Equipment as stated, and in good shape. My time was changed, but it still worked out. The delivery man was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Ordering is easy but the tax exempt form is consistently not applied and getting the tax removed is not streamlined.

I know its not URs fault but your equipment is being used by a contractor right outside my homeoffice. Constant beeping noises and distractions, hourly, for over a month, with no end in sight. I wish you could stop renting your heavy equipment to these IPR guys.
