We are very happy with the work done by G&M Garage Doors. Marty (owner) came to the house to provide an estimate for a new garage door and left us with some materials showing different options. After we decided on what we wanted, we gave Marty a call. He came back again to double check the measurements. A few days later, Martys son and helper came to install the new door and tracks. Very professional and great work. We would definitely use them again.

So.. I had no other option but to contact this business because the previous homeowners had used them for the garage installation. I, being a first time homeowner, was paranoid of accidentally breaking my door system by trying to fix it myself. I called the owner and explained to him my issue and he suggested a service call. The service guys come in and it was a minor issue solved in less than 30 seconds. They try to charge me the full $110 for 30 seconds of work which is outright unfair and the owner wouldnt listen. I understand that they do business to make money, but my experience felt like I was being scammed. I would be highly cautious of this business because they will try to take advantage of your situation.

Great experience. They showed up for the estimate on time and explained everything thoroughly. Price was extremely reasonable. The install team showed up on time. They were professional and worked quickly, cleaned up, and the garage doors came out perfect. Highly recommend!

What a pleasure to work with! Marty Sr. (owner) came within 1/2 hour of our call, showed us our options, and gave us a very reasonable estimate. Marty Jr. came on time on the scheduled date, finished the job in 2 hours, and cleaned up after the work. The garage door works great now, and its better quality than what we replaced. Very pleased.

Marty(owner) is very professional,expert and got lot of patience. He listened patiently to my need and understood my taste and recommended a great and modern garage at very reasonable price. Went to a great extent in getting samples for color matching. Professionally installed and educated us on its operation. I had the absolute best experience with this company and could not be any happier. Marty, the owner came by and gave me a great estimate and there was no pressure at all. When I called back to schedule the installation, I spoke with his son Marty and he could not have been any nicer. They fit me into their busy schedule to accommodate me and went above and beyond my expectations. Clean, organized, and fast. After it was all installed the son Marty went over every detail of the garage opener and made sure I knew how to operate every aspect of it. He was such a doll and said if I needed anything or if there were any problems to just call. Excellent customer service and down to earth. Highly recommend!!!

Marty (the owner) came over within a 1/2 hour of my call to repair my garage door and now I can open & close it with ease. The price was great also.

Marty and his sons came over within 24 hours and repaired my garage door without a single issue and they were all totally professional and only repaired what was needed and did not try and sell me anything I did not need. G&M originally installed the garage doors on my home I have used them for repairs several times over the years. I recently had them install a new Liftmaster door opener and new rollers on my garage door. They have always been reliable, prompt and professional, and best of all, their prices are more than reasonable for the quality service you receive. They did the installation of new garage doors and openers on my sons house, and they just did an installation for one of my neighbors who was very satisfied with their work.Marty Sr., Marty Jr. and Nick are the best ever.

Marty and his sons did a great job installing my new garage door. They walked me through all my options within my budget and installed the new garage door in the same week. Very reliable service and even disposed of the old garage door for me.

I was treated very rudely by this company. The owner came to my house one time to take a look and review some options with me. He spent a nice amount of time with me and then told me he could get me some color samples since he didnt have much with him. When I called back to remind him about the samples, told me I was driving him crazy (this was only my second interaction with him ever). I said I could go somewhere else and he told me go right ahead. Maybe he was having a bad day? In any case, moving on and I will use a company that treats customers with respect.

I must be the unlucky one. Called to get 3 new door installs. Was told Friday or Saturday for measurements and quote. Never heard back. That right there is bad business......
