Extremely rude balloon girl. I asked a simple question because directions on how to receive your online balloon order are not displayed anywhere, and she responded with major attitude. She’s just a teenager but even a 16 should know how to speak to people. I’m sure she didn’t mean to ruin my experience but, she did..

They dont have alot of costumes, and the size are not available

Pretty standard for a Party City but they were out of stock on a lot of costumes already.

Plenty of options and appears to always have something you can use for any occasion. Personally I was able to pick up some things for a bachelor party this weekend and got just about all the decorations needed!

If I could rate this without any stars I would. They prioritize online orders and leave in store customers to the side, I waited 45 minutes just to have 9 balloons blown up. The lady “helping” me was rude and yelled at me and other customers behind me on two separate occasions, will definitely not be coming back soon.

Excellent, clean and organized store. Everything was easy to find. All associate were friendly and willing to help you find what I was looking for. All birthday themes that can come to your mind you can find it here. Also a great selection of adult costumes for the incoming Valentin and Easter celebration.

Its hard to go wrong here! A lot of options, friendly staff, good prices. Pick up option is also great but the web page can be improved.

Horrible service . 45 minutes looking for help . Then waited on line to get help they directed me to the wrong isle. Never got the one item I went for . Im usually very patient but they need more helpful staff.

Need more people assist their customers

The customer service in this store is horrendous!! The girls working are rude and very unhelpful. Asking a question and all you get is attitude as if asking them anything is an annoyance. I’ve been here a few times as I’ve been party planning a few events and at this point i rather drive a few miles away to a different store than to go to this one which is the closest one to me.

Items are very limited compared to past visits.

Who doesnt love a huge party store? Ive been a customer at this location since i was a young kid. Anything and everything can be found here. The staff is helpful and willing to go the extra mile.

Paid for 15 balloons and only got 14. Within an hour we had 6 left

I went to buy a costume for my daughters 100 days at school. I pick up the costume and the price was clearly labeled. I pick up the wig which I thought was $7.99. I took it to the register and it was $16.99. The cashier seemed like she cared and was concerned. I walked her over to the wig with the sticker displaying $7.99 and she said she couldnt give me that price because the sticker was scratched off and it wasnt changed yet. I told her thats false advertising. Moral of the story I left without the reduced price. Please watch every price of every product you purchase because this place is shady.

SHOPPERS BEWARE NO RETURNS ACCEPTED 7 DAYS BEFORE A HOLIDAY. Doesnt matter if you have a receipt that gives you thirty days or it was never used and in brand new condition. They dont give you store credit and they dont let you exchange. I waited since 9:22AM for the store to open at 9:36AM for them to rudely tell me no they dont accept returns for seasonal items. Didnt even look at my receipt for all they know I could have bought it the day before! It was only perhaps a 12 dollar return. They lost a customer today for lack of customer service. Michaels or Amazon have better return policies.

Best place for all kind of themes for any type of parties/celebration. If an items are out of stock they will order them online an have it delivered to store or home for free.

They are great went there October 1st and they were out of a lot of costumes already....did I shop to late?! Lol

I order a bundle of balloons online to pick up at that store. when I get there this lady working there tell me they dont have them but what makes it worst is later that day I realized the payment went throught. They lady to me she canceled the order but never did. So when I realized that I never even got a cancellation email I called the store and the girl tells me I have to come in the store to get a refund. To top it off I only ordered from that location because it was the only store with those ballons and they were near where I was working that day. which is 45 minutes from my house and I go out there once a month. I would only deal with this store in person and ask all questions and makes they provide proof.

Sales associates were not very accessible or helpful. Otherwise, great selection and decent prices for specialty items.

Everyone was extremely helpful and I rarely find that in the retail market today . I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends for any party needs they might have, again I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff and even the cleanliness of your Islip location, if your other locations even come close to Islip you are doing a fabulous job. I also noticed a help wanted sign even though I just retired I believe I will be going online to fill out an application. The staff is not too helpful but my local location.I do love all the party idea with everything in one place

Even though the line was more than 6 people deep, there was only 1 cashier who had to stop to blow up a dozen balloons while the line got longer and longer. It was 10 minutes before someone else came up to help and more than 25 minutes before I was checked out.

I was able to find everything I need when I wanted to do the gender reveal. The team is very kind.

My husband & I purchased 2 wigs this past weekend $30 each plus 2 accessories total purchase of $85. We must have spoken and asked about return policy for the wigs since we werent sure which one he would keep as he needed to match with amask he had at home. We All returns are accepted till We then returned to the store within 24 hrs and they said no returns are accepted on wigs. I was upset because more than 2-3 workers said oh no. No returns on wigs. In fact no try-on. When workers allowed my husband to try on. When I asked to speak to a manager they accepted the return and I was refunded. Not happy about this nonsense, aggravation and inconsistency. Not buying here again.
