If you move out of your unit just a few days or even the day after you were charged for another month, you lose the entire amount. They do NOT prorate anything, if your unit has not been swept after youve moved out, they will charge $100 cleaning fee, on top of keeping what should rightfully be prorated and refunded back to you. NEVER again, using this place. I would suggest if one is to have their stuff here, move out the day before you get charged for another month! Its their convenience, not yours!
Such a reputable business, first time in the store, the guy behind the counter says they dont have a trailer hitch in stocks. Order it, and be in, in about 2 weeks. Wait 2 and half weeks, check back in, and then go back in. The manager says the trailer hitch hasnt even shipped yet, says shell pay for the over night fee, and sets me an appointment for today at 9 am. Get there early, since I had to take a day off work for this, get there, and its still not here. I thought U-haul was a reputable business, not this location I guess
Beware of hidden charges. They will charge you full prize along with leaving a hold on your account. The amount is sizable and stays for over a week. If you are moving with use of a u-haul, put back atleast double what they quoted you for the hold they place on your account. If you call they will act ignorant and refuse to fix what they have done. I was not told of any hold at all. I was told I was being charged and they charged again at drop off. When I told the 1-800# this they stated that I was told. Then the company refused to send me a recorded copy of the call to prove that she never said it would be a hold and would take weeks to come off. I returned the unit over a week ago and still have a hold on my account. They will not answer calls or online chats and still refuse to send the requested items or remove the hold.
The current manager Taylor Brooks was very rude to me. Her customer service is very poor. She does not review your purchase and automatically assumeswithout asking questions or answering your questions or concerns with the return. You need better management at this location.
I drive over there, pick out the boxes I want to purchase and stand in line for 10 minutes patiently waiting my turn. When I finally step up to pay, the guy says, “ I’m sorry, I can’t sell those to you....they’re not in our computer.” He had no solution. What?? C’mon, U-Haul...you can do better than this.
The employees and managers are very nice, knowledgeable and professional . The owner however which also works the store is arrogant, unprofessional and has little to no customer service skills. I hope if you have to visit this store location you do not encounter the owner.

Best customer service experience! Taylor went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly! When our pod didnt work out (not there fault) she got us a rental truck ordered from another location and even picked it up for us! Communication was excellent! Thank you so much Taylor....your hard work doesnt go unnoticed!
