If you end up being a victim of the Dallas catalytic converter thieves, go to Mark! He can fix them in no time and with the actual manufacturers parts which currently are hard to find. He also quickly found the cause for a noise we have been trying to hunt down for over a year that our Mitsubishi dealer mechanics have failed to find over and over again. Great mechanic, definitely recommend!

Very busy place because they do great work. They fix things the proper way, not the quick fix way. This may take longer or cost more, but it saves repeat trips for the same problems.

Mark (the owner) takes care of your vehicle as if it was his own. A higher trust is not attainable.

Gave AA Muffler a a call picked up on the second ring had a muffler problem he had his come in within 30 minutes was back on the road.

Do not trust their work or it could be your life. I had them replace a shock and they never tightened anything down. The bolts holding the shock in werent even finger tight. They also failed to tell me that they had cut a taper pin in my upper control arm, didnt tighten it down and trashed my spindle.

Had an awesome experience. Mark is a great man, he will give you the best price, and best advice. Definitely coming back again!

Very professional,very nice and had an answer about the problem in just a few hours, thats after my car sat at a performance shop a month with no real answer. If you have a Charger or other performance car AA Muffler is the place to take your car.👍👍.

Mark is one of the few old school mechanics left. My wife brought in her vehicle that had been fixed with an aftermarket parts that didnt quite fit, and instead of charging us for a new one, Mark was able to use his fabrication skills to make it work. It saved us over $600, and his labor charge was fair. Lastly, they will get your car in and out of the shop quickly, which is a bonus. Thanks Mark for the honest work, well be back.

Had new rotors and pads put on the front. A few months later, the rotors seemed to be warped, and the steering wheel was vibrating when braking. Mike promptly took care of the situation. He warranty-replaced all parts and the only hassle I had was taking the time to go back in! Its really great when people stand behind their work! Driving the car immediately felt better.

This morning I was having car issues on my way to school and had to pull over immediately. I happened to pull over in the parking lot and started troubleshooting why my car was acting up. Shortly after, someone pulled in and parked and asked me what the trouble was. He- Oscar, knew immediately what was wrong with my car and took the initiative to pull my car into his shop and fix it on the spot, kindly refusing any kind of payment. Thank you so much; people like that need to be appreciated more in this world.

First I’d like to start off by saying I’ve been using mark the last 10 years. I don’t understand the people bashing him because there’s nowhere in North Texas you can get dual exhaust for 150 bucks. If anything he will not let a vehicle leave that is not safe to drive. This is one of the last family owned small businesses left in greater Dallas. Talk to the man that owns the business not the internet, you will get a lot further.

Mark (the owner and sole employee) replaced my catalytic converter on my 93 mazda a while back and did a great job. not enough can be said about his workmanship. odd hours though, call before you head over.

Do NOT trust this guy (Mark)!!!! I failed my state inspection for getting very high noX (nitrous oxide) levels. Mark told me I needed a new catalytic converter and so I set up the appointment. Im not denying he does good work and uses good quality parts but I did NOT need a new catalytic converter. He LIED through his teeth just to get money from me. I STILL failed the noX aspect of my state inspection for both high and low speeds, and I even drove the car on the freeway directly before the state inspection. I knew I should have never trusted a white man to work on my car. I only trust mexicans because they dont lie to you. After having my mechanic do some work (a MEXICAN, someone I TRUST) my noX level went down for the high speed emissions but it was still exactly the same for the low speed emissions after the catalytic converter replacement. My mechanic still needs to do work on the EGR to get me to pass. So I paid $320 for NOTHING. $50 was labor. So I go to Marks shop and tell him about the whole situation and told him that I would need a partial refund since what he told me I NEEDED was not actually what I needed. At first he only gave me $28 which was not good enough. Thats really cheap of him. Why should you get half the labor if it wasnt even needed? It only took him 30 minutes to replace it so its really not a big loss for him. So I asked for more and he gave me $48, the only thing in his pocket. And then he said he only made $2 off of me and then he said some rude comment when I left. I even said thank you and he still made a rude comment. He doesnt even deserve $2 after LYING to me. DO NOT TRUS THIS GUY!!!

Im truly sorry for the guy that thought I was replacing his factory tips with auto parts store crome tips. Thats probley my fault what I would have been mig welding on his car would have been high polished stainless steel tips that looks crome. I have found that on cars to day have alot of moisture and crome wont last and stand up to it and thats why I speand more money on my product so that my customers get many yrs of enjoyment out of the product my shop sells .
