I made a purchase last week total $500 and got free delivery. I return back to the store a made a purchase $367 in roofing stuff and was told I had to pay an extra $20 for delivery. I thought delivery was free at these national stores. At least the one in quebradillas got free delivery. But they have no delivery driver. Thats why I went to the one in Isabela

Its a recently open new lumber and hardware store in Isabela, the store are well organized, its big and with more employee like others Nationals, like San Sebastian town if you try to find help.

Very low inventory. Even they do not sell some things that are supposed to be sell in that type of store. More variety are in some local owners stores! Prices are high on many things

I been visit them frequently the last 2 weeks and they have a great variety of product and brands. But the best part are the employee they will assist you right way also you can ask for recommendations and they will provide there knolegde.

I bought bathroom products at very good prices. I like the fact, that you can exchage the merchandise if you have any problem at home with your plumbing.

I have one minor and one big issue with this store. The minor one is that on weekends they close too early! And the major one, reason for dropping one star on my rating, is the checkout process. Omg, I ALWAYS spend at least 20 mins in the cash register area. The cashiers are either too slow, or do not know stuff, or they simply seem to not care. If you get on the line for checking out and there are at least 3 more people before you, get ready for at least a 30 mins wait time.

The people are very helpful and kind. Ill really Will always go there when needed.thank you.

No such thing as a return policy. They say you have 15 days for returns. They sold me a faulty burner and went to return ( 2 weeks later) they said too late and it was used. Save your money and time and go to Home Depot. I am building a home here, Now I know NOT to come here for anything.

Tried to return something 8 days after I bought it because it did not work, turned in to a 45 minute ordeal. Seems they have a 7 day return policy,I Will not be going back.

Dicen que cierran a las 5pm y a las 4:20pm no te dejan entrar. Tienen al guardia haciendo señas de cerrado para que no te bajes del carro. Y los sábados dice la pagina que cierra a las 6pm.

On Friday, May 28, I went to the store to buy a pot of paint that I needed to paint something emergency and with 20 minutes to close and the security guard did not let me in, I asked him about the manager and he said he was not there, I called the store and the manager if he was, it is outrageous that he has such arrogant people serving customers like that.
