It says it closes at 6 yet they locked up by 5! It’s horrible that a professional establishment does not act professionally. Absolutely unacceptable!

I went there to get some docs printed out. I didn’t see the self-serve printer section so I went to the copy and print guy who directly opened my documents, which some of them were government documents, and started reading them. He got on my nerves by reading whatever I didn’t consent. They should inform the customer before they start digging into personal info. This is illegal and unethical. Staples should draw a line to this kind of employees or at least educate them on what’s legal what’s not. (Asking for a consent is number one before you read or do anything). For sure I am not going back to this staples
