Read the other reviews also before you purchase. Their customer service is a joke. If you need to return something it will take an act of God to get any response at all. I had to call Amazon and have them intercede to try to get some type of response. They received my return 13 days ago. For a small company in Wyoming I find it hard to believe they are so overwhelmed that someone could not process the refund in 13 days. I wrote an email 2 days ago to follow up again and give them a chance to fix this before I wrote them a bad review. I guess they just dont care. Go somewhere else to buy unless you are there in person!

I quickly found this bag that I needed to add more cargo to my push cart and the price was right, I bought with out hesitation… then I remembered my ski glove purchase I made in a similar fashion (on the fly.) The company was out of the country I panicked canceled my cc, (it turned out legit just took more time) Well after reading the reviews I had that sick feeling again. I called, and spoke with Michael he assured me nothing to worry about, my extra storage bag arrived two days later. 4 day turn around start to finish! Excellent service, thank you !!

UNETHICAL! Do NOT buy from this place. I placed an order on 11/30/2020 for a Christmas gift. It was delayed due to shipping issues as a result of Covid, I understood and kept the order open. Unfortunately I still haven’t received the item, though I have been able to purchase it elsewhere and have made at least a dozen attempts at my $599 refund. I keep being told the check is in the mail (has to be check due to age) and yet it never arrives. They also don’t respond to inquiries and just tell me it is on its way. Months now...

I spent 1k on 125 dirt bike they took my money msged me a week later and said it would take 6-8 weeks its not in stock but the website said it was so i asked what type of discount do i get for the inconvenience? they just sent me my money back and no response still to this day now i didnt want the money i was gonna wait the 6-8 weeks with out a discount but sense we are obtaining goods under false pretenses i figured why not ask 😂😂 needless to say shop some where else the business is bad here im glad i tested the water before i spend anytype of big money smh you def lost a good customers bcuz me and my family were gonna order more your loss!!

Very disappointed. Customer service is not up to par. I had placed an order mid December and have not received it or even a email of the current status of my order yet. Never received a clear response from then as to why or what is going on.The last time I called I was told I would be contacted in reference to my order status. Was skeptical to order from them but did because I thought they had exactly what we wanted. Today I called again to find out the status and was told the same thing Ive been told for a month and a half now. The explanations are flat with literally no concern of trying to help. Finally called back to cancel the order and received a quick cancellation email. The cancellation email was the quickest response Ive received from the company. I suggest they work on customer service skills to make customers who have made purchases at least feel comfortable.

Be careful doing business with them. Ordered a golf swing aid that In The Hole said was in stock. Charged my cc when they took the order. Called 3x over the next month to check the status. Got a different answer each time. Finally canceled the order, later that day, got an email saying the order had shipped. Will not accept delivery. Will not order from them again.

Hopefully you read this prior to ordering online unlike me. I’m sure if you go to the store it would be great but their online shop is horrible. If you are going to order something make sure you call to confirm they actually have it in stock as they have not figured out how to sync their current inventory with their online store. Hopefully my refund won’t take long as I just placed the order today.

BUYER BEWARE. I placed an order with inthehole over black friday in 2020. I only ordered from them because they stated they had the product in stock. I could have gotten the product cheaper on another site but the other sites listed as back ordered and I wanted to buy from somewhere that it was in stock. Fast forward 2 months later without any word from inthehole regarding order status or delivery my order still lists as out of stock. I contacted inthehole via email expressing my frustration and my disappointment that they were not honest about the product being in stock and asking how they planned to resolve the issue. Instead of contacting me they just canceled the order. I was fully refunded but their customer service was very poor. I will never order from them again and recommend others look elsewhere for golf equipment. I have since ordered the same product from another site and they have kept me fully informed on stock availability and shipping.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. My daughter placed an order in early July20. The order noted a 2-3 day fulfillment. However, weeks went by and no word from them. She called them multiple times and they told her the order was being processed. By mid-August, she called and discovered the order was never placed by In The Hole Golf with the manufacturer. A couple weeks later, she received an entirely different set. Not the set she worked and saved money to buy and use. Upon calling them another couple times, they issues an RMA and noted she would not receive her refund unless they received the set they shipped her back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. All they want is your money.

I have used them in the past and they were OK. However, ordered something 6 weeks ago and then they said it was out of stock. Only reason I ordered is they said it was in stock. Then they said it would be 2-3 weeks. Well here we are 6 weeks later and no order and no response. I want to cancel my order but cannot reach anyone via email or phone after multiple attempts. Shoppers look elsewhere.

Do not order from this company. They also sell items through Amazon. Place an order through Amazon for CT10 sensors. Over 3 weeks ago. Received an email that the item has shipped. It is now a week late. Called the company and was told those items are on back order. I asked Ryan who answered the phone why I received an email stating they shipped? He told me I dont know theyre back ordered. He said I shouldve received an email. I told him that I havent. I told him Ive emailed the company multiple times in regards to my item and tracking information with no response. He said theyre too busy to respond. I asked why theyre offering items for purchase that are not available? Im just customer service so how can I help? Was his reply. So please beware before you purchase anything from this shady company.

I was charged double shipping charges when I ordered the item. I called the company and was assured that would be corrected by a rather rude customer service person. I was not refunded the extra charge. I paid more than double the cost than what I would have paid ordering direct from the manufacturer of a simple umbrella holder. Shop somewhere else gentleman!

I ordered a golf cart and it was not clear that there was a back order until I received the purchase confirmation. I called In the hole within 10 minutes of my purchase to cancel on May 7th. Rude male kept asking me why I was canceling, would not let me off the phone, asked me to provide him with information from another company where I could obtain the product. He did assure me he would refund me. I received my credit card statement today 6/5, and of course I was still charged for the product I never received and canceled. I called the company again, not able to leave a message! Called again and was given the excuse that I probably called to soon for them to refund me! Really! They said they processed my refund today....NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY!! TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

I purchased a putter cover from them that said that it was in stock and would ship the same day. 4 days later and only an email confirming I placed the order, I emailed them with no response so I called the next day and only after being put on hold for 5 minutes did the guy come back and notify me that the cover was not in stock and they would cancel the order. A few days later and no confirmation that the order was cancelled and nothing in bank from refund I had to call again and finally got confirmation that it was cancelled. now waiting on refund. fingers crossed! Looks like a recurring theme with this company. Buyer beware!

Ordered a Sun Mountain push cart from ITHG in June which arrived in August - as expected. The problem is they will take your money immediately while you hope that your item eventually gets shipped - this is poor business practice. Secondly, dont expect ANY customer service and NEVER think you will be able to return an item. The 800 customer service number has been a constant due to unusually high call volume we regret we are unable to accept your call at this time recording - for the last THREE Months. If you hold for 15+ minutes you can get to a recording to leave your name and number, for which they will never call. Likewise through customer service email, they will never respond to a communication. In short, NEVER expect to get a Return Authorization for any item you purchase. Save yourself the headache, shop elsewhere.

I tried to cancel my order before it shipped. Never heard anything back. I called support after I received the order so I could return it, left a message, never heard back. I bought a replacement charger but 20 minutes after I placed the order I found the other charger. I’m very willing to give you a good review but not if I cannot return an unused produce.

Not a place you want to buy from. They sold me a golf cart and accessories The first week of April. They never mentioned the cart was on back order so they sent me the two accessories right away. I’ve called every two weeks to find out when it’s going to ship and I get the run around. Now it’s May 19 and they still don’t have an answer for me so they tell me call the manufacturer. Customer service was very poor, including from Michael - the manager. I ordered and paid for the Explanar Junior Training System ($379) for my son back in October, 2018. I was notified via email that it was backordered for 8-10 weeks but would be shipped once it was in inventory. I called a few months later because I hadnt heard from them. Still backordered. I kept my order active so it could be sent as soon as it arrived. Called again today, 13 months after the original order was placed because it shows in stock on their website. They told me that they have had it since Spring/Summer and that I could still get it, but Id now have to pay $899 for it. Completely unwilling to make this order right, other than to waive the shipping charge (that they waive for every order over $75 anyway). With all of the options available for online purchases, Id look elsewhere if I were you.

I was sent a returned swing trainer that was disassembled poorly, was missing parts and had no instructions. I called In-The-Holf-Golf to get assembly instructions. They never called me back. I finally spoke with the product manufacturer (PVC Sports) who sent me a brand new unit. All is well now but In-The-Hole-Golf should be ashamed of themselves. Poor service all around.

Poor Customer Service-- Abysmal Product Quality—Unexplained DelaysUpon purchase of this product, I was emailed that there would be a delay of 3-5 days.I placed the order on a Monday.Keep in mind that this company is located in Wyoming and I am on the east coast.Based on this, I estimated the following: 6 business days needed for shipping(Based on ground shipping times) / 5 business days for the delay.After 11 business days, I phoned customer service to inquire about a tracking number and receive an estimation of the package arrival. I bought the TA 144 off of FB site, the ad described it as left hand and showed it in left hand of a right handed golfer. It didnt say that it was for a left handed golfer.After I received the product and realized that it was for a left handed golfer I tried to contact the seller (several timeIs) to see if I could exchange it for a right handed one . I got NO RESPONSE.Had they said for a left handed golfer to the description I wouldnt have made the mistake.So I left a feed back equal to my experience.

Ive ordered from InTheHoleGolf in the past and had good luck but this last time was a disaster. I ordered a couple items and received an email stating they had both been shipped. When my order arrived, only one item was in the box. Sent an email to customer service explaining what I received and included a scan of the packing slip showing only one item. They offered no explanation of what happened - just refunded my money for the one item and then a second email saying it was out of stock. Really? Took my money, pretended to send it and never said anything until I complained? Not only that but the item received were Bridgestone golf balls. The website showed the 2015 version of the ball and I was sent the 2014 version which are available elsewhere for $7 less. That was my last ever order from them.

Terrible customer service. I ordered from them because their website claimed that orders would be shipped in 24 hours...or 1-2 days(?). They do not answer the phone or return your call and contact by email does not go through! After 5 working days I had to find the owners personal phone number on the BBB website!
