Nice theatricals inside. Festive Halloween vibes and the Staff was as helpful as possible. Personally wanted to find some novelty contacts, asked a few of the employees, to no avail. You can definitely tell its early in the season here.

Didnt have as much as I expected, but maybe thats because I went the day before Halloween. Other than that I loved their variety.

My favorite store of the year. When I see a Spirit I know Halloween is right around the corner. They have some of the best costumes and Halloween props around!!

My daughter decided to go as Star Child from KISS and the staff was very helpful in picking out everything from the makeup to the wig, awesome service.

Spirit Halloween is only open for a short period of time each year just before Halloween to a little after Halloween. They have a huge selection of costumes for all ages & sizes. They offer a giant range of styles. They also have accessories for costumes such as jewelry, wigs, gloves, swords, canes, etc. They have Halloween decorations for your home or Halloween party. They have party favors. They have a wide variety of masks. There are fog machines...too many things to name!!! The prices are a little high in comparison to other places. However, immediately after Halloween last year they marked their entire inventory 50 percent off! I look forward to shopping there again next year.

I mean, I like just fine. Its neat. But whos paying those prices when Amazon brings it to your house?

While I was at the Jackson, Tn location.. I was approached by an employee that claimed there was a customer that made a complaint on me and my son because I was wearing a backpack. My backpack, happens to be my purse, and it’s small & see through. I was going to spend a good deal of money at this store, until this happened. This is the first time I’ve ever had this happen to me, anywhere. It was upsetting and embarrassed my son. I politely left and will never spend money here again. I’m not upset over myself, I’m upset over the embarrassment of my son. Great job idiots, at losing business and upsetting my son.

I went for 1st time. Employees and manger was helpful and sweet.Relaxing atmosphere to take ur time n shop. They also donating sick children....that was refreshing.Thanks for ur generosity today.Ill be back.Be Blessed

I dont like the fact they force you to go through a scary exhibit that one growls and another jumps at you when you enter the store because I have young 3 and 18 month grandkids and its too scary. So I cant take them in there to pick out a costume which is a shame because they have a great selection. The kids side is to the left. It wouldnt be hard to move the scary entry to the right a tad so people with young kids wouldnt be forced to go through it.

The prices of accessories was too high, like for animal kits. Walmart has ones for cheaper that actually come with gloves. Same with most accessories headbands and such cheaper at Walmart. They did have a lot. Just nothing worth it for the price to me.

I went in there and am employee was hovering me the entire time. Everywhere I went she was right behind me.. I walked around to make sure it wasn’t just me and just like I thought she was right behind me . So I stopped and asked why was she following me everywhere and she said “it’s a lot of merchandise and a lot of customers I’m trying to just walk around” and I didn’t believe that so I went to find her Manager and she said that’s her job but I know her job isn’t to follow one customer everywhere they went and make them feel uncomfortable because the entire time that’s the way I felt .. and during this entire experience neither the employee or Manager apologized for anything.

This place has some awesome costumes,mask and more. Very cool place to get your Halloween stuff!

They really do have everything you could possibly need for Halloween 🎃 and I was even more happy because my Daughter wanted to be a cheerleader zombie and we got the last one along with all the awesome makeup!!!
