Made my first order with DFWA1, 520 Grade A pallets, last week. The staff was very professional and the order was delivered on time and done right - the pallets were in great condition too. Theyre my new go to for all my pallet needs!

Walked up to this place, asked to buy about 10 pallets. Customer service was great, easy and quick. Process was painless and the pallets they dropped off were all A grade as I ordered. Even offered to load on my truck. I will do business with them again!

One of the most bizarre experiences of my life. All I will say is the owner is one of the rudest people I have ever met. It amazes me that she is in any form of customer service whatsoever.

Poor customer service, I ordered 100 HT Grade A pallets and after waiting nearly an hour to be loaded, they got the wrong ones. Do not recommend doing business with this company!

Employees disagreeing with one another in front of customers, personnel very rude! One says back in at dock, other employees says no not there, leaving us sitting in our truck until they work it out then have the nerve to tell us they dont want our pallets !!!! We have never been treated so poorly.

Fast workers and fast loading. Be careful the lot is tight and full of nails

Half these trailers in my yard are full waiting to be hauled off and the other half are stuck with locked up brakes. Poor equipment conditions. Not a happy camper
