I received the car with damage that wasnt reported. And all 4 tires were different Brand tires. With different treads.I just wanted to finalize the transaction trading in my vehicle I previously bought from enterprise.I will say the vehicle interior was detailed clean. But the exterior and engine compartment needed some TLC. I paid 726 dollars to transfer a car which was 12 hours away. I was made aware that it might take 2 weeks to transfer the vehicle. For 726 it should it have been 48 hours. In my opinion.The Scott at Edison was very easy and pleasant to work with.I should have spent more time inspecting the vehicle.And I was pleased with the value afforded for my trade in vehicle.

This dealer has quite a good selection of cars. The problem was that I wanted to read sales contract before signing it - this dealer simply declined to send me a copy and let me read it upfront. After few more emails back and forth sales manager Justin L. Korn sent me at least a partial picture of it. Well, at least now I know they charge $199.00 Documentary Service Fee.

My experience purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise exceeded my expectations. Justin helped me tremendously. He was patient and attentive to all my request and wants in my new vehicle. He went above and beyond to help me. He sat with me on the phone browsing through numerous vehicles and was very pleasant while doing so. He even called other locations to confirm if vehicles were still available. In the end we found a great vehicle with 95% of my request and great mileage for a great price. I am beyond satisfied. The process was a little different than Ive experienced in the past at dealerships, but that would be due to the current restrictions with covid, so it is understandable. Most of my paperwork was completed over the phone and through email, when I arrived at the dealership I was then able to do a test drive before finalizing all the paperwork. If you are in need or just want a new vehicle make sure to check them out. I was hesitant after going to another dealership and having a terrible experience, but Im glad I took the chance. Worst mistake of my life. I bought this car over a year ago with damages that weren’t reported and now I had to spend hundreds of dollars to get it fixed. I bought the extended warranty...even bigger mistake! My car has a defect that has been confirmed by TWO mechanics including the dealer. The insurance refuses to pay for the part unless I spend over $800 for the tear down. If I refuse, I have to pay the $4,000 for the new part. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR THROUGH ENTERPRISE!!!!

I recently purchased a vehicle for a family member in MO through the Enterprise Car Sales office in Iselin, NJ. Scott Sietz called me immediately after I sent a question through the Enterprise site about a particular vehicle I was interested in. Scott gave me all the details regarding the vehicles I was looking at and explained how Enterprise could fully facilitate the purchase by me in NJ so all my family member had to do in MO was to go into the location there and drive off with the car. It worked seamlessly and Scott communicated with me frequently and clearly throughout the short process. I signed the paperwork outside on the Enterprise lot in Iselin. It was a great experience.

Buying a car for most people can be very stressful. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Enterprise car sales. I highly reccomend them. The stated price is the price. And my trade in was Kelly Blue Book price. You are not going to steal a car, but you will get a fair deal, with no switch and bait. Like so many Dealerships pull. The car was in very good shape, the only reason I didnt give 5 stars was one of the front tires was new, but not the same as the other 3 tires. If all 4 tires were the same, then it would have been 5 stars.

The year of the pandemic is definitely one to remember! Besides me loosing my job, my husbands car was slowly deteriorating. After getting into an accident a year ago we we’re in immediate need for a car and came across Enterprise car sales! Anita was our sales person and was just so amazing to work with. So this year when we needed something again, we once again turned to Anita at the Iselin, NJ location. Because of COVID no one is allowed on site without appointments or to really look around. Anita was able to help us from home with everything.... including price and most of the paperwork ahead of time!! In the year of the pandemic, Enterprise came through and Anita couldn’t have made the process any easier!

Garrison was a great low key friendly salesman. If only all auto buying was like this--no haggling, fair prices. I would recommend anyone who wants to buy a used car to try Enterprise.

I purchased a car in Sept, and I could not be happier. From reviewing inventory to the delivery of my car, the entire experience was great. Everyone in the office bent over backwards to assist me in all aspects of my purchase. My Sales agent Garrison Butler was amazing!! I have told numerous people about the great experience I have had with Garrison, and the Iselin office. I will need a car for my daughter in a couple of months, and it is a load off my mind to know that all I will need to do is contact Garrison. Just recently purchased a vehicle at this location, Ive been looking for a certain car for over 6 months and this dealer ended up having one for a very good price so I decided to make the push and go for it, it was my first time getting a car from a dealer but with the help of Jada and DJ, they will make your car buying experience easier then expected. Jada was so humble and sweet, that before I bought and test drove the car, she noticed the car needed a car wash so she took it both times so I can drive away in a very clean car. There curbside pickup was also superb, thank you jada and dj!
