Horrible company. promised a proof. didnt deliver. charged more than they quoted. didnt deliver to the specification. promised to make it right but then dont follow through. very dishonest company.

Wow! I had such a pleasant experience with the Signarama team in Jax beach.I know I was a demanding customer with my order. It was short notice, I asked for a custom design, and my order was large! However, there was never an ounce of complaint from the staff. I was constantly in communication with Trey, and he made me feel like a valued customer. He never made me feel like my order was a hassle, and made such a beautiful design. He was also very consistent with communication and gave me just what I asked for.I would recommend Signaramas services! If you need a decal or sign of any sort, the team will make sure the idea in your mind comes to life!Based off of my experience, they deserve more than five stars! Thank you to all of the staff at Signarama!!!

I am very disappointed with my service at Signarama Jax Beach. I ordered my sign and was charged however they lost my copy of the receipt. They told me that they would send a proof over of my sign via email and I never received it. The next day I went in to cancel my order and receive my charge back but they did not take care of my refund so thankfully I am disputing the charge. Please learn from my mistake and go elsewhere. I strongly recommend Builders Spectrum Signs across the street for great and fast service.

I needed supplies on short notice and these guys went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Top notch customer service :)

Signarama in Jax Beach is TERRIBLE. Margie the owner IS A NASTY-BITTER PERSON, she doesn’t care about her customers, her work quality or customer satisfaction at all. My order came out wrong the first time and she blamed me, she is just plain miserable to deal with and could care less about return customers, This store is completely dysfunctional and completely unprofessional. WARNING - PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!I WISH I COULD HAVE SELECTED ZERO STARS.

Absolutely worse print company around. Was promised a sign next day, didnt get it for four days. Then one set of words were upside down. The young kid at the counter is rude as hell and acts like a 14 year old. The other woman has no clue what was going on and the kid would t let her speak.We told the kid they would get a bad review and his childish response was Ill write you a bad review too?? Not that he was late with our sign or that the quality was poor and that as an employee of the company would be willing to stand by the product or the business.Whoever owns this place better keep a better eye on his business because these two will run it in the ground.Oh and I have all the messages from the kid ( and will be sending them to corporate)!

Super inept group of people. Nothing was done timely and no one can seem to use a computer properly. The owner never calls you back, and then they try to blame you for the problem. Use another sign company or else you are putting yourself at too much risk in my opinion.
