I have been frequenting Continental Sewing for @ 40 years on and off. I have always found the service to be excellent. Alice is a genius with sewing machines.

If you have a machine repaired, take pictures and document everything you leave with them. When I went to pick it up, they claimed it wasnt there. Then they found it without the box or any accessories and claimed they wouldnt have those. They finally found the box (that I pointed out to them) and all the stuff I left. Highly unorganized and no one there seems to know what is going on.

Beyond wonderful!!! Wonderful products and a wealth of knowledge from the sweet, friendly staff! Fabric and sewing heaven!!!!

My sibling went in to look and see if they sold sewing machines. The lady who worked them told them to leave for no reason!! Horrible customer service.
