Great experience every time. Higgins in the flooring dept. is super helpful and so is the rest of the staff in my experience.

A perfect in-and-out place for the home improvement. I often visit here to be creative for my mini makeovers ideas.

Overall pretty good although navigating the parking lot can be a little tricky because the people out here have a sense of entitlement that doesnt allow them to stop for pedestrians trying to cross

James runs a great store and excellent customer service. They have a customer for life. I highly recommend buying all of your home items from this location. If there’s any problems, they fix right away.

We love this store and location! if there is anything to pick on: 1. Flat carts are always way in the back, unlike the ones with stand up bars, and 2, it can be hard to find an Associate to help...but it is our Go To Home store!

Although this store had what I needed, not one person in the store offered to help me. I spend 10 minutes looking for a flat cart ugh they are everywhere in the st Augustine store. The man in flooring said hello but never offered to help me. I loaded 11 boxes of flooring by myself...took it to self check out the only check out that was working. Yeah there were no actual cashiers, however there were plenty of employees standing around up front 😳. I checked myself out and loaded all 11 boxes of flooring by myself its just how I am, at least 3 male employees saw me and never asked about how I was planning to transport it. Very disappointing 😕. I wont visit this particular home depo again why give a store that doesnt care my money? I cant move in Lowes without someone trying to help me.

I had a return yesterday..had a very good experience with Sandra. She was so helpful and such a delight. The store was busy, but she got me in and out in a flash.

Smaller store than typical HD. Generally fine. Usually quick checkout if using self serve. Always hard to find someone to help you.

In all actuality, I hate going to the HD, and this was no different.1. Had a hard time finding what we needed or an associateto help. Store was set up very oddly.2. When I did find an associate, she didnt know where the item was bec she didnt have a phone to look but didnt offer to get one or someone else. She just walked off.3. Once I found the item, I needed some plumbers tape. Normally stores have the cheap rolls hanging around the plumbing section. Some guy walked by and I asked. He said they only sold one brand, for $4. I asked about a cheaper smaller roll and he said they didnt sell it. Once I got to checkout, there was the rolls of them hanging at the register!I make it a point to go to Lowes but this was the only improvement store in the area.

Busy store -BEST people. I drove from St. Augustine to pick up cases of tile unavailable at my local store,ordered it from my local store. It was loaded on a pallet,labeled with my name,ready to go. I double checked all cases for correct lot numbers-perfect! While waiting for loading assistance, Lara(?)from customer service apologized for the wait and told me she had assembled the order and verified lot #. 2 gentlemen loaded the 8 cases carefully into my car(tile was discontinued and these were last 8 cases).Count me Home Depot Customer Forever

Smaller store at Jax Beach, selection will be smaller from other stores. They also have issues keeping up stock of some items. Regency and Girvin are better choices.

As new home owners, my husband and I purchased our new dishwasher and fridge from here. Although the product itself is great, we also paid for delivery, installation and a 3 year protection plan. It’s only been 2 years and our dishwasher quit on us. They sent their contracted service tech out who confirmed it was an installation issue from Home Depot themselves. They destroyed a foot on our dishwasher and caused it to be lopsided which caused a drain issue. While the tech was there we had him take a quick look at our fridge as we also noticed the doors were uneven and he again confirmed it was an installation issue. That being said, Home Depot themselves are to come out and fix the mistake they made since the warranty doesn’t cover their installation mishaps. After playing call tag, having a tech come out and a month of no dishwasher I decided to go in person to see if they could come fix the issue as I’m not messing with anything since I don’t want to void any warranty. Not only should they have confirmation from their contracted tech that it was their installation issue, but I provided photos and detailed explanation and was told they would see what they could do to fix it. They even suggested I could put a piece of wood or something under the dishwasher foot.. no thanks. I wait patiently another week of no dishwasher (we have a couple young kids so dishes build up quickly) and I email to see how progress is going. I’m emailed back saying their service provider has tried multiple times to get ahold of me. Surprised, I email back letting them know I haven’t received anything other than a voicemail from the tech before seeing if they’d come out to fix the problem from the beginning. I’ve yet to hear back. So basically we spent a couple grand and even more for the service warranty on these products that were installed incorrectly and they’re having issues left unresolved within two years. We should have gone to Lowe’s.

The garden team outside was so incredibly helpful and friendly! We talked about planting pots and traffic and made each other laugh. It made my trip there quick and fun. I cant wait to create a colorful balcony with these new plants.

Great selection and variety of power tools.

Nice location for beaches, convenient, and great prices.There is only one problem, there are either no employees, or employees that act like robots. Customer service is a big issue, and young people who just started in the the workforce need to realize it’s not just a paycheck, or maybe it is for some who can’t be employed anywhere else due to lack of business education. It goes a long way for those who are repeated customers.

I have a hard time not spending at least $100 every time I come here. Selection is great and cashiers friendly. Though when I needed assistance the two people I encountered were too busy or short answered.

Aisle 74, Bay 26 and then back to socializing or walking around ignoring people. What happened to HD? It used to be a place of helpful experts. Now every location is gophers who dont care about my project.

Strong phone signal through out store. Was able to find everything in store as listed in home Depot app. This alone makes my shopping experience awesome. Many other home Depot and Lowes stores have such poor reception, I have been forced to hunt down an employee for assistance.

Convenient location but gift card policy was changed to screw the customer. Do not give a gift card from returns as a gift or to a spouse or friend. You HAVE TO HAVE your ID associated with the gift card now...so the gift cards are less usable...but they still cant help you if you lost one! ☹

Great place to work. Greg in flooring taught me everything there is to know in flooring/decor, hes the go to guy thats for sure. Managers are very cool and down to earth, especially Jeff and Patrick.

Its a good store but they have too many solicitors. Some want your personal information for giftcard drawings. I find myself going elsewhere these days because I dont like to be hassled.

The staff is very helpful and Chelsea, in the appliance dept. was great.She did my shopping for me on the phone and picked the perfect washer for us. The new washer was delivered on a Saturday and the other was to be picked up on Monday.The issue I have is their delivery and pick up companies. Realizing these are 3rd parties, its still pretty bad. Bought a dryer last month and it was delivered promptly and courteously. This month purchased a washer that had to be returned. The first delivery crew was rude and not helpful at all. The second pick up crew cancelled the first date as they were backed up and now they have just not called or shown up the last two days promised! Still have two washers in my garage. Cant get a call or a a pick up, hoping for good luck today!The phone system in this store is the worst. I have (on many occasions) tried to reach a department and waited over half an hour on hold - eventually trying every department, till someone answers and getting that person to get me to the right person in the dept. I am trying to reach. This could really save people a lot of time if there were someone manning the phones.

I love Home Depot. I bought a Milwaukee combo drill set here on my last visit. They always have great prices and I dont believe Ive ever been told something was out of stock unless, its hurricane season and you need a Generator.

Difficult to park and drive at shopping center. No one uses well marked and plentiful crosswalks and walks down vehicle paths talking/texting, demonstrating little regard for their safety.

Best Home Depot in Jacksonville. They only have one thing wrong there. The woman named Andrea that works at the service desk... She should be promoted immediately. I cant remember the last time Ive had someone volunteer to go above and beyond and help us in any way possible. And she did it all with a smile! Thank you Andrea

I may be guilty of inviting friends & family to visit me just to have an excuse to eat here! Never dissatisfied, always leave full & impressed. I may have to park my Yugo down the street from the Ferrari in their parking lot, but worth it.
