I like the homemade tortillas corn and flour always warm.Never having to wait in long lines to checkout because there are plenty of lines open and get you out pretty quick..The people who work there have been nice and helpful when Im looking for something..There is a deli and a huge meat market selection.. I will come back for my shopping.. way to go employees!!!

Went to buy meat here and got some wings that were bad and I called just to let them know to check on them it could have been just a bad batch or something when they answer they asked what was about and I was told hold on andI was put on hold for a long time enough to make me hung up on the call.I guess the manager didn’t want to hear about it.Not fair we plan our weekends to cook out and have some family time but it was kind like ruined.☹️☹️☹️

This is one of the best hispanic grocery stores in the area. Its always clean and well stocked.

Great place for anything! But they charge 18% surcharge if you pay with the credit card. That definitely spoiled the pleasure shopping there.

Great little store with huge variety, fresh fish, faithful, bulk plastic items, 20% added to totals less than $15.00. In house bakery and snack bar with big screen TV, friendly atomospher and pinatas. Good savings.

I have a clearly identifiable service dog. Security guard asked me to leave, told him hes a service dog and renta cop asked for papers. I informed him of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Store manger and employees were fine with his presence, they were all like awww hes so cute.

Had a problem at the meat counter first then again at the register.manager gave a lotta mad faces and attitude when asked to fixed the price in sale sheet to to register.the computer system kept ringing up the meat at a much higher price.he just didnt want to help

The employees took great care and concern for others safety. Although I must say I witnessed the owner going to produce section with a bag loading it up with many items . He in no way showed any respect for him self or other. He was not wearing a mask at all and touching everything. Covid-19 is very serious please think of others. Im a caregiver and all lives matter. Have never shopped here before.. I decided to give it a chance and think its a great store where I found everything I needed at great prices but even better they are fresh. This will be my to go to store from now on.

I dont understand this cost plus deal at these stores.The prices are about the same or higher than other competitive stores yet they charge a extra percentage at the register. Other than that its a great store.

You’ll notice right away that this store is run by kids. Customer service is bad. Cashiers will become petty and give you a hard time instead of being a logical human being.

My wife and I love this supermarket! We can find any kind of Mexican food we crave for here. The staff is always super friendly and the store is very clean and organized. Sometimes we eat at the restaurant inside the store and the food there is delicious I like the flautas and the gorditas. Another thing that is very good here is the chicharrón on the weekends we usually pick up a pound of chicharrón and some tortillas and take them home to have a late breakfast with my in-laws.I like that they have very good meat to grill and if you are looking for a specific cut the butcher can help you with that!I would recommend Savers to anyone looking for real Mexican food and ingredients in the oak cliff area although they have other location in Irving, Grand Prairie and Fort Worth.

I was immediately impressed with this store. The produce was beautiful. The seafood abnd meat counters were clean and neat. The isles and product labels are in English and Spanish so its easy to shop the store. The employees are friendly and helpful. Theres even a hot food bar and seating. The good looked and smelled amazing! Well be back!!! If I were to complain about anything it would be the music. Its just too loud!!! Otherwise, no complaints!!

The manager of this place doesnt care about the staff atittude. The guy in the back that helps with Meats doesnt attend you right away and weights meat wrong. I had two altercations with him in the past two months do to the lack of respect to the costumers. There is also a guy that always wears a green shirt in the cashier area that has an attitude with people who buys more items than usual. If you are going to buy meat here go early there is a Salvadorian lady that has always been nice to customers and will attend you with no rush.

Buying in bulk never felt better, I am biased since a relative works here but wow just wow. This place has a great and diverse community and the aisles are quite convenient.

Be sure to pay taxes plus an extra fee just for shopping here. Only reason I stopped is because I found a specific herb I cant find anywhere else. They have a great selection of things but thatexyra fee for shopping there..I just dont get it!

I really like this store. It is always clean and easy to navigate. The lines never get long like at other local stores. The produce is beautiful, meat is pretty fresh. The reason that I only gave it 4 stars is because some of the regular food items are higher prices here than at Wal-Mart, Kroger, Tom Thumb, etc. Milk is over priced, butter, yogurt, soft drinks, cheese, etc. Some items are convenience store priced.

My first visit here. The store was clean. They had ice cream on sale for a great price, which is what prompted me to go in but I was not aware they charged a 20% surcharge on total purchase. I thought it might be a 10% surcharge, like Cost Saver

Theirs carts a really different from others, they run deep 😂 no but seriously they do. They have really good deals, one day they had $.89 strawberry quarts 😲 cashiers are nice. They have an inside cocina, food is good too.

This place is in need of new staff in the meat section. The guys in the back have an attitude. Went their several times and one time the old guy in the back talked harshly to this lady and continued on. The other lady that was a bystander said you know she wont be coming back if you talk to her that way. He didnt care. He should be fired if they want to keep their costumers.

Nice deals if you spend enough cash to avoid the fees. Warning: the female baker openly coughed over the pastries she was making. Didnt bother to cover her mouth.

They charge a 20% surcharge when you use a debit or credit card to make a purchase. Not everyone uses cash like Hispanic people who have the jobs to use cash often enough to pay for merchandise. Sorry for anyone of none Hispanic culture.

It was my first time. Going in that store and it be my last time going there. There no body to help you find what you looking for . They just be looking at your ass, the man. And no body offer to help you, even on the check out. They didnt ask how are you doing, you find everything you lookingfor. Nothing.,

Prices are great but the front end female manager had a very nasty attitude and was very disrespectful. The manager on duty notice her behavior and had to remove her from the register.

The only thing i dont like is the fact that they tax the food and call it a surcharge. Cost Plus is probably the only grocery that does that BS
