, but that they arent doing salads for the foreseeable future. Im sorry but this is a salad and smoothie place. You cant just get rid of half your menu and not note it anywhere on the website.I cancelled the order and they refunded my card, but if you can say youre out of stock in one thing, you can mark everything youre out of stock in. I drove 20 minutes away to come back with nothing and had to stop somewhere else.

2 stars because the food isnt actually bad, but service was terrible both times. When store is empty, no one comes in to pick up online orders and you still wait 30 min for yours its bad . .even worse when I asked for a refund after waiting and seeing the 2 teenager workers just lingering around my food was magically ready in 2 minHire adults please

This place is great! All the bowls are really good and theres no sugar added. Its the sweetness from the honey and fruits. Its a great snack to have especially if youre trying to prevent eating sweets and want something in place of it.Use to love it and updated review to show their lack of customer service from the lady upfront

An amazing place with wonderful food and terrific service!! Ivory is so knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to help us select the perfect bowl with just a couple of questions. We had the Green Bowl and the Warrior Bowl, both packed with beautiful ingredients lovingly prepared. We came in from Albuquerque and will definitely be coming back to Vitality Bowls next time we visit our mom!

This place is awesome. The vitality bowl and oatmeal bowl are my favorites. The food is always fresh, the staff is attentive and polite, my order is never wrong, they give a military discount and their service is prompt. I eat here almost everyday and am so glad I found this place. I would highly recommend if you want healthy real food that also tastes great!! I am so addicted.

I came across this hidden gem when I was going to Starbucks. Something told me to check it out. The smoothie bowls are very filling and the venue itself is very well maintained.You may get antsy by the wait time, but you can call your order ahead. Just know that everything is being prepared fresh to order and I mean fresh!!!

I probably dont order from this place often enough. The smoothie bowls are really great and customizable. I especially like being able to place my order online and pickup. I have noticed that myself and other people who are there during the lunch hour usually have a bit of a wait even for online orders. Admittedly the cashier is running around to get orders out, so its not laziness. But the pick up time estimates arent being met so I could see how some people would get irritated.

Me and my mom enjoyed our juices and the waffle looked great! We ordered two 20 oz juices two lemon ginger shots and a waffle and we were literally in there for a hour no exaggeration, surely they need some more help in there, the black lady did express gratitude for everyone’s patience and they also told us extra syrup would be .75 extra but due to our extensive wait it would be free, so why tell us that! Good food and juices but slow service.

We love this place! Incredibly tasty healthy acai bowls with all kinds of toppings available! Weve always had great friendly service.This latest time we went, though, the girl ringing up our order said it was disgusting. She thought it was funny, but that’s not a word you want to hear before you eat.

First time in today and the bowl I had was fresh and delicious. I have wanted to try this place for a while and it was well worth it. They make your food fresh and to order. Its fresh, healthy, and amazing. And very, very filling. I had a medium bowl and couldnt finish it. So glad I finally went it.

First time there!! Everything was amazing. I go the peanut butter and banana sandwich and the hydrator. It was so amazing!! I will definitely be back.

Acai bowls, large menu, super fresh and healthy. Wait is long at times, but the bowl helps you forget that. Could be pricey for some. Nice cozy tables, great place to sit and chat or get studying done. Overall, I love it here.

Pretty expensive. $12 on average per bowl, for the small. The flavors were really good and fresh though. A ton of options and add ons. A lot more than just bowls available as well. Service at the counter was very friendly and the bowl came out fast.My cons are:There are no beverages really. There were some bottled drinks, but nothing else besides smoothies to choose from.Parking can be brutal at lunch.I got a large bowl of friut, and a bottle sparkling water. Cost $18. A bit pricey.

I love the fact that they have clean options: Organic and superfoods such as SPIRULINA, HEMP, Quinoa and Graviola (And other items).The Turkey sandwich is free of NITRATES, which is awesome! However, you get hardly any meat. Just got one and got back to work with it and I am still hungry after spending $11 on a turkey sandwich.I mean, I want to support the place for having the SuperFoods that they have, but $11 for mainly breading, isnt going to work. I meal prep, most days anyway, but.... On days I dont, itd be nice to be able to go over there.If i added TRIPLE meat, how much would that make my sandwich? $20? HAHAStaff is pretty good. Smoothies look great - cant wait to try those... Not so sure I would order with extra turkey though; not without spending a fortune. LOL

I wish I could have tried the food. I had high expectations when I went but unfortunately I could not get pass the horrible customer service. The the lady at the register never greeted me. Took a call in front of me from an angry 😡 customer who did not get all of his order from Uber eats. Another lady came up front and never said anything to me but joined in on the conversation she was having with the angry 😡 customer. They both went to the back and never said anything to me. A simple I will be with you in a moment would have been nice.First impressions are lasting...Now I know why there was only two people sitting in the restaurant at noon on a Friday.

I wanted to come here because I love bowls, so I decide to give it a try since I saw a lot of variety on their website so I went on a Sunday morning very happy and asked first for their coffees because I saw the menu online and the girl told me that if I want coffee I should go to Starbucks and I was maybe I saw other website so I saw my phone and they do have a coffee menu and I said sorry is just I saw the menu online and she just move her shoulders and said I dont know... so I order a panini and she said we dont have, so I said then give me a waffle and she said I dont know how to do it... then I asked her what do you have ? And she said you can order a juice or maybe a bowl, I think, let me ask if we can do bowls too... like if she doesnt have idea or like she was new, I dont know but I ended up in Starbucks... :(

Came here last Saturday and they were closed two hours before what they have posted as their hours and when asked why they have the wrong hours posted they gave a shrug and just said they were closed. Very rude and will not recommend this place. I rather drive to the Dallas location than come here.

I enjoy and appreciate this place. They have the best smoothies! The atmosphere is peaceful and calming. The service is great and they consistent.

This is my favorite spot when I come to Irving. Been coming here for over a year now. And love it every time. You gotta try the Warrior bowl. Why not share a large? It is big enough and is truly a comfort, yet healthy food. If youre a vegetarian or vegan, this definitely is the spot for you too! Worth every cent.

Great health food spot super close to dallas airport! Variety of juices, smoothies and bowls. I had a beet ginger juice with a matcha smoothie....the matcha smoothie is the best thing i tasted this entire trip, cant wait to go back for another 😀The ladies working were lovely too, great energy

Didnt see anything appetizing at all and It lacked anything that made me want to order and I really enjoy healthy food. Perhaps it was the staff that wasnt very accomidating. I felt ignored and just left after look, the food might be good so that I honestly couldnt say.

Don’t even bother going there, 10 mins and no one at the counter to take my order. Behind the glass there were employees looking at you but nobody came out to help! Waist of time!!

I went in with high expectations, as it was my first visit. I was highly disappointed. I ordered two veggie paninis and two different smoothies. The paninis we received were on regular wheat bread. Nothing like advertised. I could have made these at home. The smoothies were not labeled either, so I had to taste each one. Good thing one was for my daughter. For the price, I expected much more. I will probably still go back though, to try the bowls.

Heard one on Colleyville and excited to see one so close. My oatmeal was awesome (only reason for the 2 star) but the service was unacceptable. No smile. Actually quite rude. Seemed mad when I asked if they had coffee (they dont, which was fine). She didnt know menu. Wore gloves but holding cell phone in gloved hand before preparing food. I didnt feel welcome at all. Took our food to go so we could get out of there.

Great lunch place for a light yet extremely flavorful acai bowl. Wonderful deals through Groupon have been available recently. I hope that it makes it in this neighborhood. The owner and his family are delightful and service is solid along with the cleanliness. Great place for lunch in the Las Colinas neighborhood that typically centers highly around fatty, friend foods.

A pure vegan cafe - with pumpkin in season, and on a seasonal menu, I ordered the pumpkin smoothie. The smoothies have no ice or frozen yogurt. The Detox Bowl is a salad, full of organic Acai berries, bananas, almond milk, blueberries, flax seed, almonds, blueberries, kale and strawberries. About half of us are leaving with to go boxes. Absolutely love Vitality Bowls!

I’m giving this place 3 stars, due to the wth panini I bought. With all due respect, that panini was a sad sandwich.... I’m disappointed that i paid close to 8.00 for mrs. Bairds wheat bread and foul sun dried tomatoes. The staff was kind, tipped the woman with box braids because she was patient with me picking what get.

Oh my goodness my favorite thing is the nutty bowl.

The staff were friendly. But the menu is severely over-priced and the portions pretentious. Acai ice-cream though pricey, is NOT that expensive for the sake of a sliced banana, half a strawberry and sprinklings of cereal. Please research on Italian panini, there was nothing Italian about our toasted turkey sandwich.

I brought some vitality bowls to go and I absolutely love it, I wish more food was made with real ingredients and not artificial and Gmos ingredients. I just found a new organic cafe that Ill be attending.
