Was really excited to try this place, but my ice cream was pretty much melted. They had to put the waffle cone upside down in a cup because it was so liquidity. Tasted good, but Im sure its much better when it isnt soupy..

I would never recommend going to this place. The icecream are kinda pricey. Even for a single scoop its around 6$. Fancy store and fancy was of pressing and mixing ice cream with other toppings over a cold slab. Clean store, friendly staff and fast service. Personally the icecream taste was good nothing great or special.

The ice cream was weakly flavored. The waffle cone was too stuck to the paper to eat. There was nothing special about it.

Pretty much the only good thing about this location is that they use the base recipes for the ice cream.Otherwise Im sure they would find some way to skimp on that, as they do everything else.Scoops are the smallest Ive had at any ice cream shop and toppings are used as sparingly as possible. If they have them at all.On top of all that, the service leaves much to be desired.Have never been pleasantly greeted, or greeted at all for that manner, and every employee Ive come into contact with looks as if they would rather be anywhere else.For $5 I expect much more than this!

My first time here was awesome! I tried a few samples before deciding on Sweet Cream and Banana on a waffle cone. Very good and creamy. With nuts and caramel mixed in, i got the large cone for around $6. If all your ice cream cant fit in the cone, theyll give you the extra in a little cup too. Its well worth the money

Excellent place for some good ice cream. Love the choices they have for toppings, you can get very creative or just go totally overboard and crazy. Like to watch them create your invention of ice cream and toppings into a beautiful and delicious cold test to enjoy. Highly recommend.

This was my first time here. Was in a rush but the counter help was friendly and fast. It was pretty busy but the manager pitched in and provided such great service with a smile. Everything looked so tasty I didnt know which to pick. The banana and dark chocolate with strawberries, cherries, walnuts and topped with gummy bears was DELICIOUS! Great experience and yummy ice cream! I cant wait to go back and try their homemade waffle bowls! Sherry and her employees get 2 thumbs up!

I love Marble slab. When I lived/worked in Irving, I frequented this place almost daily. It seems they have had a turnover in staff. They are super slow. I waited for well over 20 minutes. The line barely moved. It seemed as if one lady was only filling online orders. The line was almost out the door. No one ever said anything to us. No thank you for your patience. Ive always come in to this place for ice cream. I went in the other day and asked the girl working the front about not wearing a mask or gloves to make my ice cream. The owner was in fact wearing gloves and a mask. His worker, however, rudely told me that she didnt need to wear a mask, wash hands or wear gloves if she didnt want to and that I could wait for him. The issue is that if he is cautious and she clearly (and rudely) is not... all of it is contaminated to me. I will not be back until his workers have better attitudes and are more health conscious. It was deplorable customer services amid a viral pandemic and he lost an order for 6 high priced items that day. Safety should be priority. Not employee comfort.

So yummy! Delicious mix-in toppings and plenty of ice cream flavors from which to choose. Their shakes are awesome and waffle cones are always fresh and crispy. The staff is friendly and always willing to give suggestions. My son and I usually get a cup, regular size, and a lid. Enough for now AND later!

Delicious flavors and variety of options for ice cream! Particularly loved their caramel macchiato flavor and wish it wasnt just a seasonal option! Other great flavors there are mango, butter pecan, and pumpkin spice! Friendly staff, quick service.

I walked into this location on Macarthur Blvd today May 28th around 4:30 mask and all. I was astounded to see the employee assisting customers with no mask. I asked if they wore masks and she replied: we do. So I said but you’re not wearing one right now? I walked out, she simply looked up and dismissively replied, Have a good one. How disgusting and disrespectful for you to come in contact with hundreds of customers and cannot even show the respect of wearing a mask. That respect I at least gave to you.if that is the attitude of this location I’m concerned for how general hygiene is enforced here. Never again.

I was in the store when the incident happened to Tammy.The lady was talking crazy to Tammy she was doing a order for someone else and Tammy asked her coworker was he alright so I guess the lady thought she was talking to her but Tammy wasnt talking to her so her husband and the lady was just talking messy to her.But Tammy was just telling them that she was not talking to them and told them to have a good day Tammy is a good day worker and good customer service and has a beautiful smile when I walking in the store she always greet me when I walk in the door.

A few days ago I visited this Marble Slab and was pleasantly surprised. The employees were friendly and attentive and the ice cream was delicious. I loved that they used real fresh strawberries and not a sauce. I will definitely be visiting again.

Tammy, the manager, was incredibly rude and had a horrible attitude. My wife was asking for toppings when she started making rude comments to her co-worker who was taking care of us. She did this a couple of times when my wife asked her if there was anything wrong. She began to snap at us and became very aggressive and started saying that I wasnt even talking to you. She was extremely unprofessional and we have never once had a bad experience at a marble slab before. She continued to talk about us to her co-worker and kept telling us to leave.

Been to this location with coworkers several times. The ice cream is among the best however the portion size can be all over the place depending on who takes care of you. The man who helped us today gave us very small portions however charged us the same high price. It is my fault, should have said something.

I visit this store frequently for my favorite Vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips. Staff are pretty good, great service.Store is small though with 6 to 7 tables where you can sit and hangout.They offer various Milkshakes, Ice cream cakes for to go, Sundaes, Ice creams in different cup sizings.

Lela is the best!!! We go to Marble Slab wayyyy more than we used to because of her. She always remembers us, and puts a smile on our faces. She also gives us great recommendations based on what we got the last time. Give this woman a raise!!

Not quite cold stone but its still good. I like that mix ins are unlimited! Open till 11pm usually also is a big help.

This place will always be one of my favorite places to get ice cream. Serving sizes are very generous. Although it is a little expensive, its definitely worth it.

Poor service. We went 5 minutes before closing time, they were open, serving customers inside however not letting new customers in and they are not bothered to respond us.

Extremely humiliated and insulted by an employee named Tammy who claimed to be the manager of the store. (I later found out, after some research that she is NOT the manager; she also refused to give her name. Only found out by looking at the receipt ). The people around me thought that she was being racist. I dont want to jump to that conclusion without first properly speaking to the manager, but i had to leave in a hurry after paying because i had kids with me and didnt want them to have to see her extremely rude behavior towards my family and I.This will not just be a matter of me leaving a bad review and going about my business. I want to know there has been some change because i was extremely hurt by the encounter

Its a home made ice cream parlor, with lots of variety in flavors and toppings. Also they have cakes and pastries made out of ice cream. Friendly staff too.

The ice cream Ive gotten is good but I was told they dont do the rewards program right now? How does that even make sense? They also charged me $5 just for a small ice cream with nothing mixed in and didnt give rewards on top of it. Couldve gone to Kroger next door and gotten alot more ice cream and gotten points for my purchase.

This place was good. Its kind of like a Coldstone. Definitely a decent selection of flavors and nice hand-made cones / bowls (dipped and with sprinkles if you want!) I will say that the flavors are VERY strong in the icecream. If youre normally a fan of rum-flavored icecream or something like that I would taste-test it first for sure.

E Coli, Staph and Samonella infections. The same person handling money with those infections also dip their hands with no gloves in the ice cream! Ive been in twice just to see if it would happen again and one time the guy came from the back and went to dip his hands in with no gloves! I left both times! You and your kids could be eating disease causing germs if you eat here! Money handlers should never handle food. And food handlers should wash their hands first to prevent transfer then put on gloves!

I love their ice cream but OMG too pricey!!! For the cost of getting my two daughters a small cup of whatever simple thing they want, I can by enough ice cream from the store to last me months. Delicious but not worth the cost.

Even though the sign states that I can get unlimited toppings to mix in, the server said no we mix in only three toppings.BE CAREFUL. They charge a few more cents on top of the total amount. I suggest you calculate your total with tax and you will notice the the server will tell you a different total value.

Up-charged me on ice cream. They then didnt give me a receipt back, I assume it was because they were overcharging on purpose. The charge on the rung up till said a different price than what I was told to pay. Im not sure if the employee was stealing, or if the owners of the store randomly charge different customers more.

This location is dirty and the service is bad. They use cash register that is old that they can not except franchise app coupon. I got 3 small pieces of marshmallows mixed into my ice cream. The old lady dropped marshmallows while she was trying to scoop it so I asked if she could add more and she said it was going to cost me extra. So I got 3 small pieces of marshmallows. The restroom was very dirty and the toilet was not flushing. I would never go back to this place.
