Just today was my first visit to Carelinc, and I have nothing but praise for how I was treated. I especially want to thank Christina Henry (I think I got her name right) for going above and beyond to help me with insurance issues for a medical device. Just when you love hope in good customer service, along comes a Christian Henry, and hope is restored. Ill be back.

My daughter is having surgery and was in need of a wheelchair fast! Marylynn got everything set up for one to come that week! And Dylan the delivery man was awesome! Showed me how to set it up and how to adjust and move the leg lift! All around amazing! Definitely 5 stars!

We were sent here from HFAH to find a person who could help us fit a knee brace for my daughter. Not that the people at CareLinc sold us the brace, but they offered to help us get it fit. MARYLYNN LEFERE went FAR above and beyond normal service! She was so great. Even during the panic about germs, she was willing to personally help us get the brace (that she/ they didnt even make a dime on!) to fit properly. Went to CareLinc to obtain CPAP machine after the other medical supply company in town was unable to assist me. MaryLynn Lefere was able to get me a new CPAP machine within a week after all the requisite documentation was submitted. Her diligent effort and professionalism was greatly appreciated.

When I went to care link medical supplies for a pair of shoes I met the nicest helpful and friendly salesperson I have ever met. Before I went to the store for shoes this salesperson, Mary Lynn Lefere made several phones calls and paper work to make it happen. If that was not enough when I picked up my shoes I had dropped an envelope outside when I was leaving with quite a bit of money in it. When I realized I had lost the envelope I back tracked my route for the day and called Mary Lynn at carelink. Needless to say she looked in the store and when it was not there she went outside and looked and it was there on the ground and some of the money had blown up the street and she chased it down. All my money was returned safe and sound. She Iis quite the gal. She went the extra mile in service for my shoes and in retrieving my lost money. I highly recommend carelink for medical supplies. Service is great, employees very,very helpful. Will go there again.

I called Monday at 8:03 am because I needed portable oxygen tanks the lady said we will try to get them to you today but if not it will be Tuesday I was ok with that.Tuesday no oxygen in late afternoon I called and they were out of the tanks I use but the truck would be in this morning,I thought it would of been nice if they would of called me but I guess customer service isnt their strong suit.Today is Wednesday I waited all day and even called this afternoon to make sure I was getting oxygen the lady said you will.Now they are closed and I still have no oxygen.Now I will need to cancel my 8 am Doctors appointment for tomorrow the Doc is going to love this.Im not happy because Im stuck at home thanks care linc.

Awful customer service. I was intentionally hung up on when asking an insurance question.

Went this afternoon to see if they have my prescribed DME - thumb spica splint (just for the thumb). Upon entering the clinic I was immediately greeted and welcomed by the staffs. The lady then proactively reached out to me and had me seated. We went thru my prescription and found out that they carry the one I was prescribed but offered to help out by reaching back to the prescriber and see if they can work with with they have. I did not decide to proceed with what they have on-stock since it will be an overkill. But she was very helpful and considerate. Great service!

I called to see if my brothers prescription for his blood pressure machine had been filled. The lady was quite rude, kept yelling at me, and then hung up on me. This was the most obnoxious experience Ive ever had with someone over the phone.
