This clinic is such a breath of fresh air. Judy really has a way of making the whole experience stress free. You can tell she really cares about you as soon as you walk through the doors. She is the first smiling face you see and she truly tries to make this the easiest process for you that she can.Once you get on back, you get to meet the amazing licensed hearing aid professional, Daniel. He makes the testing so easy and gently walks you through all of your options. It is so obvious that he genuinely cares about his patients. I am so glad I stumbled across these two and this amazing clinic!

Judy and Daniel make a great team. You will be taken care of in a timely matter and they always take the time to listen to your concerns. Judy who is at the front desk has been wearing hearing aids since she was young so she can really understand your experience with adjusting to new hearing aids. As well she can understand the difference situations you might experience.

I have had miracle ear hearing aids for over 15 years because my hearing problems started in my late 20’s. The technology is great! And they are always upgrading the technology to preform at a high capacity. There customers service at this Irving Location has been phenomenal! I changed location from the Hurts location because the customer service declined at that location and I no longer felt valued. So the staff at the Irving location was a breath of fresh air!The reason I gave Miracle Ear hearing aids TWO stars because though the technology is awesome the construction is not!I’ve had behind the ear hearing aids, then in the ear hearing aids and I had to switch to behind the ear for my last pair because it had the best technology including blue tooth capability. But like the last behind the ear, my hearing aids are in the shop due to moisture when sweat get in the hearing aids they stop working, or make a loud static noise. Because I wear hearing aids for both of my ears one or the other are not working because I sweat often behind my ears often!These hearing aids are $2000.00 an ear! Because it come with a two year warranty the repairs are free but the process to fix them take 2/3 WEEKS! once the warranty is out you are stuck with the bill so they take that opportunity to sell you the latest and greatest! This process has become annoying and extremely expensive as I have spent over $20,000 on their hearing aids! I am now considering other companies because this has gotten old! Buyers beware!

The Miracle Ear in Las Colinas was instrumental in helping my grandmother hear better. Their customer service was excellent, help staff professional, and knowledge very thorough. Would highly recommend stopping in if you are having any hearing issues!!

Just wanted to thank Tish and Magan at Miracle Ear in Irving. They helped my Dad with new hearing aids. As if the gift of hearing wasn’t enough they both are kind hearted people who really cared about Dad.Setting up the appointment was very easy and everything could not have gone better. Be sure to ask Tish about what her daughter’s 160lbs great dane eats for breakfast. ...you won’t believe your ears.

I have had the pleasure of wearing Miracle Ear hearing aids for about 3 years now and have never had a bad experience when dealing with the Las Colinas store. Tish Deville is a wonderful office manager. She is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and a joy to be around. As far as my hearing aids go, I only wish I had found Miracle Ear earlier. I hear and understand conversations now better than I have in years since getting my hearing aids. Miracle Ear taught me how harmful it is to let a hearing loss go without addressing it. I did not know that I was actually re-training my brain to hear words incorrectly by not addressing my hearing loss.
