We were entirely pleased with the help we got. We were warmly received. Casey was patient with us and the computer which did take a little more time than she would have liked but it didnt bother us at all. I would say she went above and beyond her duty when she carefully rid my husband of ear wax from both ears! I was somewhat embarrassed. We were thrilled that the price was right...no charge...and Casey spent a great deal of time with us. We are thankful my husband can hear again!

My 92 year old mother just moved into the Jackson area again after 40 years of living up north. She got her hearing aids while living up north and was in need of getting them cleaned. I called Wed. to see about being seen and was seen the very next day. Employees were extremely nice and took their time with her.

Seven years I came into Beltone due to loss of hearing. Casey tested me and I bought my first hearing aids. For the last seven years I have been seeing Casey to equip me with the proper parts that need replacing on my hearing aides plus retesting and adjusting as needed. In June I purchased my second pair with the help of Casey. Casey is very knowledgeable and and always eager to help and explain what I need and very pleasant to deal with. Annette and Sandy are very friendly and helpful also. I enjoy all interactions I have had with all of them.
