Aubrey was very well mannered it was almost time to close and instead of brushing customers off he and his co worker did a great job handling the last minute rush I was highly impressed

Brandon at this location is phenomenal!!!! I can not express how much he made a huge headache of a process so much easier for me. I had been dealing with a hotel for over a week to try and get life saving medication mailed back to me. After talking with Brandon he gave me options that worked. I did have to pay extra in order to have it mailed the only way the hotel would allow. That is not UPS’s fault though. Again Brandon has been such a huge help! With many phones calls and emails through out today, he was patient, kind, understanding and just over all amazing!Being a business owner myself, I would definitely give Brandon a raise and promotion!
The man who works in there with the glasses is a crook and a liar. I went there to ship a box off this morning and he said the cheapest shipping would be $60 because of the size of the box. I left and went down the street to fedex and they shipped the same box for $37. I will never go there again. I wouldnt recommend AT ALL
The staff were friendly and easy to work with.I would like to let everyone know about something that took place which I found to be Ridiculous.I needed to return a package to for Amazon, And was charged $5 to print a label.In my personal opinion I found this to be a complete outrages Overcharge.They could not scan the barcode to print the label I had to email it to them, I have been to Kohls and Ive been to UPS terminal I have never had a problems having the barcode scanned from my phone.In my personal opinion the UPS Store in Jackson Tennessee is incapable of handling returns for Amazon
Easy in & out. Most all of the time the packages get to their destination regionally (100 to 400 mi) anywhere from a day to three. Up selling is part of business but.. no need for the increased/additional freight charges, unless youre on a real time line. UPS is dependable.
This is a UPS store with shipping, printing, and other services that UPS offers.Front desk staff is nice and friendly. They are willing to help too.If you are dealing with the printing service, be sure to ask them to show you a digital version (pdf, images...) before they print out stuff. If you dont, you are waiving your right to make any change, and you will have to pay for the printing cost even if you dont like the outcome products.If you are not sure what you want, ask the staff to work on it, and BE SURE to ask them to show you a DIGITAL version before any printing work.I think the printing woman is not flexible in her work. She may be good at printing as a profession, but she is not good at customer service at all. Her communication to client is also really limited. If there is some policy that will affect client or be a potential dispute, please let client know.
The workers lied and told me the main UPS doesn’t not package. Charged me $8 for a box and packaging. I went to the main UPS to ship and they told me they would provide packaging because of what shipment was. They told me the UPS Store tells everyone that so they can get the money.

My experience is awful there employee walked straight past me yesterday with my package and instead of him asking if I lived at 206 he left with my package then I go to the store because it said he would be back today which is 5/18 he had my neighbors stuff from yesterday but not mines then the store lady gone say sorry I can’t help you I hate everything about ups here they’re unprofessional

No one had any idea what they were doing. UPS use to be such a good store! Poor guy wanted to mark out my personal information from my official bank document and put the store info when the document CLEARLY stated any changes made to the document will void it. I went to the library across the street to get it notarized correctly!!
You wont find a better Employer to work for than Ms. Sandy. We are not just her employees, we are her family and she is our family! You dont find that type of work environment very often at all. I thank God every day for allowing me to find where I was meant to be and a job that I love so very much!!
Be sure to visit this store folks. Weve mailed packages here, had copies made (great pricing) and even bought greeting cards. Customer service is awesome. You cant go wrong.
I had a very expensive watch returning for repairs.I advised the manager of my concern sendingThis watch.The manager assured me of save passage .The packaging was incredible he took pictures of the process.Called ahead advising of the delivery.The next day I received word that the watch was delivered safe and sound!Well Done
Keep sending my PKG to their Van drive store! I have to drive out Jackson N to pick up. My son gives my address to be delivered to my home. Why can’t they understand when I tell them! It happen again today!!!
The UPS Store has always done an excellent job with printing and customer service. We have been very pleased with the quick turn around and the cost effectiveness.
Ups store made a banner for my class reunion and it was wonderful. I really enjoyed the help we got and I am definitely going back again.

Before I even got into the store, the guys working there were holding the door open and helping me like I was their sister. Sweet guys and helpful with every question I had. Easiest experience Ive ever had in a shipping store!
Just moved to the area and have used UPS for years. Coming here and utilizing the Vann Dr. store has been the worst UPS experience I have ever had. The customer service of this store is terrible and prices are double to triple what I was paying previously. A box cost me $15.00 to pack and $21.00 to ship an item that used to cost me $13.00 in total. Their ability to pack securely is down there at a first grade level. In fact a first grader good probably do a better job. Save yourself some agony and find another store, Fedex or USPS.
The UPS Store in Jackson is my one stop shop! They helped me notarize everything when I sold my house, to purchase of greeting cards, printed items for me when my printer broke and of course has mailed MANY packages for me. The staff are also extremely courteous. Place is great!

The customer service that I have received from this store was fantastic. I had opened a mailbox over the phone and I had many questions. I primarily dealt with Dan and all I can say is that Dan is the Man. He was so knowledgeable and courteous that he made this process very easy for me. I had Dan fax me the forms to open the mailbox and he walked me through the entire paper work process while on the phone. He never made me feel rushed and he explained every question in detail. I faxed the papers back to the store after I had then notarized. Dan then finished the process over the phone and even mailed me the keys to my mailbox. I am very grateful for the customer service that I received since these days it is hard to find. Thank you Dan and all the store #4691 employees for making this process so easy. I left a 5 star review before, but amend it as ownership has indeed changed for the worse. I have been a customer with box 225 for years. I also pay $40 every month or two to forward my mail (overnight) when it’s full. Noah (mailbox manager) has always done an exceptional job with managing my box and account. Today I ended a long relationship with this store.I called them because my last payment of $225 was in Feb 2018 for a 1 year rental, and they did not contact me before returning ALL my mail/packages to sender because my rental ended. I was told Noah walked out mid-shift and quit (in my opinion the best employee they had.) Spoke to Sandy, the new owner, who was very combative. I later called back when her accounting did not match my card statement.She did not address me like a long time customer, nor as a valuable one for that matter. After giving a complex explanation, she blamed me for discrepancies in her “new” and “old” system. She did not even apologize for returning all of my mail, and thought I was going to renew another year with her.I understand changing owners isn’t always smooth, but they will lose many more customers If they do not adjust their current strategy to dealing with customers, including those like me who have patronized the franchise for a long time.PREVIOUS REVIEW:I am pleased with this UPS Store. Ive had a box here for almost a year now and the team is much more helpful than the postal service. They drop ship, bill me, and email me whenever I receive a package or something requires my attention. Also, I can send my employees and customers in to pick up packages and take care of other business on my accounts behalf. They are very friendly and get the job done well.

Man, I dont know what to say about this place! Other than it Rocks! Noah is amazing! He really comes through in a pinch, even going above and beyond. Returning junk to Amazon was never easier!Easy in and out. Most times, they even tape up the box and label it for me. I have used them several times over the last 4 years for returning books to Chegg. They always seem to recognize me when I come in every 4 months.
I went in to return some Amazon packages. The service was a little slow. But the workers seemed well informed about there jobs.
I have shipped multiple orders through this store with pack and ship labels with no problem whatsoever. Today I was forced to spend an extra $10 on top of the $30 pack and ship label I paid for beforehand to purchase a box that was supposed to be included in the cost of my pack and ship label. The employee was very rude and unfortunately I had no choice but to pay this extra cost since this item had to be shipped tofay. This will be the very last time I ship anything through UPS.

This place is awful!! In March, I shipped my son’s tv to Wisconsin. Once making it to the school, he noticed it was broken. UPS customer service assured me that I would get a refund once a claim was filed. I filed the claim and got in touch with the UPS store in Jackson and they swore it was my fault stating that it was poor packing but they did the packing. Now, I don’t understand how it didn’t occur to the driver that the package should have been handled with care with all the fragile stickers on the box. They didn’t even put on the shipping form that it was a tv further giving the rude employees reason to blame me and deny my claim. I have vowed not to step foot back in this place and I meant it. They don’t even deserve the one star that was given.
Ricardo, could you please refrain from chit chat with customers when there are six other customers in line waiting. I heard you even admit that you cant do two things at once. Just another strike against this place with the new ownership!

Shipped a few weeks aho, and met the owners. Sandy was very kind, and told me about all that they offer. WAY better than Fedex.P.S. why do other commenters have to bring race into the mix? So what if they’re Indian! They seem like some of the hardest working people in the world!
Staff worked hard to get my graphics job done on time and to my satisfaction . I had a general idea of how I wanted my project design to look and they worked with me until I got a wonderful product at a very reasonable price.
If you go to the ups store on vann dr do not let Ricardo handle your stuff,you would think when you have the delivery address taped to the box and you pick it up and type it in the computer you could spell it right....he entered my telephone number wrong also and spelled my street address wrong even after looking at my license and after getting home and looking at my receipt he added additional stuff that I didnt request and was charged additional for it,either ship USPS or FedEx or avoid Ricardo.Update: Services I was offered....I didnt mention adult signature required and Ricardo never mentioned it either and he screwed up so much I had no idea if my package was even gonna get where it was supposed to go,i was told to look at the paper i signed and make sure the information-addresses were correct,never saw anything about extra charges on that paper,and busiest day of the year is no excuse for his many spelling mistakes...i was the only customer in the store at the time,but thats ok I will no longer use your location and wont recommend it to anyone.
