This company is terrible!. I built a camper van, doing every thing from electric DC and AC, propane, custom cabinetry to designing and building a rock& roll seat/bed and machining and welding a number of custom parts. The worst problem I have run into is this little white connector on a Danco sprayer hose I brought at Lowes. I need at least a 6ft hose to make my outside shower function. Danco only sells a 4ft hose, as shown. I can not for the life of me figure what that little white connector is or find one. I called tech support @ Danco, they dont even know. Tried to talk to somebody in R&D at Dnaco, but the tech center wont give out the number and actually didnt know it. Also said they wont answer thier phones. What hell kind of customer support is that? Oh zero!
Customer support is tremendous and extremely helpful. Product is a horrible design and will not work no matter how good the customer support is
I bought the most expensive replacement sink sprayer I could buy thinking you get what you pay for. Danco Sprayer head $23.00 plus “Premium” Danco replacement hose, another $12. $35.00 plus tax. I installed following the instructions to the letter, including watching the official Danco video on YouTube. Leaked immediately, returned for replacement to Home Depot, installation complete, leaked immediately. Returned for 3rd time - No charm! Spoke with management that product should be pulled from shelves. Each time I drove to Home Depot is 40 mile round trip. 39 dollars for merchandise and 120 miles later I was right where I began, looking for a replacement sprayer. Shame on you for this deception.
Place its great a corporation but this is not a plumbing supply store
I am a bit of a stickler when it comes to keeping my home spic and span, and beautiful. So the Danco Bolt Style Sink Hole Cover seemed just perfect to me to cover the unsightly hole in my sink when the spray head or soap dispenser was not in use. I was impressed with the stylish chrome finish which went well with my beautiful kitchen. The durable plastic construction would mean this kitchen plumbing part wouldn’t need a replacement soon. The best part was the sink hole cover was easy to install and required no special tools to do the task.

Quality matters! Our bathroom was in a pitiable state and we wanted to renovate our bathroom from scratch. We were looking for quality bathroom plumbing parts online and came across this great website - Danco. We must admit we were thoroughly impressed with the huge selection of faucet parts, tub and shower parts, and even sink parts. Our bathroom was repaired at a much less cost without compromising on quality.

Bought a universal fits any faucet handle set. They dont fit my faucet and now I cant return the product because its opened. Should I sell them on Ebay?
Danco has always been my one-stop plumbing supply shop. I could never forget the first time I stumbled upon these guys during a major plumbing catastrophe. I was ready to give up my DIY project until Danco supplied me with the kitchen plumbing parts my sink needed. They really came to the rescue! Now I have a go-to place whenever I need odd replacement parts for my fix-it projects.
The sink sprayer and hose this company produces and sells seperately dont even fit together and leaks like crazy newly installed. The instructions look nothing like their products and do not fit at all the way it is shown in the details.
I Googled this the name of this place and I was under the impression that this place was open to the public and I found out that it was not. They need to make it clear that its a supplier to stores and businesses only.
The other day I bought myself a Danco sink faucet aerator to reduce my monthly waster usage. The aerator is a master waster-saver as the small mesh screen break-ups the flow of water into multiple small streams adding air in between. By diluting the water stream with air, the aerator significantly reduces the volume of water flowing from my faucet. The best part of this plumbing supply is that the aerator does not slow down the pressure of the water flowing from the faucet. Compared to standard faucets, which allow a water flow of up to 2.2 gallons-per-minute (GPM), Danco’s sink faucet adapter and aerator options reduce water flow up to 89%! The bathroom- plumbing parts company offers a whole line of eco-friendly aerator options, from the extreme water-saving 0.25 GPM aerator to the Microban-protected 1.5 GPM option. I am certain I have made a great choice with this purchase. For one saving water is good for the environment. Secondly, with less water usage, I can expect lower utility bills.
