It started out that I just needed parts but they dont make that unit any more so I was prompted to buy new which I ordered. The company gives me options on how I want the power set up but said nothing about water but shows it on the post so I did not specify water. I received the post looked fine until I started the install but could not find the manifold so I contacted and ordered over the phone. Not once was the bracket mentioned. A week or so later I received the manifold with out the bracket to attach to the pedestal so I contacted again to receive a parts list that does not have the correct bracket on it. I wrote back explaining that but I guess nobody wants o hear it because no response. I will look for another vendor in the future. It should not be that difficult to order a simple power post. most marinas this time of year has enough spare time to go thru this but I did take the time to write this. After writing this review and posting it I received a call to get issues straightened out. Ray called and sent me the parts to complete the power post. Thanks for that but more important I received assurance that the company would work hard to make sure this does not happen again. I am a repeat buyer so I will be going back for more power posts and parts.

I ordered Quantity 3 dock boxes. Dock Boxes Unlimited shipped all 3 on one pallet using freight company, R&L Carriers. Special shipping instructions were provided to call me prior to delivery. This was not done by R&L carriers. Then of course only 2 out of 3 dock boxes were delivered without me being present to receive them. Dock Boxes Unlimited has tried to help with a claim against the R&L Carriers but no luck. The trucking company has denied any responsibility. After much back and forth, Dock Boxes Unlimited is working with me on a replacement box... though it will also have to ship by motor freight. Learn from my mistake and be present at your delivery and inspect your shipment very, very carefully and note any and every little thing that could possibly be damage.

Ordered online only to have them cancel my order because they said they “were upside down”. They should fix their website pricing, or honor their published prices and advertising.
