My only contact has been with Steve MacMillan and he has been extremely helpful and professional. He went out of his way to contact directly the Landlord to take care of the needed signage and he kept me informed and updated. I intend to use this Company when the time comes, and I highly recommend it.

Soooooo nice

I received a call by these people this morning about our sign, which has not worked since we moved here in December.The salesman asked if we needed help with our sign. I said, sure, send someone out. He said he would.Without a heads up about when a service person would arrive or asking when is convenient to our store, two men show up.Right as we were closing for lunch.The older one states he is here to look at our sign. I introduce myself as the manager and he responds indifferently. He is on his wayout the door when I state I must know what it will cost to look at our sign. He tells the younger one to hold up and asked did I not know it is $98.00 to come out to look. I said it was not discussed with me.Then he proceeds to lean across the counter, over my desk, on both forearms with his cell phone extended out in his hands, in front of me as he called his office on speaker phone. Whomever answered said the sales man was out to lunch and the service guy responds with, Dont you know who I am? Dont you know who is calling? About that time, I informed the guy I was on my way out to lunch and ushered them out the door, locked it behind me and left. I believe I will not be in contact with these folks again.

At first this company had some poor follow up on a survey request we needed. We had to use another company that did a very poor job. We came back to this company and they have been responsive. Maybe someone dropped the ball on our original request but since then its been great to have them help us with the sign.

Good place to get your signs ordered, and bulb repaired.
