Recently visited this location and was checked out by the nicest women. I wish I wouldve got her name but she was very nice she literally put me in a better mood! I had to take the time out of my day just to leave a review! lol She was younger girl with long braids throughout her entire hair. Yall need more employees like her!
Whats the point in scheduling an online vaccine appointment if it takes an hour wait to get your vaccine. Pharmacy technicians texting and gossiping as I patiently wait. Ridiculous and insulting service people and Walgreens really doesnt care.
Curb appeal is important for a business. If I were the store manager, Id spruce up the the entrance. Weeds are growing up on the curbs.Once you get inside, the store looks pretty good. The front end is cluttered. Merchandise presentation is good with minimal out of stocks.The store associate I encountered was friendly and helpful.
This walgreens has the worst management he is the rudest and not just to me, but to everyone I witnessed his rudeness towards other people. This a white old half bald man with glasses that looks as if doesnt want to be there . He needs to look for another job
Made a quick stop to get Arizona teas that are on sale and staff was helpful they went to stockroom n grabbed Arizonas for me everyone was polite the manager was there and I mentioned to him that his staff was very helpful n polite great experience at this location keep it up guys n gals
I have medication that I have here they are the slowest I immediately switching back over to the Walgreens on Maxey Rd.
They refused to do my covid test that I had scheduled.
Very bad attention from the people in the pharmacy, the lady with the last name alvarez gave me a medicine that was not mine and when I got home I realized I came back at the moment I will tell her her mistake she doubt that that medicine gave it, the doctor who tells you Neither the prescription nor she realized that it was not mine and she put the bottle in her hands, when she gave me mine, she did not apologize for her mistake, which is expected of elderly gentlemen who do not check what they take for trust your workers
Horrible service there are two orders that I make online and it says that there is enough product and they cancel my orders. I always have to call the corporate office to get the coupons that were applied back to me.😡

This has to be by far the WORSTTTTTT pharmacy in the world. I don’t think I’ve ever been here and NOT had a problem. I’d rather drive a little longer and go elsewhere than come to this location.
If you want your prescriptions filled with the least amount of headaches, dont go here. This pharmacy is wildly unprofessional as they are out there literally trying the least. You will be spending at least 30min on the phone going back and forth between this pharmacy and your doctor to discover the issue they knew about the entire time because they literally wont look past a first screen to figure out the problem. Its like pulling teeth to figure out why they didnt or wont fill the prescription. Even my doctors office commented on their lack of consistency and professionalism. Stay away from this Walgreens.
“Store Policy” that the restrooms close an hour and a half early for store maintenance. I’ve worked in a lot of places before. This is not professional. When your clients are loyal to you because they like your store, keep in mind they use the restrooms you have.A traveling rep like me relies on restrooms like yours, ESPECIALLY if I’m coming to your store to buy things. I think this issue should be addressed. It doesn’t take 1.5 hours to clean a single use restroom.I hope to hear from a manager regarding this matter.
Some pharmacy staff are great while others can smile more. I do enjoy seeing some of the familiar faces. I do think they need more help. This is a busy pharmacy and of course can only do so much at one time.
They told me it was going to take an hour went back home to wait then get a text saying it was ready when we were just there then they take long when we go back & when i had to get another prescription they told me i cant because the computer said i have no Medicaid all rude like, like really? So i went to another one & i was able to get what i need...
AS A CEO OF A COMPANY I WITNESSED THE UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGERS. THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES. HOW “GHETTO” WITH NO PROPER GRAMMAR WAS JUST UNACCEPTABLE! I’VE TEAMED UP WITH THE CEO OF WALGREENS AND WILL BE MONITORING THE BEHAVIOR OF ALL MANAGERS AT THIS LOCATION! IF I CONTINUE TO SEE THIS BEHAVIOR I WILL TAKE ACTION! EMPLOYEES ARE THE HEARTBEAT OF A COMPANY AND FOR THIS STORE TO RUN YOU MUST TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH RESPECT! I’LL BE WATCHING THESE MANAGERS CLOSELY!

Should be half star. Im from out of town. I needed a prescription. I selected this pharmacy because I had passed it on way to hotel. Advertising says open 7am-midnight. Got there to pick up my prescription, pharmacy closed. Asked if another Walgreens could pull prescription. Employee called manager 3 times, manager finally answered and I was told where to go in store to meet manager, manager couldnt be bothered to come to me. Manager was obviously disgruntled because I had been referred to her by her employee. She then told me the pharmacy would open at 9am the next morning. Guess what called at 9:20 to see if my prescription is ready, pharmacy doesnt open until 10am. Pharmacy hours should e listed on website if different from store hours. Management should at least try to appear helpful to customers.
I didnt really even want to give a star at all, every single time I call to get a prescription or answers about one, Im on the phone for at least 45 min and if someone does pick up, Im often hung up on and have to call a couple more times just to even speak to anyone at all. The IRS answers faster than the pharmacy at this Walgreens.
The customer service is fine but Walgreens corporate office needs to seriously evaluate the amount of staff they have on hand. There is only associate working the pharmacy register. So the wait is extremely long and the phone doesnt get answered. If Walgreens wants to improve their ratings at this location they need to hire more staff.
Today is March 9, 2019 around 7:35am the weirdest thing happened to me this morning I went into Walgreens to use a ATM I needed to break a $20. So as I was heading towards the candy aisle I saw yellow labels $0.99 that grabbed my attention and there were gum for $0.99 I believe they were 6 different flavors I was trying to see which of all 7 I was going to bye. There were strawberry, orange, watermelon, cinnamon bubble gum, and mint, and the blue kind.. so I grabbed one mint and one blue kind . As soon as I got up I turned to my left and there was the manager I believe it was and the cashier I actually felt weird because they were looking at me like if I was going to steal something then the cashier tells me are you ready.. I felt uncomfortable especially with them standing right there beside me and me trying to decide what gum to buy the only thing that I could think about was to get home because I had just got off from doing a 12-hour shift at work and seriously I have to deal with this kind of stuff ...
Actually I didnt want to give it a star. Service is so bad. Takes too long for medicine to be ready and manager is so rude. I decided to transfer my prescription to Kroger pharmacy. Manager was pretty rude to the manager at Kroger pharmacy. They even told me know wonder you dont want to go back.
If I could give the 0 I would!!! I cannot believe they are allowed to be so rude! Pissed to the max... The pharmacy- in all the 4 years I have visited this place I have not once been greeted! 9 times out of 10 if someone is visiting they are not feeling well and I promise once you leave here you will not feel any better👎🏾👎🏾
Its good for Holiday Sales And Getting Pictures developed, And A pharmacy Number to tell you when your Prescriptions are ready or you can just walk in and its cheap for Prescriptions.

This Walgreens has problems answering there phone an not helping if u call they hangup an put u on hold an they never say nothing an never get back on the phone they need better persons here new hires them people working there dont work answering the phone is part of the job too not hanging up

This Walgreens has given me nothing but trouble! I hate it! The service is terrible, its slow and inaccurate. The people are so stuck to their computer system, when something is wrong in the computer they are completely lost. My prescriptions were not even in the computer system, but they were there at the pharmacy, and because they were not in the system they didnt think to check anywhere else until we demanded it. Terrible! Would not recommend to anyone. Even my boyfriends pharmacy teachers have pointed this Walgreens out as the worst pharmacy possible. Do not go here.

I’ve lived and worked in the area since the early 70’s and this location has always had the worst pharmacy service ever. It seems like even the normal refill of prescriptions I have been taking over 8 years seems to always be a problem.Communication between pharmacists and their staff is horrible. No one ever seems to know what the issue is.I get told one thing when I’m in front of the counter then I get home and receive a call from the pharmacist about not being able to fill my prescription.I’m really taking this personal because I have even caught the pharmacist looking out at the drive thru window to see who was in the vehicle when I’ve taken my scripts through their drive up window.I’ve had to go with out some of my meds for up to 2 weeks because of some issue or another. I never have these issues when I visit the location off of Woodforest, Federal road or Walmart or even Sams.I would love to be able to use my local pharmacy without all the issues from this pharmacist.
This walgeens is very slow. The druvethru is ridiculous, people drop off perscrition & wait for the scipt to be filled! REALLY!! Its DROP OFF & COME BACK TO PICKUP! WHATS SO HARD?
I came to location walked in to wait for medication,to only be told that I couldnt pick up medication until 1:45 minutes later,And the young lady attitude was nonchalant and very dry and showed me A stack of prescription that was ahead of me when ther was only two people in Lobby waiting, very dissapoited in service.
They have a really bad customer service on pharmacy Deparment. I waited 30 minutes to pick up my prescription,and they didnt have any change. So, I waited couple of minutes more because they didnt have change of $5 bills. I took the money to front register to change a bill $20.00. So, I can get my money back.
I give the pharmaceutical manager a zero she was very unprofessional was rude to the customers and shouts very rude I quit going there .I took my business to Walmart .I went for my daughter.I dont see why yall dont sent her to customer training classes.I put a star not wanted to but it didnt let me post with out a star.She still gets a ZEROOOOOO
