Very very slow service. Over 3 hrs to change 2 tires and an alignment. Mechanics kept going on break, and when not on break, lots of socializing and chit chatting instead of working efficiently on the vehicles. The online system gave the incorrect tires and availability status was also incorrect. Management needs to step in and correct systems and truly oversee operations. Dissapointing.

Prices are higher from the competition, variety of some articles are low, some things even you need to ask for them be buy over the internet, so you need to wait for items to arrive to the store. That is not good bdcause if you go to the store is to buy it right there, not to wait for postal service of store. If I wanted something from internet I will buy it myself from an internet business.

I took a newly purchased Nissan Xterra to have the suspension and drivetrain evaluated. The Service Advisor told me that he only had one mechanic and i was number 3 in line for service. I agreed to wait but after 4 hours the mechanic finally told me several items needed to be changed but he could not work on it because their lift could not raise the car high enough to allow them to work under the car. It would have been nice if they had told 4 hours before that they only offer limited service. They lost an $1100.00 job.
