Sally San Sebastián: Very good place to buy hair products. However, after I get home I realize that they charged me 15 cents for a bag that I did not ask for. They also didnt ask me if I wanted one. They just charged me without my authorization. This practice must stop immediately. Ask the customer if he needs a bag for the products.
I normally buy all my hair products here, but Im seriously reconsidering because I had such a terrible shopping experience today. I go to the door with my son and am greeted by a rude cashier who rolled her eyes and told me to wait outside the door. Okay, no problem with that, but then he tells me that only one of us can enter. I can understand the shop policy, thats okay too. But when I walk in, she feels the need to say that I shouldnt even have my son with me and that he cant stay outside the door. This is the first time a cashier has told me that my son cannot stay near the store and there is not a single sign that says that. I decided to ignore it, but she also felt the need to vent to a client while I was not even out of her sight. Its a shame that so many people are willing to have a job, but the ones who dont even appreciate it are those who work there. I posted this story online and there were many people who have had terrible experiences with this cashier. Maybe you should focus on doing your job rather than making unnecessary comments and venting to clients because there is a time and place for everything. They did not offer me any help and also attended me at the checkout with attitude. There are people who do not have someone who can take care of their children and I am not going to leave my son alone in the car. If something happens to her, will she take responsibility? Right not? From what I understand, they pay rent for the premises, not for the hall.
They waste a lot of time talking about personal things with other customers instead of attending quickly and making more sales. If the employees like to talk to each other, it would be better to have a self-service ATM like Walmart so they can continue talking to each other and customers. In addition, only one or two employees know about curly hair, they should hire people with knowledge about different types of hair and makeup instead of anyone.
